This cosy cottage is in a quiet area in the heart of Charlestown, a mile from St Austell and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

The Mackerel is a cosy cottage in a quiet area of Charlestown just a short walk from the harbour, a mile from St Austell. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a sitting room with a gas fire and a kitchen with a dining area. Outside is roadside parking and a split-level garden with a courtyard and furniture. The Mackerel is in a fantastic location, within easy travelling distance of many attractions including the Eden Project.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car with unlimited roadside parking opposite the property. Split-level rear garden with lawned upper area and lower decked courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.. Town: A delightful and much sought-after coastal village of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, it's the perfect holiday destination. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by.

St Austell Bay

All good. Clean , well equipped. Home owner increased the duration of heating, when we texted her to say we were cold. Was a nice mini cream waiting for us when we arrived. No quibbles at all.
