About this property

Villa Ca na Servera, swimming pool, wifi, satellite, barbecue. Ideal families.

Rural villa located in Campos, in a quiet and natural environment. Close to natural beaches (Es Trenc, Es Dolç, Es Carbó, platja de Sa Ràpita...). It has 7,000 m2 of fenced space, with well-kept gardens, unheated pool, garage and barbecue. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room - dining room, 3 bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms, two with XL double beds (1.50 m) and the others with two single beds each. We have baby furniture (cots and chairs) and a ping-pong table. Air conditioning (hot or cold) included in the living room and in all bedrooms. Indoor wood-burning fireplace-oven. Free Wi-Fi. Satellite TV.
Last year we installed solar panels, so the electricity used on the farm during daylight hours comes from renewable energy. We make the villa a more environmentally sustainable place. During the night, normal electricity is used.
The Ficna is fenced. Pets are not allowed.

Lovely spacious villa in peaceful location.

Highly recommend finca for family holiday!
Beautiful finca in the countryside with a huge garden. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Very pleasant contact with the owner. We highly recommend this finca for a family holiday!

Wonderful stay in a perfect Finca
The finca is a bit remote and is therefore the perfect oasis of peace. The house and the entire property are huge and very well maintained. Everything is super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool and the outdoor area are very large and perfect for relaxing. Maria is a great hostess, always available and takes very good care of her guests. The finca looks exactly like the photos. A really perfect place for a nice holiday.

Schöne Finca mit tollem Pool
Die Finca liegt im Südosten der Insel etwas im Hinterland, bis zum nächsten Strand sind es etwa 20 min, bis Palma 45 min und zu den nächsten Supermärkten 5 min. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit großem schönen Grundstück. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Alles sehr großzügig. Im Haus gibt es vier Schlafzimmer: zwei mit Doppelbett, zwei mit zwei Einzelbetten, die aber zusammen geschoben werden können. Zwei Zimmer teilen sich jeweils ein Bad, das dritte Bad ist im Keller. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bäder sauber und alle mit einer großen Dusche. Große Küche und sehr großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Auf der Terrasse ist ebenfalls viel Platz mit Tisch, großem Grilletc. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Salzwasserpool ist sehr schön und mit 8 Liegen ausgestattet, diese sind aber leider schon etwas durchgelegen. Es gibt Handtücher für das Bad und den Pool. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Check in und check out gingen schnell und unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Außergewöhnliches Anwesen für perfekten Urlaub
Wir waren mit unserem Hund ca. 3 Wochen zu Gast. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Check-in liefen unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett & für Fragen immer ansprechbar. Einmal wurde die Filteranlage des Pools gereinigt & bei der Gelegenheit leckeres Gebäck auf die Terrasse gelegt. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür ;0). Haus und Anwesen sind traumhaft schön. Internet vorhanden & für den Hausgebrauch ausreichend flott. Absolut begeistert waren wir von der Sauberkeit des Hauses. Der Backofen sah aus wie aus dem Laden, die Spülmaschine & Waschmaschine waren frisch gereinigt & das Haus war trotz sandiger und staubiger Umgebung schmutz- und staubfrei. Von der Ausstattung her hat das Haus alles, was man braucht, inkl. Getränkekühlschrank im Keller. Einzig die Küchenausstattung & der Fernseher sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt für uns perfekt. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgelegenheit des Grundstücks und das weitläufige Gelände sehr genossen. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss, insbesondere auch deshalb, weil es in abgelegenen Gebieten Mallorcas keine Müllabfuhr gibt und man seinen Müll (inkl. Altpapier, Plastik und Altglas) getrennt zum Wertstoffhof bringen muss. Dafür kann die Finca nichts, sollte einem jedoch bewusst sein, wenn man ein Häuschen fernab vom Trubel mietet. Insgesamt sind wir vom Aufenthalt begeistert und können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder...

3 schöne Wochen
Schönes Haus mit großem gepflegten Grundstück. Ideal für unseren Hund, der sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Abgeschiedene und dadurch ruhige Lage. Für erholungssuchende Naturliebhaber absolut empfehlenswert. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Großer schöner Pool. Die Inneneinrichtung ist teilweise sehr einfach. Die abwaschbaren Tischdecken innen und außen sollten am besten erneuert werden, da sie bereits Löcher aufweisen. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist sehr einfach und mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen wäre es nicht möglich, gleiche Teller zu decken bzw. überhaupt 8 große flache Teller zu benutzen. Ich habe 6 vernünftige Weingläser und zwei Gin Tonic Gläser gekauft. Poolboy und Gärtner waren sehr freundlich und kamen immer nach Absprache mit Vorankündigung. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Unser ein-wöchiger Urlaub war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat genügend Platz für uns alle (7 Gäste) geboten. Der Aussenbereich war auch sehr schön gestaltet und mit dem großen Pool und dem noch größeren Grundstück waren ausreichend Möglichkeit gegeben den Tag gemütlich zuhause zu verbringen. Die Vermieterin war bei Fragen auch immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Gerne wieder!!

Excellent séjour à Ca Na Servera
Nous avons adoré notre séjour d’1 semaine à Ca Na Servera. La maison est spacieuse, très propre, bien équipée et proche de toutes commodités en voiture. Le jardin est également très grand et magnifiquement arboré, ce qui fût agréable pour notre chien. Nous recommandons cette location et reviendrons sûrement !

What a beautiful place in the countryside!
We enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful and spacious finca. It had everything we needed - and a lot more. The big pool was a highlight as well as the big terrace upstairs with the wide view of the countryside around. Maria was very helpful and sent us detailed instructions for arrival and departure. A great place to feel at home for the vacation.

Kommunikation hat super geklappt, nichts zu beanstanden. Auto wird zwingend benötigt, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. nur so zu erreichen sind. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wenn Fragen bestehen/aufkommen, werden diese umgehend beantwortet und geholfen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder

Tolle Finca mit traumhaften Pool
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Finca Ca na Servera. Das Haus mit der Veranda ist sehr schön und der Pool einfach klasse!! Luxus & Wohlbefinden pur! Auch der Tischtennistisch kam odt zum Einsatz. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen :-) Die Kommunikation mit Maria war auch sehr sympathisch, unkompliziert und zügig - alles klappte wie am Schnürchen!

Wir hatten eine grandiose Zeit in dieser herrlichen Finca! Auf dem weitläufigen Gelande konnten sich die Kinder nach Lust und Laune austoben. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Pool ist einfach spitze. Eine kleine Reparatur wurde quasi unmittelbar erledigt. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles, wie wir es erhofft haben
Wir können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Unsere beiden Hunde hatten den ganzen Tag Auslauf und konnten nicht vom eingezäunten Grundstück fliehen. Der Pool war toll, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und es war alles vorhanden. Die Lage der Villa ist ruhig, ein Auto ist notwendig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.
