This attractive apartment, in a portuguese typical neighborhood, is a charming and very welcoming in a traditional building, it has been now totally renovated and decorated with a modern style.
Ideally situated in one of the 7 famous Lisbon hills, it´s next to Torel Palace, a luxury hotel, and to Lavra Funicular, the older portuguese lift, classified as a National Monument, that takes you directly to Avenida da Liberdade, one of the most famous streets in Lisbon.
Comfortably furnished, with all holiday requirements, in this second floor (no elevator) apartment you will find everything you need to relax and spend some days visiting and wondering around Lisboa. To give you some comfort we provide Hi Fi to listen to some music, and also a TV and Wi-Fi router (unlimited high speed internet at no extra cost), to keep in touch with the world if you really need it!

Great location

This light-filled flat was great. Proximity to the Lavra Tram in this very hilly city was appreciated, although we took the stairs several times. There is a beautiful park 5 minutes away with sweeping views of the city. Paulo was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely return!

Super Lage, mitten in der Stadt! Sauber und ordentlich! Gemütlich und nett Eingerichtet 👌 Die Treppe ist nichts für Fußlahme und es wäre schön wenn bei der Ankunft Toilettenpapier da wäre!! Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt Grüße nach Lisboa

Super Lage - gepflegt - sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie erwartet. Bereits vor/während der Ankunft WhatsApp Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Optimale Lage - um die Ecke Minimarkt, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, 100m zur Lavra (Aufzugs)-Tram. Rossio in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Schrank sogar ein Buggy, Hochstuhl, Sonnenschirm. Nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: 2. Spiegel, ein oder zwei Ablagen oder Haken im Bad wären hilfreich. An einem Bett war etwas defekt, es wurde sofort ein Handwerker organisiert, der es reparierte. Top-Vermieter schnell, freundlich und komplikationslos reagiert! 5 Sterne

Spacieux, propre et bien situé

Quartier calme, supermarché à 300 mètres, parc avec jeux pour les enfants tout près, à quelques marches du centre ville (ou à deux pas de l'élévateur du Lavra pour les paresseux). Appartement bien équipé, déco agréable, bonne literie, on a apprécié tout particulièrement le nombre conséquent de serviettes de bain, et les CD pour écouter de la musique. On a eu un peu froid au début du séjour (pointe de froid fin Avril pas de chance) mais dès qu'on a demandé un chauffage d'appoint on a eu un bon radiateur le soir même. Bonne réactivité de nos logeurs. Notons l'absence totale d'insonorisation entre les appartements qui peut devenir un problème en cas de voisins bruyants.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment in einer Superlage. Ca. 10 Min. vom Rossio Platz entfernt.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, gemütlich, zentral, aber ruhig. Einzig das Aufschliessen der Haustür ist eine Herausforderung.

Un buon posto che può migliorare

L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito, in una buona posizione, vicino ai mezzi pur essendo fuori dalla confusione, fresco e silenzioso, si vedono gli alberi come nella foto ma proprio di fronte c'è un laboratorio di biologia (meno poetico direi). L'attrezzatura è sufficiente ma non particolarmente curata e la disposizione degli ambienti con la cucina distante dal tinello/soggiorno non particolarmente comoda. Il proprietario è stato solerte nel cercare di risolvere i disagi (lavandino della cucina che non scaricava, portoncino che si faceva fatica ad aprire) e, dal momento che non aveva altri ospiti, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check out nel pomeriggio. Suggerimenti: -migliorare la guarnizione della porta della doccia ; -mettere una tenda alla finestra del corridoio (affaccia sul cortile fatiscente della proprietà contigua). .

Sehr gute Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Aus dem Haus, ums Eck und dann die kleine Strasse hinunter und in 10 Minuten ist man am Rossio-Platz. Ums Haus herum hat es viele kleine Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat keine Waschmaschine dafür bietet der Vermieter einen Wäscheservice an (gratis !). Die Ausstattung ist nicht berauschend aber das Nötigste ist vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr gut und gross genug. Die Möblierung ist ein bisschen zusammen gewürfelt. Die Leute die die Wohnung betreuen sind sehr freundlich und die Sauberkeit ist erstklassig. Was wirklich ein Problem ist ist der Zugang zur Wohnung. Sie liegt im 2. Stock und ist nur über eine sehr steile und gefährliche Treppe zu erreichen. Nichts für Kinder oder ältere Personen oder jemanden der ein Geh-Problem hat.

Great apartment, a little hard to find

The apartment is very nice, as pictured. Beds are on the firm side. There are light blocking shutters in master bedroom, second bedroom has a skylight with only a light shade. Kitchen was small but adequate to our needs. The tiny street it is located on can be hard to find, we had to map it for our taxi driver. We got in rather late and had to wait on a dark street for the owners to arrive, which wasn't great; if I hadn't had a working cell phone (from USA we often don't in Europe), it would have been disaster. There were a few language limitations in written communication that made things a bit challenging, but it all worked out in the end and the guy who met us was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment does get pretty hot on hot days, no air conditioning. But it's a charming old home close to the central area. Would recommend.

Nice

We stayed in the appartement for 5 nights. The appartement was nice, clean and big. It has several rooms: master bedroom, babyroom and room for children. It's a quit place and the appartement is close by a metro and the railway station (Rossio). Thanks to Bernardo and Joana (and Paolo): they were very nice and they arranged our transfer to the airport. Miranda and Marcel (from The Netherlands)

Un appartement très agréable et très bien situé

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables à Lisbonne. L'appartement est spacieux pour 4, lumineux, propre et bien agencé. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Joana, la gérante de l'appartement. Margarida, la propriétaire, nous a donné de bons conseils par mail tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement est à deux pas du funiculaire qui permet d'accéder au métro sur l'avenue de la liberté. Très pratique pour remonter chez soi après une bonne journée de marche ! De nombreux petits restaurants tout autour, et un accès facile à pied (on peut descendre jusqu'à l'avenue de la liberté puis la place du commerce en quelques minutes). Le quartier est calme ; on entend de temps à autre un avion survoler le coin mais ça ne nous a pas du tout dérangés. A recommander !

Clean, comfortable, bright apartment. Perfect for four people.

Paolo was very responsive to emails and let us check in early and out late to accommodate flight schedules. Apartment was great and has a small terrace and great light. It's at the top of a funicular and an inexpensive taxi ride from restauadores, but walk up the hill at the end of the day and you'll have earned your dessert. Loved it!
