While golf may be a highlight here at The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort, we have much more to offer than the 18-hole course. There's plenty to do to keep you occupied, either on or off the grounds, at The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort. From leisure activities to rest and relaxation time, you'll have plenty of options. There are year-round choices for you to make your visit worthwhile, no matter when you decide to visit.

There is hiking, biking or horseback riding along the secluded trails, or maybe you feel like exploring the magnificence of Oak Creek Canyon and the desert vistas via a JeepĀ® tour. Climbing, fishing, tennis, running and rafting are just a few of the many selections available to you during your stay at The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort. You may even want to make the short jaunt to nearby Scottsdale for a full day of browsing shops and dining out.

All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking

Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
- No RV or motor home parking allowed at this resort.

When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for security deposit and a nightly fee plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

ADDITIONAL COSTS: An $16 per day resort fee is due at check in.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, 24 hour fitness center, pools, DVD rentals, seasonal activities, garden gas grills, 24 hour lobby coffee, tea and cocoa, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via email once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we'll send the confirmation letter right away.

PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation will be made in the name of the person making the purchase, if additional names need to be added to your reservation for check in purposes (arriving on different flights, etc), please notify us at the time of purchase or at least 7 days prior to arrival date of the additional names that should be permitted to check in. If a name is not on the reservation they will not be permitted to check in, no exceptions.

Mother and Daughter Trip

Right down the street from the bell rock hike and 15 minutes away from busy main Sedona. The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long day of hiking. Also loved the small kitchen to be able to cook meals in as well. Overall this was a great place to stay!

Pretty decent place and easy to get to everything

Overall, we thought this place was pretty good and it's great they do have complimentary washers and dryers to use. I do think it's a bit strange that housekeeping doesn't come by every couple of days to freshen up things but we made due.

Great room and clean.

No view from either pool at the hotel so that is why not 5 star. Also they bother you a lot trying to get you to do a TimeShare tour. They called numerous times and left messages. As soon as you walk looking to check in you get attached by a guy to help you but he is just more interested in getting you to do a TimeShare tour. Avoid them and you will have a good time.

40th Anniversary in Sodona

The unit is what we expected. It had all the essentials we needed and it was a fair price. It was only in the 60s, so we didn't use the pool. The bed was a bit harder that we're used to, but nice linens made up for it and we slept well. Very prickly shower.......glad I wasn't sunburned. Parking was a hassle, each time we came home from dinner there were no spaces in our assigned area......we had to park across the street both nights.

Beautiful location with great amenities. Yes, as most of the reviews state, it is a bit outdated. However, for the price Iā€™d say it was a steal..... very quiet with a heated pool offering spectacular views. Activity center had plenty of games available to borrow, as well as daily activity schedules for both the young and old. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything we expected.

Perfect size apartment for a couple. It has everything you need! Great location as well. This isnā€™t the apartment for you if you plan on spending a lot of time here. We were on the move every day so coming home here was perfect. Small kitchen that supports small eats. Donā€™t expect to cook a huge meal here. Concierge was great and gave so many good ideas for restaurants, sights, and hikes. The location was pretty good being far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona to be a quiet relaxed area. 15 min drive to downtown Sedona and the popular attractions. We canā€™t wait to come back here!

Convenient, well appointed and scenic

Our second stay at The Ridge! This unit though spacious as a one bdrm (801) was a bit dated and in need of new carpeting and furniture. This unit is ADA ready from shower to bathtub and a kitchen roomy with all of the necessary accommodations for a wheelchair! We are not in wheelchairs but no taller than 5' 2". The gas fireplace in the sitting room is a nice touch. As for the amenities of the resort top notch. Many families and guests utilizing outdoor grills, swimming pools and wonderful walking paths. Chef Dahl has a wonderful restaurant within walking distance!! We suggest making a reservation at Cucina Rustica as it is crowded!! Chef Lisa Dahl has 4 restaurants in the area. If you have a chance a dining experience you won't regret!

Cheap thin walls with no view...near Some of the best views ever...Really

Poorly done tiny place over looking a parking lot. We could hear every peep our neighbors made. This, in combination with non-stop phone messages and in-door paper marketing trying to get us to join the time-share racket made this stay annoying and difficult!

Sufficient for our needs

We are a husband/ wife age mid 50s. We stayed in a studio for 4 nights. The resort was quiet even though it was a busy time. Kitchenette had refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster cookware and utensils which were all very nice. Queen bed was OK but not comfortable for an extended stay. Bathroom was sufficient with shower and nice sink area. We loved Sedona area for hiking and the weather. School House and Desert Flour restaurants were close and we used them several times. We were not pressured for time share sales pitch. Stopping by the information center on 179 was also very helpful for us 1st timers.

We loved the property and friendly staff. Any requests we had were promptly taken care of.

Property was just as described online. Very clean and well maintained.Plenty of paved sidewalks to connect to Oak Creek Village made it very pedestrian friendly, which is important to us! We liked being able to come back to our room each day after hiking and relax with a complimentary DVD from the lobby. Cuccina Rustica was a great restaurant where we ate and later met friends for another delicious meal. Miley's CafƩ puts out a luscious breakfast as well with many tex-mex items. I would have liked more convenient cooking pots for small portions. Only one large pot and one skillet. Otherwise kitchenette is sufficient and in good working order. Would recommend this to friends and family and hopefully we ourselves will return some time.

Gorgeous location!

The setting for this studio was wonderful - lovely golf course, mountains, and plenty of places for walking. Staff at the reservation office were friendly and very helpful with everything. A studio is small but adequate for 2 people. I would not put 4 in there. The bathroom is really large and the entire place had a lot of storage. The king bed is super comfortable and there were 4 very nice large pillows. I do wish the resort would use a fitted, NOT flat sheet on the bed! It comes loose and rumples and I kept having to redo it. Everything was clean and worked. The resort has 3 pools and hot tubs. I gave the property 4 stars as the grills were quite cool and the lights didn't work at either grill. Also, there were no staff to help with hauling suitcases up lots of stairs to the buildings . Luckily, we were on the lowest level but that was still 2 flights of stairs. Also, there was no oven but the dishwasher and fridge were in. The kitchen is generally well equipped. Laundry facilities were close by and free. We had a great vacation!
