Bright apartment crossing, neat services, -51 m2- composed of a large living room with terrace facing south and open view, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer) located on the 4th floor With lift. A second terrace at the back also allows you to enjoy the sun especially in the morning or a little cool evening in high season. The apartment is air conditioned.

1 bedroom with a bed 160x200 with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed 140x200, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower,

You will have Wifi access per box and a large closed box in the basement.

The apartment has been completely renovated for up to 4 people. It is located in the city center, in a small residence standing extremely quiet, 5 minutes from the TGV station, close to the sea, shops and entertainment. (supermarket, bakery 5 minutes) The residence is located at the end of a dead end road far from the noise of traffic.

No need to travel by car in the congestion, everything is close (sandy beaches, shops, cinema, seaside)

Our animal friends are not allowed.

Coquet et super agréable

Location que nous avez conseillée des amis. Nous nous y sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous. Calme, douillet, moderne, rien ne manque. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la voiture n'est pas indispensable, tout est proche.

Très bonne location

Un appartement coquet, très bien entretenu avec de bonnes prestations. Le centre ville et la mer sont accessibles rapidement. A noter la clim et les moustiquaires, deux vrais plus pour des vacances réussies ! Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute du bien être des vacanciers. Bref, un excellent choix pour découvrir St Raphaël et sa région.

Location à recommander

C'est la seconde fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement. Cette année j'ai découvert la climatisation, très appréciable en août. L'appartement est décoré avec soins et il n'y manque rien. Ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est de ne pas utiliser ma voiture, tout est proche. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Toujours un plaisir et un bonheur de retrouver cet appartement confortable, parfaitement entretenu, très douillet et proche de toutes les commodités. La climatisation est un vrai plus. Monsieur et Madame Doizi sont charmants, à l' écoute, et toujours soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. On a juste envie d' y revenir très vite.

Merveilleux séjour

L'appartement est très propre et lumineux, je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Il ne manque rien, tout est parfait. Il est proche des commerces, des animations, de la plage mais la résidence sécurisée est calme, ce qui m'a permis de me reposer autant que je le souhaitais. J'y reviendrai dès que possible. Cette année encore, nous avons loué cet agréable appartement et, une fois de plus, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison, de par son charme, son confort et sa localisation proche des commerces, du centre et des plages. nul besoin d'un véhicule ! Très satisfaite de mon deuxième séjour .

Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine avec mon frère au sein de cet appartement rempli de charme. Le quartier est trés agréable, calme, propice au repos sans être complètement en retrait . Tous est à proximité sans besoin d'être vehiculer ( commerce, plages, restaurant , gare ect... ).Les proprietaires sont professionels et sympatiques.

Encore de superbes vacances dans ce nid douillet

Cette année, nous avons loué une nouvelle fois ce joli nid douillet. Nous y avions tellement passé de bonnes vacances l'an dernier, que ne pas y revenir n'était pas envisageable. Une fois de plus le charme a opéré. Le confort de l'appartement donne l'impression d'être chez soi tout en étant en vacances, et qui plus est dans une région absolument magnifique! Le contact avec les propriétaires est toujours aussi simple et agréable. De nouveau, nous recommandons vivement la location de cet appartement qui offre le confort et la proximité de la plage et du centre ville.

TRES PROPRE CONFORTABLE ET PROCHE DE TOUT

Loué pour 3 personnes, les photos sont à l'image de l'appartement. Rien à redire, les propriétaires aux petits soins pour un séjour agréable. Nous étions descendus en train depuis Paris, idéal, proche de toutes commodités : transports, supermarché, marché local, commerces, restau, plage, port, centre ville. Résidence calme, sécurisée. Appartement lumineux et très confortable.
