Delightfully situated in a charming, residential, QUIET hamlet along the Rance estuary but only 5 mins from the resort of Dinard with its beaches, 8 mins from St Malo - walled city terminal ferry , 20 mins from the Medieval city of Dinan and only 40 mins by car of Mt St Michel.
This renovated 18th Century cottage with original oak beams and open fireplace, just close to the village La Richardais, is in Cancaval's cove (only 1min walk by a little path in front of the gate), at 300 metres from typical castle (Montmarin - Château des Corsaires XVIIIème, with its superb park;
It benefits of beautiful Nature surroundings, views and nearby nice walking paths (GR34 at gate) beaches (first one 1 min walk).
Large sunny enclosed private garden overlooking the Rance Estuary (1000M2). Off road parking.
Fully equipped for comfortable modern convenience: through lounge , dining-room with nice view overlooking the garden (large double glass door), fully fitted kitchen opened on the dining-room.

Gite très bien situé au bord des rives de la Rance. Endroit très calme situé dans une zone naturelle

Les cités historiques de Dinan, Dinard et Saint -Malo sont très proches, ne pas oublier de les visiter, c est un régal. Le littoral nous offre de belles vues. La côte d’Emeraude doit être visitée.

Tolle Gegend. Gut ausgebaute Radstrecken. Haus sehr ruhig gelegen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Werden noch einmal in der Bretagne Urlaub machen.

Très bon séjour

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description et la localisation est idéale avec possibilité de faire une jolie marche face à la Rance depuis la maison. Le calme est également très appréciable ainsi que l'accueil de l'hôte. Je recommande ce logement et vous remercie, Anne-Sophie Le Floch

Excellent séjour sous le soleil breton et dans une maison agréable et cosy où l'on se sent très bien. Emplacement idéal au bord de la Rance et très proche de Dinard, Dinan et St Malo! Véronique est une hôte très accueillante et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires! Des attentions touchantes et conseils précieux. Je recommande vivement!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr ruhige Lage, 200 Meter bis zur Rance, sehr nette Vermieter, gute Einweisung, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Garten und eine Vielzahl von deutschen TV Sendern. Zum Meer muss man allerdings mit dem Auto fahren. Dinard und Saint Malo sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Urlaub wie Zuhause

Eden Cove ist ein hübsches Haus mit historischem Flair, ist idyllisch gelegen und hat einen gepflegtem Garten. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen, ob für Besichtigungen, Wanderungen oder zum Baden (bei entsprechendem Wetter). Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch den netten Empfang durch Mme. Sougy und ihre vielen guten Tipps zu einem super schönen Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Eden Cove

Das Haus und der Garten in La Richardais sind noch schöner, als auf den Foto dargestellt, sodaß wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Dazu beigetragen hat auch die herzliche Aufnahme von Madame und Monsieur Sougy und ihre guten Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Vielen Dank, wir werden wiederkommen!

Cottage pour les amoureux de la nature

Situation géographique idéale ,au calme ,00dans la verdure et pourtant à 10-20 mins des villes touristiques du littoral: Dinard , st Malo, st Briac sur mer, Dinan....grand jardin privatif arboré agréable pour observer les oiseaux et écureuils. La propriétaire nous a accueillit chaleureusement . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Toller Urlaub für Bretagne Liebhaber und Erstbesucher wie wir

Eden Cove entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Entdeckungen, ob Wanderungen vor Ort auf dem sehr schönen Küstenwanderweg oder Besichtigungen von Städten, Denkmälern und Naturmonumenten. Eden Cove bietet absolute Ruhe im idyllischen Umfeld. Nach ereignisreichen Tagen kann man hier die Seele baumeln lassen.

Nice cottage and grounds in a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Eden Cove. It is a quiet location within lovely private grounds but convenient to get to Dinard, Dinan, or St Malo. The owner was very helpful. The property does have Internet but it is via a wired connection, e.g. for a laptop, rather than WiFi. The mobile phone signal was reasonable so we just used that.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern in diesem wirklich schönen Objekt verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr persönliche Betreuung durch Mme Sougy mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten, ebenso wie das bereitliegende Informationsmaterial. Der empfohlene Besuch des Mt. Saint Michel erst abends nach 19:30 Uhr mit beindruckender Licht- und Toninstallation war deutlich schöner als der Tagesausflug vor sieben Jahren. Ein echtes Highlight ist der traumhafte, riesengroße Garten - mehr Entspannung geht nicht. Praktisch ist auch der bereitgestellte, kleine Holzkohle-Grill. Im Übrigen sind die Beschreibungen der vorherigen Gäste gut und zutreffend. Was das Schwimmen anbetrifft haben wir wegen unserer Kinder die Sandstrände am Meer bevorzugt - dass wir dorthin mit dem Auto fahren müssen, war uns klar.
