'THE TERRACE is a charming house ideal for 4 people, about 250m from the beautiful beach of Luzeronde at the entrance and the bike trail to Noirmoutier en l'Ile (30 minutes by bike).
In the main part: a large living room-dining room opens onto an enclosed south facing garden.
A well equipped kitchen: MLV, oven, microwave, plates A, kettle ...

1 independent room with sink, 4 meters with a separate entrance canopy.

A bathroom with shower. Washing machine and dryer.
GARDEN south is very nice, enclosed by high walls, trees and flowers. Umbrellas, chairs, table, chairs, beds sun 'with mattresses guarantee comfort.
