The Villa is located on a slight slope and has a beautiful garden with palm trees, bougainvillea, and oleanders. It also has a small lawn area next to the 4x10m pool with Roman steps and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th).
The house is distributed across 3 floors:
In the central area, there is a large dining room with TV/SAT, Wifi and Air Conditioning, with access to the beautiful terrace with sea views and stairs leading down to the pool. If we continue, we can see a small bathroom and the open-plan kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave, which also provides access to a small terrace behind the house. Also on this floor, there is a double bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
Leaving the central floor and going up to the upper floor, we find a restroom and a full bathroom, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as access to a terrace with sea views. In the upper floor hallway, we find an air conditioning unit facing the 3 bedrooms.
To finish, we go down to the ground floor, which has a room with the washing machine, a large veranda with a refrigerator, sink, and a bathroom, and entrance to the 5th bedroom that can also be rented, consisting of two single beds and a wardrobe, which otherwise remains closed.
The house could be used by up to 10 people.
There is a terrace next to the pool, parking for one car in the fenced plot, more cars can be parked in front of the house.
To the beach it's 4km, to the supermarket 3km, bars/restaurants 2km. A car is needed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
