Amazing apartment in a great area

Perfect location
Our contact with the host and staff was perfect. It was so good to be met and shown around the apartment when we arrived. It was certainly more than we expected. The apartment was clean, well furnished and very homely. The stairs were a challenge with our luggage, so not an ideal place if you can’t lug your bags up three flights of stairs. Bars and restaurants at the doorstep, and an easy walk to the city centre. I’m not sure why there is a mention of sea views….!!! Rome is inland

Fabulous property and great location
The Trastevere is the gastronomic centre of Rome. Amazing food and restaurants. Very central to all major tourist sites. Can walk to all Vatican City, Colosseum, etc. Eva is an incredible host, do obliging. Prompt communication. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome. Thank you ever so much Eva

Beautiful apartment, coffee & crossaint vouchers for the local cafe were a major bonus (and best crossaints we ate in Europe!), property manager was lovely and accomodating she met us on arrival & arranged for airport transfers. 11/10, would stay here again!

Everything was great EXCEPT the noise from the neighbor across the hall, and from the alleyway below. It's not something the host can control, but something to be aware of of your sensitive to noise while trying to sleep.

Very nice place with great location!
The owner and her helper, Monica, were both amazing with their communication! They arranged transportation from the airport right to the door of the apartment! We really enjoyed the complementary breakfast every morning at the quaint bakery below the unit! Thank you!

Not suitable for a family of 4 with two teens (girl and boy teens)
It is advertised for 4 people but then when we said we are a family of four (two teens) the host charged us an extra 180euros because we were 4 people!!?? WE Did not understand the extra charge. Not at all suitable for 4 people specially if you have a boy and a girl teen. There is some kind of black mold around the kitchen sink and around the shower area. Location of the apartment is very good near a lot of restaurants and places to visit. If you like the Sunday market is only 10 minutes walking distance.

Nice apartment - close to everything!
We had a wonderful 3-night stay. This apartment is centrally located. It’s an easy walk to all the sights or the bus stop is just down the street. The small kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook meals. The beds were comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen-sized mattress and the pull-out sofa was comfortable for my 20 year-old son. There are many delightful dining choices in the neighborhood - we particularly enjoyed the coffee and pastries at the “404” just below the apartment. Be warned - this apartment is on a very narrow street in an active city neighborhood. Watch for cars when you step out the front door and it can be a bit noisy at night. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful neighborhood; comfortable home
The apartment was exactly as advertised: spacious, clean, convenient and charming location. The breakfast every morning at the nearby cafe being included in the rate really added to the charm. The apartment is comfortable, but you can hear noisy tourists on the street. It would be great if there was new hot water pot and coffee maker and if the latches that hold the shutters open were fixed so that they would not bang in the wind.

Perfect apartment in perfect location!
Eva was very prompt, friendly and helpful in her communication through the booking and during the stay. The apartment was perfect, lots of space with a beautiful view of the Aventine Hill and Basilica across the river. There was a slight smell in the bathroom but Eva immediately had it taken care of and fixed. The was a bit of noise at night but that is unavoidable downtown and worth it. Nothing some ear plugs can't solve. Every amenity was provided that we needed (utensils, kitchen appliances, laundry, etc). She also included 2 complimentary coffees and croissants each day from the cafe downstairs. Being able to walk out the door and have multiple cafes, restaurants, shops, etc right there is wonderful. And only 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Rome!

Rome stay
Check in was a breeze. Monica was extremely helpful. Had one slight problem which the owner Eva took care of immediately. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk everywhere. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The stairs were tough but helped to keep the pounds off from the wonderful food.

Beautiful Apartment, Outstanding Hosts
We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The location in Trastevere is perfect — close enough to all the major sites but in it's own beautiful neighbourhood. This made our stay both convenient and relaxing. The price made our trip to Rome affordable and was well worth it. The apartment was a fantastic base for our adventure, and we also we appreciated the air conditioning during the heatwave! The hosts were wonderful—friendly and full of great recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Roomy apartment in Trastavere
We enjoyed the apartment. Plenty of room for 2 adults with a teenager and pre-treen (who shared a large pull-out bed). Lively nightlife all around with numerous dining options. A good-sized grocery store was also close by. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the "panoramic terrace" our first night but it did become available later. It did not detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Rome. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom is a pull out couch in the living room. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and larger bathroom. Check in was easy. We were met by Monica who was so friendly! She gave us recommendations of sites to visit and restaurants close by. A nice surprise was a free breakfast at 404 Not Found Cafe next door. We had a cafe and croissant each morning. I highly recommend taking a taxi with your luggage to the apartment instead of dragging it down the cobblestone. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the third floor. This was our first time staying in Trastevere. Pros are it’s lively, fun, and the restaurants are incredible. You feel like a local wandering the streets here. Cons are it’s a bit loud on weekends at night and further away from main attractions. I used a sound machine as a light sleeper! We utilized scooters, bikes or a taxi to get to the center of Rome. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again! If you want to stay in Trastevere for a fun local experience I highly recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, stellt vieles bereit um sich wohl zufühlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, wie auch der Check-in mit Sonia haben sehr gut geklappt. Enttäuschend war für uns, dass wir die angepriesene Dachterrasse nicht benutzen konnten ( keine Sitzmöbel, abgesehen von 2 wackeligen alten Stühlen.) Ab dem 2. Tag war dieDachterrasse abgeschlossen, wir hatten keinen Schlüssel. Wir hatten die Wohnung wegen der Dachterrasse mit der tollen Aussicht gebucht und waren enttäuscht. Schade!

Great Place in Trastevere
My wife and I very much enjoyed staying in this apartment. The host had great communication and was a big help. The apartment is in the perfect location in Trastevere with some of the best restaurants in Rome right outside the door. The apartment itself is quite large and has all the amenities you need. If you’re looking to stay in Trastevere, I highly recommend this apartment.

Situation idéale, rue un peu bruyante, presta un peu décevantes
La location dans le Trestavere était idéale pour nous. Ambiance de quartier très sympa, authentique, pas dans le tumulte des zones touristiques tout en tant à 15mn à pied du Capitole et du Forum. Par contre rue bruyante à cause des cafés fermant tard (samedi soir, de la musique et des conversations fortes jusqu'à 1h-2h du matin). Accueil un peu précipité mais l'essentiel était dit. + très apprécié : le petit-déjeuner offert tous les matins au café d'en bas (accueil pas très chaleureux au café, dommage) Points assez problématiques : - les draps sont trop petits (lits 160 cm et draps 180 cm, donc à deux, on est vite sans drap), pas de draps housses et comme les draps pour couvrir les matelas sont aussi petits, ils ne tiennent pas et on se retrouve sur l’alèse - draps et taies avec des trous (je pense qu'il faudrait les changer) - un coup de frais à faire dans la cuisine au niveau de l'évier, joints tout décollés Propreté +++ et c'est une priorité pour moi donc ces petits problèmes ne nous ont pas empêchés de profiter du séjour. Dernier point : terrasse non accessible directement depuis l'appartement, il faut monter un escalier en colimaçon très étroit en métal (pas accessible à tout le monde) dans le couloir de l'immeuble. Difficile d'y prendre des repas vu que c'est compliqué d'apporter tout le nécessaire.

This neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and cafes. Our stay was great the apartment had everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries. Would recommend friends to stay here!
