Both apartments have open plan kitchen, and bathroom, as well as small lounge and dining area. Private heated pool with Bbq (gas) area, and large garden. 10 minutes from Moriara and Calpe, with a range of beaches, shops and restuarants for all tastes. Parking for several cars. Summer stay August 2023
We had a fantastic stay and loved the property. It had everything we could need and more. Yes the drive is very steep and certainly tested my driving skills but it’s not too bad once you get the car up it a few times and for those who didn’t fancy it, the parking across the road was always available. The separate upstairs and downstairs accommodation worked perfectly for us and gave my elderly father in law a much needed quite space. The location was great but you’ll definitely need a car as there isn’t much in walking distance. A short drive to both Calpe and Moraira and some beautiful beaches within a short distance also. Lots of supermarkets close by, restaurants and plenty of things to keep you busy. The property owner was very helpful and communication was fantastic. Would 100% recommend this property!!

Très belle maison
Très bon séjour. La maison est très bien équipée. La piscine était grande. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et à l'écoute. La voiture est indispensable.

Lovely property with everything you need. Loved the pool. Nobody attempted to drive their car onto the drive 😂 Great location and near to lots of places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was brilliant with his communication. Thank you!

Lovely Villa with beautiful views
A bit of a steep (hairy) drive welcomes you to this marvellous getaway. As we were a large family with ages spread from 2 - 87 I was concerned it would suit BUT all was pretty much top class. Only slight moan was the faint damp smell from the downstairs apartment but apparently this was due to the unusually heavy rain this area expererienced recently. Great pool, living area and well equipped kitchen. Airconditioning in key areas was appreciated too. Owner was a very good communicator and we all really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Muy buena estancia
Hemos estado una semana de Julio en familia y hemos podido disfrutar mucho de la casa. La piscina es una maravilla. Esta muy bien ubicada y bien equipada. No le falta nada ! El propietario John resolvió rápida y eficazmente una pequeña incidencia y se aseguró que estaba resuelta respondiendo a todos los emails. Una gran estancia. Muy recomendable.

Een tof huisje maar toch wat dingen aan vervanging toe
Heel leuk en mooi villa. Onderste appartement had nogal vermuf geur. 4 ligstoelen leek me wat weinig voor huis voor 8 pers. Voor de rest alles wel aanwezig en aangename badkamers.

Hemos estado una semana de vacaciones familiares, que hemos disfrutado mucho, la casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para ello. La piscina es grande y los niños la han disfrutado mucho y los adultos tambien. Tiene barbacoa de gas que es un puntazo. Por poner alguna pega es algo incomoda por tener dos alturas y no se ve la tv española, pero bueno nosotros no la hemos necesitado. Jonh muy atento y si tienes algun problema contesta rápidamente dandote soluciones. Un acierto la eleccion de esta casa para nuestrasa vacaciones.

Muy recomendable
La vivienda ha cumplido nuestras expectativas. Un alojamiento grande y espacioso con cabida para hasta 8 personas, ya que tiene dos casas independientes (una arriba y la otra justo debajo) pero tienes acceso a las dos. Están completamente preparadas para vivir con utensilios de cocina, cocinas de gas, microondas, horno, etc. La piscina es privada y sólo para los huéspedes, lo que da mucha tranquilidad el tenerla sólo para ti. También tiene una barbacoa de gas en el exterior y es una pasada. De hecho, cuando llegamos, no funcionaba y tras revisarla comprobamos que la bombona de gas estaba completamente vacía. Hablé con John, el propietario, y me propuso comprar una en un establecimiento cercano y él me reembolsaría el gasto de la misma mediante transferencia, la cual recibí correctamente en mi cuenta. La comunicación con John ha sido cordial, constante y muy rápida en todo momento mediante correo electrónico, lo que da mucha tranquilidad si tienes cualquier problema. Cuando llegamos, la piscina estaba un poco sucia debido a que a los anteriores inquilinos se les cayó una revista en el agua y el papel se deshizo y manchó todas las paredes y el agua de la misma. Pues Javi, el jardinero/mantenedor de la piscina, estuvo viniendo durante los 3 primeros días para limpiarla a fondo y que estuviera en óptimas condiciones para nosotros, lo cual agradecemos enormemente. Por poner una pega, la casa tiene muchas escaleras y, si estás viviendo en la planta superior, es un poco engorroso estar subiendo continuamente si se te olvida algo. En general, el alojamiento ha estado muy bien ya que está en una zona muy tranquila en la que sólo oyes el canto de las aves (sin ruidos de tráfico, etc..). Por cierto, también hay que decir que las camas han sido muy cómodas y hemos dormido super bien incluso con las almohadas, además de que todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado para las noches calurosas.

great time had by all
Our first impression was the steep drive, !!( this was advised in description.) but then pool came into view and was a lovely sight, the villa itself was split on two levels which was a great thing for us as worked well this way, still could enjoy being together but also had down time. John was a great communicater with us, no questions were left unanswered, Everything was as he said, The tennis club bar was in walking distance ,also a lovely restaurant La Bueno Vida in walking distance , great food and great service. The villa had everything you need ,inc a very good BBQ, I think our only issues were could do with a couple more sunloungers , and parasols. other than that i would say had everything you need for your stay , As i say john was very helpful indeed . Thank you John from Laura and family.

Lovely well-equipped villa, great holiday.
We stayed in this villa for a week, and were impressed how well equipped for 8 adults it was. We spent time round the delightful pool area, enjoying the peaceful, picturesque views, but the villa is situated near some lovely coves and beaches, great for swimming and snorkelling, and we enjoyed exploring them too. There are numerous good local restaurants and bars, and we hope to return in the near future.

Why they chose this property

This is our family holiday home. It's set in a wonderful location between Moraira and Calpe. 15 min walk to beautiful cove with sandy beach. Our teenage boys, love the villa and we often bring friends to spend wonderful days just lounging or swimming in the pool. Great restaurants within a 10 in drive and a little nightlife in either Calpe or Moraira. Pleasant all year round. I just love the place and you will too.

What makes this property unique

We recently had a pool heater fitted so the pool can be used all year round. There is a small charge for the pool to be heated in cooler months, for all year round swimmimg. large garden with a few olive trees, almond trees and pomegranate, lemon and orange trees
