About this property

Luxury Self Contained Studio on the Roseland Peninsula. En-suite, Parking, Wifi

Book the Lynwood Self-Contained Studio for a real holiday treat! The sunny, open-plan studio is perfect for a romantic break. You may stay for short breaks or treat yourself to a full week away or more.

Twin beds zip together to create a comfortable king-size double. There is a z-bed available and/or room for a travel cot.

The en-suite bathroom is really spacious with a large walk-in shower, separate bath, wash-hand basin, loo, bidet and heated towel rail for your fluffy towels and a make up mirror is provided.

The living room/kitchenette is well equipped with a two ring induction hob, combi-microwave, sink, standard small fridge and mini freezer along with kettle, toaster and a selection of kitchen equipment.

Also included are a TV with Freeview, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, comfy chairs and a small table from which there is a pleasant garden view.

Guests will be welcomed with a bottle of wine and there is a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate too. Please note all bedding and towels are provided along with a bar of hand soap, washing up liquid, tea towels and loo rolls to get you started. The village shop which is in walking distance is open 7 days a week for anything extra you may require.

Outside there is plenty of parking, and as you can see in the photo, you have your own little south-facing sitting area which is a real sun trap – ideal for that cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.

This year we have started to offer a Full English or Continental breakfast again as an add on, served in our dining room along with our B&B guests, currently week days only, with possible other occasional restrictions, please enquire when booking.

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Relaxing stay.

The studio was very attractive and comfortable. We were able to completely relax. There was plenty of space, despite being a studio. Although very stylish, it also had a homely feel. Abigail was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Abigail and Jeremy. Sue and Richard.

Little Ray of Sunshine

Whether you have the weather or not, the location, the studio and the hosts make it lovely. Everything there is ready for you to make you comfortable and relaxed. Loved chilling in the arm chairs (so comfy). The bed is a good size and comfy too. If you want to cook, you have everything there needed. We also took our air fryer :) The bathroom is such a good size and there is plenty of storage. Abigail (host) is so welcoming and smiley and you can ask away whatever you need. Loved their dogs too - so cute and friendly. Would definitely return. Thank you for having us :)

Perfect accommodation

The self-catered accommodation had everything that was listed. Abigail was really informative and helpful. We had left our washing to dry outside and she took them in due to the rain whilst we were out. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit allem nötigen Utensilien.

Wir waren sehr gern in dieser Unterkunft, die hellen, sehr sauberen Räumlichkeiten haben auch das Regenwetter erträglich gemacht.

A great base for exploring the Roseland Peninsular

The Studio was immaculate; bright and airy, with all you need for a short stay. The kitchen was well thought through, as although small, it was possible to cook more elaborate meals and was well equipped. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Any traffic noise can be blocked out by the use of ear plugs ( _ I'm a very light sleeper) The owner, Abigail was very helpful and attentive. Eating out - would recommend:; The Kings Arms The wonderful terrace at The Idle Rocks Hotel for afternoon tea ( St Mawes) and a nice outside terrace overlooking the sea at Portloe. We had a lovely stay - thank you!

What makes this property unique

Tregony Village is the Gateway to the Roseland Peninsula, close enough to be able to visit the cost and local cloves and villages throughout the Roseland, but also not too tucked away that a day trip around the rest of Cornwall isn't too hard. With Truro and St Austell both about 15 minutes away as well as the A30 leading all the way down and up Cornwall.
