Schöne, zentrale Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Schöne Wohnung, von der aus die zentralen Stadtteile fußläufig erreichbar sind. Gut ausgestattet, mit herrlichem Blick über San Sebastian. Yon war ein perfekter Gastgeber, Super Kommunikation und immer erreichbar.

Lovely Spacious Condo with Lots of Perks

First of all this is a lovely place. My wife and I really enjoyed the location. We’ve been to San Sebastián five times and have been mostly on various points along La Concha. But this offered a different experience that we enjoyed immensely. We had a little trouble locating the place (couldn’t find the proper address or condo number and couldn’t get a hold of the contact person immediately) but this was resolved in a decent amount of time and once we got in and settled we really enjoyed our selves and our host was really helpful. Some interesting things about this place: it has a dryer (crazy in our experience but super helpful with three kids). Just know you have to empty the water that builds up during the drying process (compartment found in top right). The water pressure is really powerful. Took a time for the kids to learn when they were getting water, but it is great. Also there is a secret drawer for the wine opener (really every house should have such a secret little drawer). Within walking distance to the beaches and the old town. Lots of great restaurants near by. Like really good. Try Usarbi! You won’t be disappointed. Would definetly stay here again. Great place, great location, helpful host.

What a view!

The owner is friendly and attentive. The views from the flat are stunning. Large place with airy and bright rooms. My kids are teenagers but I feel the flat would also accommodate younger kids. Very good location, well stocked and comfort location. Highly recommend.

Place was ok. Surroundings and building itself are horrible. On check in day we left as there were some people fighting outside and ended up staying at a hotel in town. On another night the police had to show up to chase some people and a lot of loud people were yelling in the middle of the night. The train station/area is being renovated so that just makes the place look uglier and with a lot of graffiti. Inside was fine and yes, there are spectacular views of San Sebastian, but considering the beauty of the town, this building is probably one of the most ugly ones. Owner was great with communication and responsive. Unfortunately I don’t think I would recommend the place.
