It is a nice and functional villa located in a quiet, residential and green area, just a 10 minute walk from the Arenal Bol beach and 700 meters from supermarkets (Mercadona) and restaurants (town center).

It has a plot of 500m2 and 130m2 built. The house has 3 bedrooms, of which one is a double (with double bed), another has two single beds and the third has two other single beds and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is connected to a dining room, with direct access to the garden and the main entrance and the living room. A very large living room with fireplace, covered terrace-dining room and another bathroom with bathtub. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as heating (in the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the living room).

The house comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc ... as well as bed linen and towels.

There is a pedestrian entrance and another car. Beside the pool is the barbecue that connects to the dining area with awning summer. Upstairs there is a solarium to enjoy the pleasant summertime temperatures of the Costa Blanca.

Garden and pool very private with outdoor shower. Ideal for children and the elderly because it has no stairs. Pets Allowed.

The light enters the price up to 15kw / day, the other consumption is paid at 0.25cent / 1kw.
