Villa with contemporary furniture, calm and comfortable, located between sea and mountains in the town of Porto Vecchio in the village of Orgiavonu.
Fully equipped, with reversible air conditioning and with a private swimming pool secured by an electric shutter, the villa opens onto a wooden beach of 75m2 with garden furniture, deckchairs and sofa, barbecue and tree-lined garden of 500m2.

It is the ideal place for you to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends. 7 km from the center of Porto Vecchio and its shops, 30 km from Figari airport, its location offers a choice of magnificent beaches within a radius of 12 km (north and south beaches) and the possibility of going quickly on the hiking trails of l'Ospédale.
Rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A deposit of 2000 euros will be due on arrival and returned within 7 days after the vacationer's departure.

Das Haus ist schön, modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klasse. Es gab sogar schwimmtiere für die Kleinen. Nebenan ist eine kleine Werkstatt, die tagsüber immer mal wieder druckluftlärm macht, was die ruhe am pool etwas stört. Das ist aber der einzihe macht.

Super maison avec une belle piscine située à proximité de Porto Vecchio et des montagnes derrière
Une super maison avec trois grandes chambres et une cuisine très bien équipée. Nous sommes resté avec nos amis et un bébé de 1 an. Un lit bébé était fourni et une chaise haute et la baignoire était super. La piscine est très bien, avec une couverture pour plus de sécurité. La seule chose à améliorer est que la terrasse en bois a besoin d'être nettoyée, le barbecue est un peu vieux et pourrait être modernisé, et le micro-ondes ne fonctionne pas très bien non plus. Sinon, c'est un endroit idéal pour séjourner à proximité de Porto Vecchio et des montagnes.

Schönes Haus mit Pool
Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage fernab vom Strandtourismus und trotzdem nahe am Meer. Solide gute Einrichtung, großer Pool sauber und perfekte Technik. Unkomplizierte Abwickung und guter Service. Leider hat der Gärtner mit Motorsense und Gebläse die Idylle öfter mal gestört. Aber wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.

A fine stay in a quiet location with a beautiful view!
We had a lovely time staying here for one week during our honeymoon. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived (although past guests had left a number of dishes and tupperware still dirty in the pantry), and Florence, the concierge, was great and timely in getting us into the house. As non-residents of France, it was a little hard to only be able to be in touch via phone, as that just meant needing to pay extra for international calling, but it all worked out! It was nice to have welcome gifts of wine and cookies - very nice touch. The location is off the beaten path (literally a dirt road), but that makes for a quiet, private stay. It is just 15-20 minutes up from the Porto-Vecchio port, and an hour or more from the great hiking in L'Ospedale and Zonza, so good for both of those adventures! The landscaping in the backyard around the pool is the real highlight for this house. The pool was a great feature, but a little to chilly to use in September! The house itself is clean and neat with basic features. We would have appreciated additional pillowcases and fitted sheets for the beds - there were extra pillows in the house, but no cases for them, and leaving some laundry detergent would be helpful so that we wouldn't have to buy an entire bottle at the grocery store. Having another set of towels (for either the beach to just laying out back) would also be a nice touch for future guests - we ended up buying more towels at the store. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would recommend the location to anyone. Thank you to Florence for getting us settled in and out quickly.

Villa au calme très agréable à vivre en vacances
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la villa de plein pieds très facile à vivre et possédant tous les atouts pour des vacances réussies. La piscine est superbe et la maison très bien équipée. L'air co est un réel plus et la terrasse couverte est très agréable pour manger à toute heure de la journée. À la fois à l'écart du bruit mais proche des plages et de la vie plus agitée de Porto Vecchio. Nous reviendrons! Roxane

Superbe maison dans un lieu unique !
La maison est très bien située, proche de tout et à la fois isolée dans le maquis . Pas un bruit lorsque nous sommes sur la terrasse devant la piscine et ce superbe jardin très dépaysant, c'est exactement ce que nous recherchions, ce fût parfait !! L'extérieur est vraiment très agréable et très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine, chaude à tout heure !! L'intérieur de la maison est sobre, coquet et très propre, de nombreux rangements . La cuisine est très bien équipée ainsi que le reste de la maison Tout était parfait !! Le contact avec les propriétaires simple et efficace; disponible à la moindre question Bref, un endroit à recommander sans la moindre hésitation :)

Les odeurs du maquis pour vous accueillir et la tranquillité en prime, à quelques kilomètres du centre de Porto Vecchio, franchement, on apprécie. Cette maison est conçue pour une vie dedans-dehors simple et conviviale, entre grande pièce à vivre et la terrasse-piscine. On a aimé aussi les petites attentions, les conseils donnés qui permettent de rapidement se faire une idée de ce que l'on va visiter et découvrir dans la région, entre culture et plage! Une bonne adresse.

La tranquillité avec les odeurs du maquis et Porto Vecchio à quelques kilomètres. Et surtout une maison agréable dont on apprécie le modernisme et la fonctionnalité sans chichi. Terrasse et piscine plus qu'accueillantes ! Sympa aussi, les bons conseils et adresses à disposition pour mieux connaître la région. A recommander et on le fera.

Vraiment très agreable et depaysant
Maison récente en parfait état et fonctionnelle. Piscine très agreable. Terrasse agreable a vivre. Jardin paysage superbe. Tranquillité des lieux Que du bonheur durant notre semaine de location . Nous recommanderions à nos amis cette maison sans soucis.
