A newly renovated traditional brick & flint Norfolk cottage, sleeps up to 6 with use of large sofa bed in lounge. 2 bedrooms, one walk through to master which has lovely en-suite. Luxury bathroom with digital TV to watch in bath. Hot tub in garden (new one installed 2023). Located within a stones throw of the secluded magnificent stretches of beaches at Bacton. Short walk to sea front pub (the Poachers Pocket) serving traditional pub grub. Ideally located to various days out locally. Enclosed rear garden

A fantastic property!
I cannot rate this peoperty highly enough. It has everything needed for a quality trip away. The accommodation was excellent and Victoria and Lawrence were superb hosts. The hot tub was lovely. We will certainly be back!

We had a fantastic time. Weather was good. Walks on beach with dog and walking to other villages so easy. Then back to a lovely cottage for hot tub and cosy nights in with wood burner. We will be back

Lovely little cottage
On arrival, which was excellent on details on check in, I wasn't disappointed. Lovely and clean and all the added luxuries the cottage offered such as big bath and hot tub made it special. Loved also lighting the fire place at night times. Very cosy and great location especially in short reach of the beautiful beach. Highly recommend. love gone I to restoring the property.

Beautiful location beautiful cottage everything was near by including the nice sandy beach. We had dinna at the pub (poachers pocket) which is only down the road. Beautiful place will definitely be back

Great mini break
Really lovely property, had what we needed and in a great location to the beach and short walk to local play area, shop and cafe. Great little garden for the kids and dog to play with the added addition of the hot tub. We loved our stay wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Location
Beautiful, quirky property. All contact with Victoria was excellent. The location was superb, a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pub. The hot tub was lovely and to top it off Victoria left us a card and bottle of Prosecco for oor anniversaty. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfy cottage with everything you might need for you stay provided. Great location, short walk to miles of beach and lots of facilities close by. Lovely hot tub makes this a very special place to stay.

We had a fantastic 4 nights here, location is perfect...4min walk to an amazing beach. The property is well equipped, nice and quiet & very relaxing. Hot tub is a nice addition especially when the weather is not 100% We'll be looking to return. Thanks

We had a lovely stay. Everything we needed was provided. We forgot a tea towel but bought one so if 1 had been available it would be helpful but that was our fault! The hot tub was a teat as we missed ours after moving up from Essex! It needed hovering as it had sand in it. Beds were comfy. Bed linen hadnt been ironed but i guess thats a preference and much nicer to get into a fresh bed with. Overall we had a great few days and nice walks on the beach with our dogs. Thank you.

Fantastic stay
A stunning property, easy to find and park, lovely enclosed garden with hot tub. A short stroll from a quiet and perfect stretch of beach. About 20/25 minutes from Cromer, which has some great independent cafes and bakeries. Within walking distance of the cottage is a pub, convenience store and fish and chip shop, with a Chinese takeaway just a little further. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Beautiful cottage in perfect location
The cottage was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Location was ideal. Just a few minute walk to miles of sandy beach and the pub was only 10 minutes away! After a long walk (Bacton circular walk is a must) the hot tub was perfect to relax in. I cant recommend this cottage and location enough!

Perfect stay with hot tub
We really enjoyed our stay in Bacton. Perfect location to access the Norfolk Broads and enjoy the beaches. The hot tub definitely added a bit of luxury.

Mini Family Break
The cottage was beautifully presented and clean throughout. Especially appreciated the the gate at the top of the stairs to prevent little one having accidents. The cottage is in a great location and easy to locate. The owners were helpful and provided travel cot and bed guard ahead of time. Hot tub was a lovely addition to the holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Very cozy
Very cozy cottage for four adults, would be a very tight squeeze for the suggested "sleeps 6"even with children. The living area furniture/sofa bed bit tired, overall was ok as we were out most of the time. For the price a small welcome pack would of been a nice touch.

Fern cottage is gorgeous, cosy and welcoming. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach and a lovely dog friendly pub. The hot tub is a real luxury and helped make for a relaxing mini break. We hope to book again

We are a family of 5 plus border collies, we love the area for walks and enjoyable times at local eateries. We have 3 boys aged 19, 17 & 9 and there is something for them all within the Norfolk area to enjoy. Please feel free to ask for advise or assistance when planning a trip to optimise your time!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property as we loved what we could do it it to take it back to its original features and introduce a modern twist.

We also use to holiday in the area as children and being in the area brings back fond memories.

What makes this property unique

Luxury bathroom with digital TV, en-suite to master bedroom, Vaulted ceilings and exposed brick and flints add to the charm of this cottage, a short stroll to lovely stretches of beaches and a traditional local pub! The hot tub in the garden at the end of the day is an added bonus!
