The place is beautiful. We went for a long fishing WE on the salmon river. Location is great and the interior of the cabin is very charming. The hosts Brian and Andrea are easy to communicate with and respond to any questions fast.
We have stayed at this amazing cabin a few times and it is by far our favorite place to stay! The layout is perfect and we were amazed at how fast they had the snow plowed before we arrived and while we were there ! Brian and Andrea are the perfect hosts!
This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this house. There are normally four or five adults with fly fishing gear, food and normal daily needs. Make sure you follow the information that is sent about the house and if you do, you’ll have a very enjoyable stay.
We have stayed with Brian and Andrea for several years now and we booked a week again for November 2025. We love this cabin. It works great for us. It is clean, comfortable and the hosts are very responsive and great people. There are many places to stay around Altmar and Pulaski but we love this cabin. This is a 5 star+ cabin!!
First time staying here for a salmon fishing trip, If you have the chance to stay here Wether it’s for a fishing trip, snowmobiling,or just a relaxing time away I highly recommend it.
As usual, excellent in all phases as noted above and fishing up in New York for almost 40 years and this is by far the best place that I’ve ever stayed. Thanks again, Brian
Perfect for our family (two college age kids and two parents!) to spend some time together. We spend as much time at the beach as we could — but it rained with the remnants of Hurricane Debbie on Saturday, so we hung out and played games and watched the Olympics instead. This was a great place to do all that. Plenty of bedroom space, and sweet natural feel. Bring your own linens — and hand soap, etc. Thanks for a nice visit!
Everyone had a wonderful time!! The location is close to many activities & the house is very clean and comfortable! Very relaxing, cozy and feels like home!!
The rental is everything you want it to be, clean, well working appliances, nice location, roomy, its our second time renting, will undoubtedly book again.
We were lucky enough to get some good snowmobiling in while the conditions were still good. The cabin was a perfect setup for us.

About the host
Hosted by Brian & Andrea Cordell
We have owned the property since 2007, but just built the cabin in 2014. The main reason for purchasing this particular lot was because of the snowmobile trail (C5E) going through the property. The fact that it is an ATV trail in the summer months was an added bonus. It has always been a dream of mine (Brian) to have a cabin right on the trail system, and to finally realize that dream is quite a blessing. God is good!
Andrea and I have three children 26, 29 and 31. We are looking forward to spending time with friends and family at the cabin for many years to come. It is our desire to provide a cozy get away for you to spend time with your family away from the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day rat race.
Sincerely,
Brian & Andrea
