Set near the beach Playa de Gandia, this apartment for 6 guests with communal pool is within a few steps of clear waters.
The communal exteriors are composed of a spacious, 19m x 8.5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.6m to 1.9m, an exterior shower and a tennis court (please bring your own rackets and balls). The pool is open from June to September. This nice apartment features a private, furnished terrace where you can have breakfast with sea views.

The apartment is on the fifth floor with elevator and comprises a bright sitting-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, washer, iron and ironing board, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, a shower bathroom and a bath with bath tub. We can provide you a cot and a high chair if necessary.

Its located only a minute walk from the thin sand beach, Playa de Gandía, where you can rent hammocks and parasols, play beach volley, practice water sports or have a nice walk at the seaside and port, wich is full of bars, restaurants and ice creams shops. So, the beach offers a wide range of activities for all tastes, depending of what you fancy to do, since resting in the sun to be more active and practice sports.

You can also visit Gandía's old town, which not only has excellent restaurants, but a nice historical story to tell. You can discover more about the past of this city, and visit important and beautiful monuments, like Ducal palace, the nice City Council or Santa Clara"s convent. Ducal palace, from the XIV century, deserves special attention, as it was the first house of Gandia"s first Duke. For nature lovers, it is a must do the trip to Cueva del Parpalló, a very interesting prehistoric site, located at the Mondúver massif.

The pool is open from June to September, from 09:00h to 15:00h and from 17:00h a 22:00h.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Appartement met heel wat troeven doch wat verwaarloosd door eigenaar
Mooi ruim appartement vlak aan het strand maar mist onderhoud/opvolging door eigenaar. Sleutel af te halen in kluisje in tankstation in het dorp, zoektocht naar appartement en ingang. Deur gaat heel moeilijk open, elke keer spannend of we al dan niet gingen binnengeraken. Bij aankomst belden we het verhuuaragentschap hoe we in de garage moesten binnengeraken, persoon in kwestie wist het niet en ging het navragen. Na 2dagen mail gevonden dat vorige huurder afstandsbediening per abuis had meegenomen naar huis en dit zou opsturen, uiteindelijk 5dagen na aankomst afstandsbediening garage ontvangen. Garagepoort is dringend aan vernieuwing toe, wel iemand langsgeweest doch niet direct op te lossen; garage ingang is 1m90 hoog, wij moesten onze dakkoffer van de wagen halen om in de ondergrondse garage te kunnen inrijden. Appartement was niet proper: niet uitgespoelde emmer met zand en dweil stond nog in de badkamer, haar hing nog rond badkraan, klinken keukenkasten nog bedrukt met vuile vingers, kruimels nog op aanrecht. Bad liep niet goed door en 1dag later iemand langsgeweest, wc bleef lopen, ook iemand langsgeweest maar beetje later weer zelfde probleem. Geen haardroger aanwezig. In het hele appartement geen vuilbak te vinden. Gelukkig wel vuilzakken mee maar zak moest dus zo op de grond worden gezet zonder dat hij kon worden afgedekt. Verschillende tassen/ borden/ kommen/pannen/ bestek vuil uit de keukenkast gehaald. Geen koffiezetapparaat aanwezig: enkel klein Spaanse espresso voor 2tassen dat dan op vuur moest gezet worden. Oven en microgolf aanwezig doch geen schaal om iets in op te warmen. Kommen en pannen dringend aan vernieuwing toe: amper bijpassend deksel te vinden, deksel zonder handvat, pan met loshangend handvat, zwarte bodem op kommen volledig weggeschraapt en schilfert verder af. Het tweepersoonsbed heeft een matras van amper 15 cm dik en is heel hard, niet geschikt voor ruglijders. Airco zou welkom zijn: licht aan het zwembad verlicht deze kamer zodat je het rolluik .s nachts niet omhoog kan laten voor afkoeling. Tot middernacht veel muziek vanuit nabijgelegen hotel. Mooi terras met zicht op zee. Handig droogrekje met wasspelden aanwezig. Kortom, heel wat mogelijkheden, leuke omgeving, mooi strand, toch wel bedenking wat dit op deze website doet. Voor derde keer bij Vrbo geboekt maar eerste maal negatieve ervaring, normaal altijd welkomstgevoel van eigenaar maar hier mist heel wat warmte en liefde voor zijn eigendom. JAMMER!!!

El apartamento está en una zona inmejorable, la playa a 1 minuto, tranquilidad absoluta. El único pero es que un apartamento que cuesta 1500 euros 12 días, la agencia debería ser más seria y no dejar las llaves en una gasolinera para recogerlas y tener que descubrir por uno mismo dónde está el apartamento, el portal, si la llaves no abren bien, si no hay mando del garaje..., creo que debería haber un trato cercano entre la agencia y el usuario.
