Bien, calme, belle vue.

Séjour agréable, dans un quartier calme, cependant très accessible des commerces , marché , bus, gare...Un seul bémol pour la chambre et la literie qui ne correspondent plus à nos dos fatigués !

We hope to return.

This was a great find for us. We spent a very happy month here. Check in was smooth, and nothing was lacking in the apartment. We found the neighborhood and shopping street to be to our liking. There is plenty of diversity and it is away from tourists. We love to walk, so it was also no problem for us to walk to the beach or old town. The hosts were very kind, and we had good communication. We especially appreciated that the rental was budget friendly without sacrificing comfort. We hope to return.

Logement convenable

Après quelques petits inconvénients de départ, le séjour s’est bien passé. Les propriétaires restent à l’écoute de leurs locataires. Le logement est correcte, proche de toutes commodités et de cette belle cathédrale. Il ne faut juste pas être un lève tard le we car les cloches vous rappellent à l’ordre. Personnellement, ça ne me dérange pas. Le seul bémol est le parking quand vous avez une voiture car il est difficile de trouver des emplcements gratuits dans la rue

Nice place to stay

Not only was the apartment clean and lovingly furnished, the hosts were also very friendly and immediately responsive. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and the location near the beach and the old town was very pleasant.

Very nice apartment fully equipped and cosy

We stayed as a family. Only issue No parking spaces so you have to pay for the parking . The place was clean well equipped and suited us . Beautiful views form the balcony of the Russian church.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Nizza und Umgebung

Ich empfehle die Wohnung vollumfänglich weiter. Sie ist mit alles ausgestattet, was man braucht. Jedes vorhandene Elektrogerät hat seine eigene Steckdose. Ich finde daran erkennt man, wie umsichtig die Wohnung ausgestattet wurde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe vorhanden. Durch Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und Trambahnhaltestelle und Bahnhof in Laufweite kommt man öffentlich überall hin. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Und der Blick auf die russische Kathedrale bietet ein einmaliges Urlaubserlebnis. Und eine Aussicht ins Grüne mitten in der Stadt.

Lovely stay

We had an amazing time at this property. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfy and the balcony gives you the chance to enjoy the lovely weather whilst admiring the stunning view. Would definitely recommend.

Nous n’hésiterons pas à recommander cet appartement aux amis qui visiterons Nice. Il est bien situé, agréable et bien équipé et de plus sa situation facilite l’exploration de Nice. Notre arrivée s’est bien déroulée le 4 novembre dernier et nous avons gentiment été accueilli à la porte. Tout s’est fait rapidement et nous avons ainsi pu déposer nos bagages et aller ensuite rendre l’auto au locateur à l’aéroport et revenir en tram avec la ligne 2 jusqu’à Alsace-Lorraine puis bus #8 sinon marche sur Gambetta d’environ13 minutes. La cuisine a été un des éléments que nous avons bien aimé dans cet appartement. Il n’y manque rien le frigo est top, le lave-vaisselle efficace, le lave-linge pratique. La salle d’eau n’est pas en reste: grande douche et l’eau chaude ne manque pas. Les propriétaires prennent soin de mettre à disposition suffisamment de torchons, de serviettes etc. C’est apprécié et il faut le souligner. La chambre est confortable et silencieuse. L’espace est restreint mais cela ne nuit pas au sommeil ! La terrasse est certes un des points forts de l’appartement avec la vue sur la Cathédrale Russe. Nous y avons fait quelques bons lunch-déjeunés et apéro en toute tranquillité. Le quartier regorge de commerce et le marché Libération est à moins de 20’ de marche. Et toute l’information pour visiter Nice et les environs est offerte bien classée par les proprios. Bref, c’est un excellent choix !

Une très belle semaine

Excellent appartement bien équipé avec vue superbe, facile à joindre et dans un quartier calme. Commerces à proximité. Il faudrait juste régler la porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir.

Wonderful stay

Le Piol was one of the best places that I have ever been. The apartment has new appliances and all amenities. It is spotlessly clean, bright and cheery. The view onto the cathedral is magnificent. To have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the cathedral with birds singing and visits from mourning doves cannot be imagined. The hosts quickly reply to all mail immediately. Their instructions to the apartment were concise and easily followed. I cannot give a high enough recommendation for this beautiful place. There is no place that you could find that you would be more comfortable or relaxed than here. I look forward to my next. visit.

Le top de mes locations sur Nice. L'accueil, le cadeau de bienvenue, la propreté de l'appartement, les équipements et le super plus pour moi la vue depuis la terrasse, dont je rêvais depuis 2 ans. Mon nouveau rêve : y retourner, mais pour un séjour un peu plus long.

Cocooning dans un appartement très chaleureux

Appartement lumineux et très bien agencé , dans un quartier calme de Nice ; parfaits équipements pour un séjour dans des conditions au top. A l'arrivée, un premier contact avec une hôtesse d'accueil très sympathique et disponible pour toutes questions pratiques, permettant ainsi une facilité d'installation immédiate et un accueil privilégié. Être à Nice en ayant l'impression d'être à Moscou !

Une vue sur la mer, c'est banal... mais une vue sur une cathédrale russe à Nice, ça c'est ORIGINAL ! Ma première location à Nice il y a 3 ans et demi. Depuis j'y séjourne de temps à autre quand je suis en villégiature à Nice. Dans le TOP 3 de mes locations préférées à Nice.
