This is a very particular, very special working class location. It is one of only 3 locations in Athens that combine a metro station ( that goes practically everywhere in Athens - only 5 min. from Acropolis) and a tram station that goes to the beautiful Athenian beaches for only 1,2 euro per person !!! Very quiet, absolutely safe, with almost always free parking on the street. At the same time, in 100m distance, becomes all vibrant around the metro and tram stations, with many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, sweet shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, dry cleaner, and many other kinds of businesses. The flat has 2 bedrooms ,that can accommodate 6 people, with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed for two.
