Les Sables d'Olonne, nice single storey house of 110 m² with enclosed garden and shaded 500 m² located in a quiet area. This house classified "Furnished 3-star" and also on the site of the tourist office Sables d'Olonne is located 200 m from the Casino des Pins, 500 m Zoo, 600 m from the beach and shops nearby.
The house is facing south, you will have a lawn area for lazing in the sun and secure closure by gate and gate for the safety of your children, a garage of 25 m² with washing machine, bike available.

Propriétaire très sympathique avec une maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, et très bien équipée. Proche de la mer, du centre ville et de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. En deux mots: nous reviendrons :)

Maison très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec un jardin cols (idéal avec des jeunes enfants). Proche plage et zoo et centre ville accessible facilement en vélo (mis à disposition dans la location). Bref un séjour de 15 jours très agreable!

Très belle maison entièrement refaite, spacieuse, au calme, très bien équipée. Rien à redire sur ces vacances, que j'ai passé bloqué à la maison pour cause de pb de santé. - 2 grandes chambres, literies neuves et fermes, grande cuisine sur-équipée, salon et salle à manger conviviaux. Je recommande - Pâtisserie: Baba e clair (la meilleure des sables depuis la fermeture du pierrot), en face du lycée bleu, leur gâteaux sont variés et appétissants, leur pains valent largement le déplacement; - Restaurant: pas loin "Au puits d'Enfer", gastronomique recherché, et à coté de la Chaume ; "Le Fatra", excellent accueil et cuisine de produits locaux avec beaucoup de talent

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et impeccable. seule la salle de bain n'a pas été remise à neuf, mais elle est néanmoins agréable et très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut même des vélos ! L'environnement est calme et agréable, proche de la mer. les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques et serviables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

"La maison des vacances"
Nous avons apprécié ce séjour dans la "maison des vacances" comme l'a surnommée notre petit garçon de 3 ans. Très bien située: à deux pas du bord de mer, des commerces et du zoo. Calme, spacieuse, très bien entretenue et équipée. Nous avons pu apprécier la terrasse et le jardin sous les premiers rayons du soleil sablais. Nous avons hâte de revenir.
