Beautiful country house with great mountain views

Our beautiful Son Flora country house is located just outside the pretty village of Alaró, in a rural and tranquil setting with a great view of the mountains. Alaró is very centrally located and thus an ideal starting point for discovering the unlimited possibilities on the island.
The house can accommodate 12 people. There is a private swimming pool and a large BBQ area. The authentic village of Alaró is about 8 minutes away with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Son Flora is an ideal country house for families / families and friends, cycling and walking groups. Our country house is one of the top villas on Bike Villas Mallorca and has the Cycling Friendly certificate. Additional facilities such as secure bicycle parking, GPS routes, bicycle maintenance, catering, bicycle rental and transfer services are offered.
The country house is very spacious and fully equipped. There are 7 bedrooms with 1 or 2 single beds (can also be made as 1 double bed). There is room for a number of more people. Furthermore, there are 3 bathrooms with bath and shower, 1 outside bathroom, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens (with all amenities). We have air conditioning, fans, smart TV (with all international channels) and WIFI. For the colder periods we have two fireplaces, air conditioners and electric radiators.
The country house is situated on a plot of land of 7000m2 and has several beautiful terraces with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains.
The swimming pool, 6x4m, is very private and surrounded by a sun terrace with outdoor shower. There is a large BBQ area, a lovely garden, a laundry room with washing machine and a large driveway with secure parking.
Alaró is very centrally located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. An ideal starting point for discovering the unlimited possibilities on the island. Palma and the airport is about 30 minutes away. Many of the beautiful beaches on the islands are also 30 minutes away by car. The Tramuntana mountain range with beautiful villages and beautiful views is the perfect location for cyclists and hikers. It is strongly recommended to rent a car.

We deliver custom work so you decide which facilities you want to use. Catering, shopping service, car hire, bike rental, hiking, wine tasting, boat trips, cooking workshop, massage or yoga. Or just your stay. The choice is yours!

In short: your own stay with swimming pool in a prime location and with all amenities! In our country house Son Flora you can fully enjoy a unique holiday!

Traumhafte Auszeit

Ab Buchung lief alles super. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, haben auf uns trotz Flugverspätung lange auf uns gewartet. Das Haus wurde schnell übergeben und wir wurden über die wichtigsten Dinge informiert. Die Location ist traumhaft! Die Zimmer sind landhausgerecht eingerichtet und verfügen über Klimaanlage. Die 3 Bäder haben für uns (12 Personen) absolut ausgereicht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool ist wunderbar. Absolut idyllisch gelegen. Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage! Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter! Danke für die Auszeit, Liebe Grüße

Am Fuße der Tramuntana

Das Objekt ist ersichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Strom- und Wasserausfall sind an der Tagesordnung. Ausstattung ist dürftig (zB keine Sektgläser) Es war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Grill und Backofen standen vor Dreck. Ed, der Vermieter war aber sehr nett und bemüht. Aber: Bei dem Preis erwartet man anderen Standard

Cadre idyllique

Nous étions un groupe de 14 motards. Cette maison est idéalement placée pour sillonner l'île. Louisa nous a très bien accueillli et a été à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour pour des questions diverses et variées. Nous recommandons cette maison en demi saison car elle est très agréable. La vue est magnifique car la terrasse donne sur les montagnes. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci Louisa

Perfect place (for cycling) with a great host

This is the perfect house if you are looking for a cycling trip in Mallorca. The house is quietly and ideally situated close to everything you want to ride on the island. It has a great set-up with large terraces, big living room (enough room for 14 people to eat inside), 14 separate beds to get you well deserved sleep, a big map with routes and climbs of the island on the wall, and a garage to store and maintain your bikes. Super value for money! The host finishes it off. The communication was super smooth. Ed took care of our bike rental and he arranged high-end Specialized's for a very affordable price. No hassle and quick to respond to any adjustments. He also suggested routes, can take care of catering and shopping if you like and was just straight out passionate about the island, cycling and his amazing villa. I dare anyone to find a better place in Mallorca if you are going cycling with a big group!

La casa es grande y espaciosa, ideal para un grupo grande. Esta muy bien equipada en la cocina. Tiene grandes terrazas, con jardín y zona de aparcamiento. En general no está adaptada para el invierno. No tiene calefaccion central, son aparatos eléctricos diferentes o chimeneA. Al enchufar diferentes aparatos podía saltar la electricidad. Las ventanas de dos plantas no tienen climalit. La casa en general es bastante húmeda. La persona de contacto ha sido muy amable y nos ha atendido muy bien, satisfaciendo nuestras necesidades.

Great Holidays

We had a wonderful Time in this Finca, its absolutly peaceful and quiet. If you want to have a really good time with your friends or family...this is a perfect place. There is a big pool for your sunny side of life and in the evening you can take a seat at the BBQ-area and enjoy the great view at the tramuntana mountains.

Superbe séjour !

Une maison fabuleuse, gigantesque, des extérieurs très bien entretenus, en pleine campagne, avec le son des cloches des brebis dans les alentours, de très belles chambres, et des hôtes aux petits soins. Mooie vakantiewoning op een ideale locatie

De zogenaamde finca biedt ruim voldoende ruimte en luxe voor een heerlijk verblijf. De locatie, met uitzicht op het Tramuntana-gebergte, is schitterend door de rustige ligging in de natuur en toch niet ver van de bewoonde wereld. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor prachtige fietsroutes naar alle uithoeken van het eiland. De verhuurders hebben ons heel goed geïnformeerd (bijvoorbeeld m.b.t. autohuur/fietshuur) en de plaatselijke host ontving ons hartelijk.

Gezellig, sfeervol, rustgevend

Een aantal dagen in deze prachtige omgeving mogen vertoeven, genoten!! De omgeving straalt een weldadige rust uit, het prachtige huis geeft je gelijk een "thuis" gevoel. Het sfeervol ingerichte huis heeft een mooie grote woonkamer waar je heerlijk met een groot gezelschap bij de open haard kunt vertoeven tijdens de wat koudere avonden. In de tuin diverse gezellige terrasjes zodat je zelfs met een groot gezelschap je je even terug kunt trekken. De sfeervolle dorpskern is vlakbij en de stad Palma en het strand zijn ook op slechts 30 minuten van deze locatie. Ik heb genoten van de serene rust en kom zeker nog een keer terug op deze unieke plek! Een aanrader, Wies en Ed bedankt!

Super week gaudeix

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving! Lekker rustig gelegen, maar niet te ver de bewoonde wereld. Van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijke open haard voor de koudere avonden! We hebben genoten van onze week. Voor de zomermaanden zijn de luxe tuinsets en privé zwembad extra aanwinsten. Fietsroutes in de directe omgeving, evenals de fietsverhuur in het dorp van Alaró. Het huis is zeer geschikt voor grotere fietsclub en triatleetgezelschappen. Een prima 25 meter zwembad ligt namelijk 9 km verderop. Alles keurig onderhouden en schoon! Bedankt Ed en Wies voor een superweek!

Geweldig huis op een prachtige locatie!

Wat een heerlijk huis om in te vertoeven, van alle gemakken voorzien! Netjes en veel ruimte! Je kunt fijn buiten zitten bij het zwembad en ook aan de kant van de keuken op een mooi terras (wij zaten boven in het huis). Het ligt op een prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht en verder lekker rustig! Een auto is wel nodig maar binnen enkele minuten ben je in Alaro, een heel leuk plaatsje met leuke restaurantjes waar je erg lekker kunt eten, o.a. bij Vila Cinc en Troquet Gastro bar kun je heerlijk eten. wij hebben op en top genoten van dit huis en de omgeving op Mallorca!! Een echte aanrader!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze finca. Het is groot, schoon, prachtig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bovendien is Alaro een leuk authentiek dorpje en ligt erg centraal. Een absolute aanrader!

Geweldige Finca op een mooie locatie

Na een ritje over kleine bergweggetjes, kwamen we aan op deze mooie plek. Wat een plaatje. We hadden het appartement op de begane grond. Zeer ruim voor 4 personen en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, ook voor onze kleine kinderen. Het uitzicht is geweldig en het enige wat je hoort zijn de schapen en een ezel. We hebben veel tijd doorgebracht in het zwembad. Het huis ligt centraal, 10 min vanaf het dorpje Alaro en zo'n 40 min van het strand (Alcudia). Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig. Het is een ideale plek voor uitstapjes naar de mooie dorpjes en stranden van Mallorca. Echt een aanrader!

Fantastisch huis met geweldig uitzicht

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie huis op een geweldige locatie. We hadden het onderste appartement gehuurd met en boven ons zaten twee andere families. Het huis is zo groot dat je er prima met drie gezinnen tegelijkertijd kunt verblijven. Je ziet aan alles dat er veel tijd en moeite is ingestoken door Ed en Wies om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Heel fijn! Het dorpje Alaro is een aanrader. Gezellig authentiek dorpje met een leuk pleintje waar je 's avonds kunt eten en de kinderen kunnen spelen. Al met al een dikke tien en we komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Super Locatie

Dit is echt een aanrader voor grote groepen. Alles is aanwezig en het ziet er prachtig uit. Wij hebben ons dan ook prima vermaakt. Ook dexeigenaren zijn super vriendelijk. Dus als je iets zoekt voor een lang weekend of langer met een grote groep moet je dit zeker boeken. Ik wil de eigenaren dan ook langs deze weg nog ontzettend bedanken voor het suoer leuke weekend.....het was helemaal toppie!!
