Adjacent to the front door there is a garage, convenient for parking bicycles, strollers and skis. The house is in the historic center of Falcade, in the middle of the characteristic barns, the area is quiet and quiet, just 50mt is the supermarket and about 80mt there is a bus stop that leads to the departure of the cable car, towards the San pass Pilgrim.

Soggiorno a Falcade

Appartamento piccolo ma ben attrezzato,ideale per 3 persone situato in posizione strategica con un supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi e funivia nelle vicinanze per accedere ad escursioni in quota.Posto bello ...da ritornare.

Eine nette kleine Wohnung...aber leider sehr kalt!

Die Wohnung hat uns im Großen und Ganzen gut gefallen. Sie war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. =) Da wir sie nicht persönlich für den Check-In treffen konnten, hat sie uns ein Video aufgenommen, auf dem sie alles wunderbar erklärt hat. Das war wirklich toll! Die Lage ist auch prima. Wirklich direkt in den Dolomiten. Allerdings sind von Falcade aus keine direkten anspruchsvolleren Wanderungen oder Klettersteige zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist also schon sehr sinnvoll! Leider war die Wohnung aber sehr dunkel, kalt (nur um die 17 Grad) und feucht. Selbst die Klamotten waren durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit richtig feucht. Außerdem gab es keine Bettwäsche. Decken waren zwar vorhanden aber eben keine Bettwäsche und keine Bettlaken. Die müssen also selbst mitgebracht werden. Wir waren insgesamt zwei Wochen da. Während der zwei Wochen wurden die Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht, was wir durchaus begrüßt hätten.

Ottima sistemazione

Siamo stati in questo appartamento tra fine Luglio e i primi di Agosto; Io, mia moglie e i miei 2 cani di taglia media. Non mi soffermo sulla zona che a mio avviso è assolutamente stupenda per chi ama la natura, la tranquillità e vuole respirare a pieni polmoni aria sana. Inoltre Falcade è posizionato in una zona "tattica" dalla quale in poco tempo si possono raggiungere altrettanti posti magnifici. La porzione di casa è molto carina, ben curata e accogliente. A piano terra, un soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale e un bagno, posto auto riservato. Perfetta anche per i nostri cagnoni che si sono trovati davvero bene. Non c'è giardino o spazio privato ma all'esterno, adiacente all'entrata, c'è una piccola zona verde per le urgenze ( l'importante è tenere sempre ben pulito! ). L'appartamento è abbastanza vicino al centro ( raggiungibile a piedi in 10 min ), all'interno rispetto la provinciale e cullato da antichi fienili bellissimi. La vista è direttamente sul monte Mulaz e la cima Focobon, assolutamente stupenda. Consigliato davvero. Cristiano, Daria, Nefertite & Venerdi

Bella e rilassante

Siamo stati pochi giorni, il necessario per apprezzare la meravigliosa collocazione della casa di Monica, persona deliziosa e disponibile, in mezzo ai fienili della Valle del Bios e in una posizione strategica per fare meravigliose passeggiate e gite su alcune delle vette più rinomate delle Dolomiti. Consiglio a tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di pace e tranquillità questo posto meraviglioso!
