Brand new house with private garden, terrace and barbecue, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms-wc, WIFI. Located in a private and quiet residence.

Close to Palais and all amenities: 10-15 minutes walk from the port, shops, the daily market and the beaches of Ramonette and Port-Guen.

The garden facing South and West has a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

The house is composed on 2 levels of a large living room (living room, dining room and kitchen) and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms-wc, and a garage.

Because of its location, this house can be rented by families with or without vehicles because it is close to the pier and shops open all year.

In addition, bicycles are available for hire in the harbor of the Palace, to shine on the rest of the island in less than an hour.

The price of the rental includes the supply of sheets, the WIFI, and the charges of water and electricity.

Une très belle semaine ensoleillée
Nous avons passés de très belles vacances en famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est bien adapté et équipé , avec du matériel de puériculture de dispo. Seul bemol: les serviettes non fournies, cela aurait été un grand plus pour gagner en place dans les valises quand on ne passe pas la voiture 😉 Proche de l'embarcadère (20min à pied avec des jeunes enfants) et donc des commerces et restaurants. La location de vélo électriques nous a permis de sillonner toute l'île. Faisants, lapins et vaches étaient au rdv !! Accès à de belles plages, avec des paysages magnifiques. Le jardin est bien exposé, et agréable pour y manger et lire tranquillement dans un transat. Bref une agréable parenthèse !

Super séjour
Un logement plus qu'agréable, équipements de qualité, déco très sympa, clair, dans un endroit calme, un peu excentré mais on repart avec des mollets d'acier. Propriétaire soucieux du bien-être des ses locataires. Un excellent souvenir.

Excellent sejour
Excellent séjour passé dans cette agréable maison proche de Palais. La maison est très bien décorée et il ne manque rien ! Seul petit bémol, les travaux à proximité de la maison qui gâchent un peu la quiétude du lieu mais en aucun cas les vacances sur Belle Île ! Très bon accueil de Nadine également !

Agréable séjour
Maison mitoyenne très bien équipée à proximité du Palais par un chemin piéton très agréable. Bien placé pour visiter l'île en voiture. Chambres très petites, plutôt faites pour des jeunes enfants. Heure de check-out annoncée à midi mais ramenée à 10h30 sans que l'on comprenne vraiment pourquoi puisque personne ne louait à notre suite. Le linge de maison était fourni ( draps) sans serviette de toilettes.

Très agréable séjour
La maison était complètement conforme aux photos, très agréable, avec une déco soignée. Environ 1,5 km du centre du Palais mais avec une bonne montée ! Merci à Nadine qui nous a accueilli et qui s'est montré disponible pour nos horaires d'arrivée et départ.

Très bonne location
Conformément à l'annonce, la maison est située idéalement pour découvrir Belle Île car située toute proche de Palais, et donc plutôt au milieu de l'île. 10 min à pied du centre de Palais, et dans un environnement calme. La maison est très bien équipée comme ceci est mentionné dans l'annonce, avec salon de jardin, barbecue, et tous les appareils ménagers nécessaires; le parking est un vrai plus, car il est compliqué de se garer dans le centre de Palais 1 seul petit bémol peut-être : les lits un peu "rebondissants", mais ce petit détail est vite oublié au regard des autres prestations Bref, que du bon !

Sehr schönes neues Haus in guter Lage
Neues Haus in kleiner Anlage. Ruhig gelegen. Nett dekoriert. Schlafzimmer klein, aber ausreichend. Küche gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt in 5Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Le Palais mit Geschäften und Hafen auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Terrasse und kleiner Garten vorhanden. Würden wir wieder mieten.

Super maison eemplacement idéal pour visiter l’île
Maison très agréable où nous avons passé la semaine. Récente, fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Les espaces sont bien distribués pour que chaque occupant s’y sente bien. Lave vaisselle, machine à laver et sèche linge sont des vrais « plus ». Emplacement idéal pour visiter l’île, proche de Palais (ville principale de Belle-Île) et toutes commodités. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Propriétaire très accueillant et à l’écoute. A conseiller :-)

Accueil très sympathique, maison neuve
Merci à Anna pour ses précieux conseils et son aide à notre arrivée et à notre départ. La location est neuve, confortable, agréable, très bien équipée, au calme et très bien située. Propriétaire accueillant ayant toujours répondu avec gentillesse à toutes nos questions. Merci pour cette belle semaine avec le soleil au rendez-vous en plus !

Très bien !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’île est magnifique et l’ambiance y est très sympa. La maison est agréable, moderne, fonctionnelle et bien décorée, et le propriétaire disponible et à l’écoute de ses locataires ... A conseiller donc !
