Beautiful character house located in the heart of the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche with shaded terrace, barbecue and private swimming pool not overlooked, offers you tranquility while being 5 min. walk to local shops.
You will also be 6km from the Ardèche gorges.
Also located on the outskirts of 3 regions and 4 departments, you will have access to a
multitudes of activities and discoveries. (Ardèche, Drôme, Gard, Vaucluse).
Ideal for families or friends!
We put at your disposal at no additional cost all the equipment for babies and young children (2 baby beds, 1 changing table, 1 bath, 1 adaptable chair, ...).
Bedding protection provided, provision of household linen for a flat rate of € 60, i.e. for all the beds in the house:
