Welcome to our cozy 4-bedroom vacation home in the charming town of Mayville! Nestled just a 10-minute drive from the renowned Chautauqua Institution and a 22-minute drive from the stunning shores of Lake Erie, this property offers the perfect base for your getaway.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step outside and enjoy the breathtaking lake views from the property. I grew up in Westfield, NY. My wife and I purchased this home in late-2014 as a way to keep ties with my hometown and relatives, and to provide my family with a wonderful getaway location where we can make lasting memories.
Why they chose this property
Our house in Mayville is a great gathering place for both friends and families. We are relatively new owners of this house (closed on 12/31/14) and are excited to make continuous improvements to the home for all of us, guests included, to enjoy for years to come.
What makes this property unique
The large lakefront lot is secluded much more than most, providing the privacy that we all desire. Views of the lake are spectacular with easy access to a private dock.
