Recent villa for holidays with family or friends,

300 M from the village center, 4 km from the Spanish border, 13 km from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, at the foot of the mountains with a superb view.
in a quiet location and at the bottom of a dead end.
You will enjoy its calm and its swimming pool (9 MX 4 M) heated to around 28 ° (from the beginning of May to the end of September), its garden of 1,200 M², its terrace of 70 M² don 20 M² covered, its sunbathing areas available.
Its outdoor shower, its pool house with large cloakroom, its covered garden furniture for relaxing.

Great house, beautiful location
We were very happy with this house, the location, the village and the host. We loved the pool and the spacious house that holds a very well equipped kitchen. The house, garden and pool are even better in real life than they look in the photos :) We'd love to come back. Super friendly hosts too!

Dans cette chaleureuse maison, tout est prévu pour notre confort. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de Noël en famille près du sapin gentiment décoré par nos hôtestrès bon accueil, propreté, espaces, équipements, chauffage etc.. tout était parfait. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet hébergement qui est idéalement situé.

Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfect ontvangst. Op een mooie plek tegen de uitlopers van de Pyreneeën. Tussen Biaritz en San Sebastián. Heerlijk verbleven.

Très beau séjour
Très belle maison avec de beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. La piscine chauffée est géniale ainsi que la magnifique vue. Le fait de pouvoir faire ses courses à pied est un véritable atout. Bien située pour rayonner sur le pays basque. Magnifique séjour pour nous!

Chaque année, mon frère et mes soeurs, nous nous retrouvons une semaine dans une région à visiter. Le pays basque fût choisi cette année. Le gîte choisi correspond tout à fait à notre recherche: Bien situé au coeur du pays, pas trop loin de la côte, pas trop loin du village, nombreuses commodités dans le gîte. Le séjour fût très agréable, la piscine appréciée ainsi que le calme relatif. Bref, nous avons passé de très agréable vacances et nous avons bien apprécié l'environnement. Merci

Cette location a correspondu pleinement à nos attentes : > de la place dans la maison pour séjourner confortablement à 11 personnes (espace de vie, cuisine, chambres, salles de bain, WC > de la place et des équipements (espace extérieur, tables, chaises, vaisselle, ustensiles ... ) permettant de recevoir à la journée les membres de notre famille habitants aux alentours (Sy Jean de Luz, Urrugne, Hendaye) > maison extrêmement et généreusement équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut, et plein de gentilles attentions en plus du nécessaire (sacs à dos, bâtons de marche, parapluies, jeux de société et pour la piscine etc) > ustensiles, électroménager et vaisselle de qualité > linge de lit et linge de toilette de qualité et en nombre > maison très joliment décorée, bien agencée et équipée (cellier, pool house, coin barbecue) > piscine agréable, de taille suffisante pour les enfants > maison très bien située, à la fois un peu retirée, donc au calme, et à 5 minutes à pied du bourg, où on trouve tout le nécessaire dans des commerces de qualité > très bien située aussi pour les randonnées (nous en avons fait 4 - dont la Rhune - au départ de Sare, sans nécessité de prendre la voiture) En résumé, cette maison a rempli tous nos souhaits et nous avons passé une très belle semaine ... malgré la pluie !!! D'ailleurs, la maison est pratique aussi s'il pleut car grâce à l'auvent nous avons pu prendre tous les repas dehors, très appréciable ! Merci pour tout et merci à Madame Logez pour l'accueil !

Maison très bien située proche du centre ville de Sare et de ses commerces. Situation idéale pour rayonner sur différents sites du Pays Basque: les plages d'Hendaye et de St Jean de Luz, les villes de Cambo-les-Bains et d'Espelette, sont à une trentaine de minutes au plus. De nombreuses randonnées à proximité. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle, la piscine très agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, qui n'a eu que pour seul défaut d'être trop court. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil.

La maison, spacieuse et lumineuse, est au top. Les équipements sont de qualité et en nombre suffisante pour 10 personnes. Un appareil à raclette serait le bienvenu mais sinon c'est parfait. Nous avons trouvé les lieux dans un état irréprochable. La situation géographique est très intéressante, montagne, proximité de la mer, de la frontière espagnole. Vraiment location à recommander sans hésitation.
