Elif Apartment Elmas is a brand new, luxurious, 3 bedroom apartment with cool, contemporary and beautifully furnished interior spaces, a well equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances and water cooler, large private pool & spacious terrace area and large private walled garden with paved area and additional outside seating area with a pergola, for the sole use of our apartment.

Comfortably sleeps 6 guests and in a great location just 10 minutes walk to Kalkan's old town.

Apartment Elmas is part of a brand new prestigious development. If your expectation of apartment holiday accommodation is sharing a pool and having less space than a villa in which to spread out and relax on holiday, think again!

Offering as much space as many 3 bedroom villas, the apartment has a spectacular villa sized private swimming pool (approx. size 10 x 5m) and sun terrace affording great mountain views and a large private garden.

There is also a raised large landscaped walled garden area with additional seating and a pergola and egg chair!

The apartment is set amidst Olive groves and offers the compelling combination of great views, easy walking access to town (around 10 minutes) and importantly peace and quiet.

Arranged over 2 floors, Apartment Elmas offers over 1,000 square feet of living space.

Full width floor to ceiling glass doors open onto a large private terrace and villa sized private pool.

The living space comprises lounge, with a corner sofa, dining area and a well equipped modern kitchen with granite work surfaces.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom, with a wet room shower and a furnished balcony providing plenty of space to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the view with your morning coffee.

There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate shower room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror.

Stunning apartment that feels like a villa

Very well equipped spacious apartment. It really was like staying in a villa. Good communication between Josie the host and site manager for any small hiccups.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not only be back will recommend to friends.

Perfect getaway

Fabulous Stay-Highly Recommended

We had a fabulous stay at Elmas, Elif Apartments. Communication from Josie from the start was excellent. Elmas was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The cleaners came several times during our stay and the pool man daily. The outside areas was fabulous, we really enjoyed winding down by the pool after hard days sunbathing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. I have been to Kalkan many times, and this property was one of the best places we have stayed. It's an easy stroll into town, although we did make use of Ahmet our FB friendly taxi driver for trips to Beach Clubs. Our FB favourites were Yali, Indigo and Kalamar. The property is also very handy for the Bus Station which we used for a few trips to Kas which was only 8.5 tlr. It is also handy for The Junction restaurant which is a firm favourite of ours. I really can't praise the property enough and Josie for her care and attention to detail and great communication. Thank you again, we hope to be back for a few visits next year and will hopefully get to stay at Elmas again and again.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful location.

From start to finish the whole experience of this apartment was fantastic. The owners were attentive to all questions and helpful throughout the holiday communicating to ensure all was ok. The apartment itself is just stunning. Set in a beautiful location and the inside and outside of this apartment is of a high standard. A lovely outdoor pool and area and a bonus of another seating area for evening drinks or morning chats. The inside modern and stylish and very comfortable. Attention to detail in all rooms and helpful and friendly services for cleaning and answering any queries whilst away. I would highly recommend booking this apartment for a holiday to the beautiful Kalkan a place definitely worth a visit. Stunning views, lots to do and amazing places to eat.

Excellent Apartment , fab pool!

Well what can I say. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and the owners have thought of everything - it is so well equipped. I have stayed in villas in Kalkan but this apartment is as spacious as a villa but it has a much larger pool and far more outside space. A lovely walled garden with seating area and a pergola and plenty of space around the pool as well as an outside dinning area. Location is perfect with a short walk to the town but very peaceful and very private. We would definitely stay here again!

Elmer Appartment

Fabulous holiday. This is our 3rd time to Kalkan and never get board of it. fantastic restaurants with magnificent views across the sea, friendly, warm welcoming people cannot recommend it highly enough. Your owner Josie was extremely helpful with arranging our holiday from arranging airport pickups, the best options what to do about exchanging currency. The apartment was situated in a good location 10 mins walk down the hill into the old town, for the energetic ones its an invigorating walk back up the hill, but there are plenty of taxi's that will take you back for just £2. The apartment itself was done to a very high standard with a double room downstairs and 2 single beds in another room, both good sizes. The master bedroom upstairs with en suite was plenty big enough and a balcony that had spectacular views of the sea and mountains which was particularly pretty at night. All mod cons as you would expect from a luxury villa and it was the simple things like water cooler that made the final touch. Outside there was a reasonable sized pool with 5 reclining sun loungers a outside dining area which was plenty big enough for a family of 5 with wind down canopy & 2 large umbrellas. beyond the pool was a raised area with pagoda and soft chairs and table that you could sit around to take shade from the sun or sit around in the evening with a glass of something while relaxing with outside lighting and candles that made the mood very peaceful and tranquil. I would highly recommend this apartment and I am sure we will be back again in the near future if not to rent, but to buy!

The Elmas Apartment is lovely, it is very well equipped and the outdoor space is excellent.

The Elmas apartment is a great place to stay in Kalkan, it is at the top of the town located on a quiet road, the banks and supermarkets are close by and only a 10 mins walk into the village. The outdoor space is excellent, plenty of sunbeds and a great pool, inside you have everything thing you need, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are a good size. I would recommend this apartment.

Gorgeous apartment in the most amazing place

I don't really want to tell you how amazing this place is because then everyone will want to go and it won't be my best kept secret anymore. But it's only fair on Josie to tell you that if you go you won't be disappointed. I can't go to a villa in any place other than Kalkan now as it's fantastic value for incredible food and accommodation. We had a fantastic week in the apartment - it was just perfect for us. We were a group of 4 friends just wanting somewhere to relax for a week. The apartment was luxurious and very well kept. The transfer company and the apartment manager were very helpful throughout the week. We spent most of our time at the poolside, but we recommend going to Kaputas beach early in the day before it gets busier or too hot. We also went to Patara beach from 4pm- sunset which was beautiful. We went to the local market which was great and had a Turkish bath at the Atlantis spa - highly recommend both. We definitely recommend going to Kosk, Seaport and Baharrat restaurants for dinner (although everywhere is fantastic, we didn't have a bad meal all week) and then Botaniks bar for drinks - I've been to Kalkan twice before and didn't know it existed but we loved it - what a lovely location for a drink or two. We spent most of our evenings (after eating in town) back on the outdoor seating area at the apartment with the lanterns lit, fairy lights on and a glass of wine in hand. Wonderful time all round.

We went to Kalkan for the first time in 2014 and fell in love with it. It is quite stunning, the people are lovely and friendly and the food is excellent. It has everything required for a great holiday, the sea is clear and warm and of course the weather is fantastic. We went back again in 2015 and decided that we are more than happy to spend many summer holidays in this beautiful place - so we bought Elmas apartment
