Heerlijke week

Wij hebben met onze drie volwassen kinderen een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige huis. We werden goed ontvangen door Marina. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanuit het huis loop je zo het lekkere zwembad in. Bovendien een heel mooi plekje van Corsica. Bergen, zee en Sant-Florent dichtbij..

Je recommande.

Belle maison dans un lotissement bien équipée piscine bien chauffée. Idéal pour rayonner et profitez de la piscine en fin de journée. Maison proche en construction donc un peu de bruit meme le samed. On entend bien les voisins quand ils sont là et surtout dans leur piscine.

Das Haus haben wir in einem sauberem Zustand gefunden. Der Pool war herrlich und auch sonst hat alles gepasst. Wenn wir Anliegen oder Fragen hatten, haben sie sich gleich darum gekümmert. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt in Oletta!

Schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Haus

Es hat alles für uns gestimmt ausser dass wir fast kein Französisch sprechen konnten :-). Google Übersetzer sei Dank, denn so gelang uns auch die Kommunikation ohne Probleme... Kurz gesagt, vom Empfang über Aufenthalt bis zur Abgabe war alles perfekt. Marina und Lurence Mosconi waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben gut eine Woche im Haus verbracht und es war wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr Grosszügig. Auch war alles vorhanden was man braucht ausser die Lebensmittel natürlich :-). Oft ist es in Miethäusern so, dass noch ein Massbecher hier oder das Abwaschmittel dort fehlt aber hier war alles vorhanden. Selbst ein paar Tapps für die Abwaschmaschine und Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Auch der Grill war super und haben diesen einige male verwendet. Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren super und so konnte man sich super in gemütlicher Runde bei einem Glas Wein entspannen. Das Wasser des Pools war genau richtig ca 28 Grad was für den Herbst sowieso wunderbar ist. Vielen Dank den Vermietern... Wer weiss viellecht bis nächstes Mal wenn wir wieder nach Korsika kommen...

Beautiful house in a great location

The house is very spacious, modern and beautiful. We spent a happy fortnight exploring the island and hopping into the pool whenever we were home. Amenities like supermarkets and restaurants are within a short walking distance. It's possible to walk into St. Florent, but only wearing proper shoes as the path is pretty rough and takes about 35 minutes. There is a nice trail opposite the valley if you want to go for a run. Don't miss out the beautiful beaches (best to get there by boat and you can go for a beautiful walk in between them) and the river basins 15 minutes into the island. Be prepared to do some driving on beautiful curvy roads with spectacular outlooks if you want to further explore the island. So much to see and the landscape has such a great variety. We can't wait to get back.

Lovely family holiday

The villa is spacious and well equipped. It has excellent outdoor space around the pool and boules court with lovely views of the mountains. A short walk to supermarket, restaurants and boulangerie and a five minute drive to St Florent and beach. Patrick and Marina were friendly and helped us to get the best from our holiday. We had a lovely time.

distance to local village

distance to local village was more than anticipated and it was impossible to walk there as the road was rather dangerous so definitely needed a car. Villa was part of a complex - very nice villa and clean. Some work still being built around it but not too noisy.

Superbe et confortable villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour cette villa. St Florent est tout simplement magnifique avec son port qui offre une multitude de possibilités de locations de bateaux pour profiter d'une mer turquoise et de très belles plages => un rêve ! Très bien situé, le logement est tout confort avec des chambres spacieuses, une pièce à vivre très conviviale et des extérieurs magnifiques (vue incomparable sur la montagne). Enfin, sa piscine chauffée (et bien chauffée :), son boulodrome et ses jeux laissés à disposition nous ont garanti des soirées très sympathiques.

un havre de paix et de bon goût

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la villa qui propose une vue splendide depuis la terrasse/piscine et dont l'aménagement intérieur moderne et de bon goût vous permettra de vous évader le temps de votre séjour. Villa de standing très bien aménagé et bien situé Et des propriétaires accueillants et reactifs.

Une découverte de la Corse idyllique Nous nous sommes très bien amusés dans cette maison avec les enfants. Très beau paysage quartier calme Bastia st Florent cap corse ile rousse disponible rapidement par la route Des propriétaires supers accueillants et au petit soin pour nous Une piscine et un terrain de pétanque parfait. une Maison rêvée 👍👍👍

Beautiful villa for larger groups

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners had to wait ages for our hopelessly late flight to arrive, but were warm and welcoming. The villa is well appointed and well equipped, with a lovely pool and the location is very convenient having the shops just down the hill. Given how hot it was I was particularly pleased that there was great air conditioning. We went to the beaches that are accessible by boat (Lotu and Saleccia), the boats go from St. Florent pier. My only suggestion would be that a guest book might be nice.

La location est conforme au descriptif et agréable . Le changement du téléviseur ( pas de HD) serai un plus . Dommage pour le vis à vis depuis la piscine avec la location du dessous , on a eu droit a des naturistes pendant une semaine c'était pas vraiment à notre gout ...lol

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir - zwei Familien mit insgesamt 9 Personen - haben unseren Urlaub in St.Florent in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Die schöne weite Aussicht auf die Berge, der tolle Pool mit sehr schöner Terrasse, der Bouleplatz hinter dem Haus: alles sehr genial! Weitere Pluspunkte: ein Supermarkt in 5‘ zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr sympathische Vermieter, Kommunikation lief tadellos & immer sehr schnell. TOP-Empfehlung!!

Für uns war es perfekt

Wir, eine Gruppe von 6 Motorradfahrern, waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Das beheizte Pool war nach unseren Touren eine Wohltat. Die Gegend ist einmalig und außer mit dem Motorrad die Gegend zu erkunden könnte man das auch mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß machen. Es ist nicht weit in das schöne Städtchen St. Florent. Alles in allem es war für uns ein toller Urlaub.

MAISON SUPER AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un excellent (trop court ) dans cette belle maison , beaucoup d'espace. La piscine est un plus, même si ce n'était pas notre priorité, hôte agréable. Nous nous sentions très bien dans cette maison, bien située pour visiter la Corse du Nord. A cette époque de l'année, l'environnement était très calme. Bref, nous la recommandons fortement.
