Private and secured parking lot in the courtyard (closed by an electric gate). To have dinner, beautiful terrace giving onto the garden. Very comfortable apartment, high ceiling, original floor, very big windows to make sure it is very bright. Perfectly equipped: dish-washer, washing machine, television, TV, DVD player, glass ceramic hob (4), oven, microwave… Sleeping: a 160x200 bed, 90 cm bunk beds, a 140 cm sofa bed, easy to open without moving the cushions, 14 cm mattress. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Possible to rent sheets, household and bathroom linen (for a month, 2 weeks or a weekend).

L’appartement est très joli, dans une magnifique maison et idéalement situé, avec parking en plein centre-ville sans nuisance. Il est de plus très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Nous aimerions y retourner.

Incantevole appartamento in villa arredato con gusto ed in posizione strategica

In posizione centrale ma appena fuori dalle trafficate aree adiacenti alle spiagge , l'appartamento al primo piano di una villa singola con parcheggio e vista sui giardini circostanti risulta una scelta perfetta per godere della stupenda Biarritz evitando i problemi legati al traffico e alla mancanza di aree di parcheggio gratuite. A 5' a piedi dalla Grande Plage e a 15' dalla Cote des Basques, la location risulta comunque molto comoda per raggiungere in auto le uscite verso strade e autostrada. E' arredato con gusto e raffinatezza e perfettamente attrezzato. Le stanze sono tutte esterne e beneficiano di molta luce naturale, mentre il balcone è gradevolissimo per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Lo consiglio senza riserve

bel appartement conforme a la description

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour que ce soit dans le pays basque ou dans votre appartement. Nous avons pu apprécié le cachet de celui-ci, d'être proche du centre ville et d'avoir trouvé une location comprenant un emplacement véhicule car les places de stationnements dans le centre ville de BIARRITZ sont payantes. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Parfait!

Appartement très agréable, très lumineux et très propre, totalement conforme à la description! Situation parfaite pour découvrir Biarritz et le Pays Basque! La place de parking privé est très appréciable! Très bon accueil! Je recommande cette location et si nous revenons sur Biarritz, nous louerons à nouveau cet appartement!

idéal et charmant

Appartement au 1er étage d'une maison de charme, occupée par d'autres propriétaire/locataires, calme et bien entretenue; le parking est un vrai plus; l'appartement est propre, très bien équipé, rien ne manque et y est de qualité. il est situé à 5 minutes à pied de tout commerce, halles, plage et restaurant; dans l'appartement, un classeur avec tous les conseils de sites à visiter et les cartes de visite de restaurant à ne pas louper. Idéal et nous y reviendrons!

perle rare

La villa souvenir porte décidément bien son nom, car elle nous en a laissé d'excellents... L'appartement est confortable, meublé sobrement et avec goût, et sa terrasse au soleil est un luxe extraordinaire. Rien n'y manque et tout a été prévu pour que le séjour se passe bien, de l'électroménager aux cartes du coin en passant par la vaisselle. Il est surtout idéalement situé, dans une petite rue calme et tranquille, et cependant tout près du centre ville, à deux pas d'une multitude de magasins, marchés, restaurants, bars, et à quelques minutes seulement de la grande plage où se retrouvent tous les surfeurs. A 10 minutes de marche se trouve également la plage de Port Vieux, qui est beaucoup plus agréable et tranquille pour nager, et il est aussi très facile d'aller à pied à la grande Plage des Basques pour se promener ou courir. Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir arriver à pied en Espagne, à San Sebastian, en prenant le chemin côtier qui part de Pasaia, juste au sud de Biarritz.Il est ensuite très facile d'y revenir en train. Nous avons aussi pu visiter beaucoup de villes et villages basques typiques, tous situés à trsè courte distance en voiture: de Saint Jean de Luz et son joli quartier piétonnier, à Espelette la ville du piment. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, avec en plu la chance incroyable d'avoir des températures de plein été au mois d'octobre. Le seul problème aura été de devoir repartir... Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement!

Très bel appartement, propre avec tout le confort souhaité. La literie est de très bonne qualité. L'appartement est très proche du centre ville et du marché couvert : pas besoin de voiture ce qui est très pratique à Biarritz ! A recommander !!!

Appartement très confortable, meublé avec gout et générosité. Mise à disposition de documents récents, brochures, idées, sur les activités à réaliser, que nous avons largement utilisés!. Tout se fait à pied: la plage, les sorties, les courses... Le soir la terrasse est un vrai bonheur! Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables!

très bon séjour dans un bel appartement

Everything was perfect

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet appartement à famille, et tout était parfait. L'appartement est bien équipé, joli et lumineux, et sa situation est idéale. L'environnement est calme, mais le centre ville et à 5 minutes à pied, ainsi que la plage. A recommender!
