wonderful house

This house was perfect for our family holiday of 7 people (no children -the stairs are open plan so might be tricky for small children)).The rooms were all of a good size ,very clean and everything worked! The garden was lovely and there was plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque. the beach was really close and good for swimming but did have rocks , however the beach at sables blanc was not far(by car) and no rocks there.The owner was very helpful and explained everything well and gave good suggestions for visits. The area around the house was very peaceful, but there was a bar within walking distance!A car is necessary because the nearest supermarket and town (Concarneau) are quite a walk. Concarneau is really interesting and there are lots of restaurants there(try la carabousse), Lorient is a good place to visit too. This house was really comfortable and I would definitely recommend it.

Traumhaus an bevorzugter Lage

Tolles und ausführliches Willkommen durch den Eigentümer. Ein wunderschöner Garten und die direkte Nähe zum Meer vervollkommnen den Aufenthalt in der Bretagne. Das Haus mit vile Platz und Charme hat uns die Woche überaus angenehm gemacht. So lässt sich die südliche Bretage am besten kennen lernen.

Zauberhaftes Haus direkt am Strand

Die Detailbeschreibung und die Fotos zeigen die Realität recht gut. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Strand. Es ist mit seinen vielen Bädern und der Aufteilung perfekt für Paare und bietet ausreichend Rückzugsorte. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und versorgt einen mit guten Tipps. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht voll und ganz der Realität. Das Haus liegt ca. 40 Meter vom Meer entfernt, so dass man sofort den kleinen „Hausstrand“ oder nach ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit den großen Strand von Cabellou genießen kann. Im Haus mangelt es an nichts. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist ideal, auch das jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat, sorgt für eine entspannte Badsituation. Sowohl im unteren als auch im oberen Bereich oder im Garten, auf der Terrasse kann man sich schön aufhalten und den Tag genießen und ausklingen lassen. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich von Herrn Bertholom empfangen, der uns auch gute Tipps und Hinweise zu Concarneau und der Umgebung gegeben hat. Unser Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt als auch die Gastfreundschaft von Herrn Bertholom genossen.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, tolle Ferien

Wir haben anfangs Juni zwei herrliche Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Nähe zum Meer, der herrliche Garten und ein Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt - wir haben uns sehr wohl und "ferienmässig" gefühlt. Auch die Begrüssung durch unseren Gastgeber Herr Bartholom war herzlich und seine Tipps haben wir nur zu gerne befolgt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Herlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

tolles Ferienhaus am Meer

Einfach toll

Super freundlicher Gastgeber. Tolles Haus mit schönen Meerblick. Strand tatsächlich nur einen Steinwurf entfernt an ruhiger Straße. Stand war auch super, mit schönen Felsen zum Klettern und Sandstrand zum Genießen. Die Gegend war ebenfalls der Knaller. Wir waren mit 2 Freunden und 2 Kindern dort. War wirklich toll. Jederzeit wieder.

Eine Insel der Ruhe...

Sehr gepflegtes, altes, aber komplett renoviertes Haus in schöner, absolut ruhiger Villengegend nahe von Concarneau, keine Durchgangsstraße, kein Tourismusbetrieb (wir waren allerdings in der Vorsaison dort), großräumig, sauber. Gute Betten-Qualität, Küche lässt keine wesentlichen Wünsche offen. Innenausstattung/Mobiliar in eher typisch französischer Manier. Ausreichend großer Garten mit Barbecue-Möglichkeit und Sonnenliegen. Parkmöglichkeit für 2-3 Autos auf dem Grundstück (dann allerdings hintereinander). Alt eingewachsene Vegetation im gesamten Wohnviertel. Fußläufig Entfernung zu verschiedenen kleinen Sandstränden. Sehr netter Vermieter-Kontakt, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und mitteilsam, auch bei Nachfragen. Keine Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe: Der nächste Bäcker ist aber leicht mit einem Fahrrad zu erreichen (ca. 1 km, wenn man den Schleichweg kennt). In näherer Umgebung (2-3 km) liegen verschiedene Supermärkte mit allem, was man für den Alltag benötigt inklusive Lebensmittel. Die nächstgrößere Stadt Concarneau ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, bietet außer an Markttagen (2x/Woche) immer ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit und ist liebenswert, insbesondere die von einer Stadtmauer umringte Altstadt ("Ville close"), in der man, egal in welchem Restaurant, gut essen gehen kann. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass das Preisniveau der Restaurants höher ist als in Deutschland. Wer an Frankreich und seiner Geschichte bzw. der Geschichte der Bretagne interessiert ist, kann in der Umgebung einige historische und landschaftliche Schönheiten besichtigen; je nach Entfernung muss man aber einen Tag mit Hin-und Rückfahrt einrechnen. Wer gerne Fahrrad fährt, muss wissen, dass viele (nicht alle) Fahrradwege entlang der Straße laufen, der eigentliche Küstenweg (Sentier cotier) offiziell für Fahrräder gesperrt ist. Insgesamt unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Ein Ferienhaus zu Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 9 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht, in dem wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt haben. Es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und viele Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns der schöne und gepflegte Garten begeistert. Da wir sehr gutes Wetter hatten, konnten wir uns im Schatten einer großen Weide entspannen und die schöne Terrasse nutzen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sommerhaus-Siedlung auf einer Halbinsel vor Concarneau dicht am Strand/Wasser. Es beginnt dort ein wunderschöner Küstenweg mit immer wieder neuen Ausblicken in die Landschaft. Es ist nicht weit nach Concarneau. Wir sind mit dem Auto gefahren, es gibt aber auch einen Bus. Man kann von dort aus auch viele interessante Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir waren z.B. in Pointe du Raz, Pointe de Pen-hir, Locronan, Pont Aven und Carnac. Von Concarneau sind auch Schiffsausflüge möglich. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

maison très agréable

La maison était spacieuse et lumineuse. Nous avons apprécié le petit salon supplémentaire à l'étage avec vue sur la mer. Le sentier côtier, tout proche, est magnifique. Le quartier était très paisible. Les propriétaires se sont montrés accueillants et discrets. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Logement très propre très bien entretenu et très agréable à vivre.Excellent contact avec le propriétaire qui nous a indiqué quelques bonnes adresses et site à visiter. magnifique

Magnifique maison avec charme breton très proche de la mer. Cuisine bien aménagée, chaque chambre différent avec des meubles en bois massif et on entend (et voit) la mer depuis les chambres à l'étage. L'accueil était d'une gentillesse sans précédent; le petit plateau avec des biscuits locaux, une bouteille de cidre et vu notre arrivée tardive, les propriétaires nous ont surpris avec un repas délicieux fait maison que nous avons énormément appréciés. Il y a tout pour se sentir à l'aise, pour les grands et les petits. Jardin avec place de jeux, terrasse, cheminée avec un stock de bois, tout était magnifique. Nous étions très contents de notre séjour et des propriétaires très gentils et attentifs et à l'écoute. Si jamais on repasse dans la région, ce sera certainement dans cette maison. Merci pour le magnifique séjour!

wow meets all expectations!

The house is well located on the cabellou peninsular within yards of the nearest beach and an easy stroll to many more around the headland. The property is in a residential area an quiet and peaceful for a relaxing break and accommodated our group very comfortably with the spacious layout. Concarneau is within easy reach and has many restaurants and creperies! Fabulous unspoilt beach at trevignon well worth a visit!

Une maison charmante

Nous avons passes de très bonnes vacances. Le propriétaire est très sympa. La maison est belle, elle donne sur la mer et l'archipel de Glenan. La location est très belle aussi. Très bon accueil des propriétaires; une maison spacieuse bien équipée et bien décorée, très agréable à vivre. Bien située à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer dans un paysage magnifique avec une côte rocheuse entrecoupée de petites plages de sable faciles d'accès.
