There is a cot available, living room with lounge and dining area for six people. , Veranda with sliding doors, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, sink, toilet, the other with a bathtub, sink and toilet) and a separate toilet next to the laundry room with washing machine. Agréable

Photos conforme a l'annonce par contre il ny a que 2 chambres climatises et non 3 comme note sur l'annonce. Aucun vis a vis, maison agreable pour les vacances.

parfait...tranquillité, repos,

très jolie villa un peu en retrait du centre ville, ( il faut être véhiculé) parfait pour un séjour reposant et ressourçant dans un cadre magnifique, avec tout ce dont on peu avoir besoin. piscine au top, nous sommes partis en couple mais nous aimerions revenir en famille car la villa est adaptée pour. Propriétaires très agréables et contact facile. 👌

Gezellig vakantiehuis met instant 'thuisgevoel'

de beschrijving van de woning klopte, alles was aanwezig enz. het uitzicht op de Penon is echt mooi, alles kraaknet, het contact met de eigenaar was vriendelijk en correct, er was altijd iemand bereikbaar, goeie tips gekregen ivm uitstappen en resto' s deze woning is zeker aan te bevelen maar we willen zelf ook nog gaan ;-) , mooie tijd gehad, we keren zeker terug veel gefietst, mooie wandelroutes, veel goeie restau'tjes in de buurt, o ja, er is ook een kermis in Calpe , (en nog veel meer, te veel om op te noemen) , tot later 'ns, Vr. groeten

Une très bonne location

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa, nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Beaucoup de choses sur places, maison agréable et pratique, dans un très beau cadre et une très belle vue. Avons beaucoup profité de l'extérieur. Bien situé, près du centre de Calpe et à la fois au calme sur les hauteurs. Propriétaires très disponibles, et agréables. Nous pourrons certainement retourner là-bas

Vakantiewoning waar je je thuis voelt !

Onze 2 de keer dat we hier komen met de paasvakantie, vorige keer 3 jaar geleden. Weer een zalige vakantie gehad ! Het was toen al een hele fijne vakantie, alles was inorde daarom dat we ook terug deze woning huurden ! Ondertussen al vele veranderingen gebeurt, leuke buitenkeuken ! Voor ons heeft de woning alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf te hebben, je voelt je er direct thuis, voor de kinderen een paradijs ! Goed gelegen, mooi uitzicht, rustig en toch vlak bij de stad. Mooi weer ! Wij komen zeker nog terug ! Ideale plek om de batterijtjes weer op te laden ! De verhuurders zijn zeer vriendelijke, fijne mensen, alles verloopt correct, goede huurprijzen.

The quiet neighborhood and greenery, we have a lot of privacy , pleasant and large swimming pool
Child friendly and large terrace, ideal for all kinds of trips by car or walks and bike rides , and restaurants or shops , we do not necessarily use the car.
