This mid-terrace barn conversion is located near the hamlet of Sparrowpit and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Peacock Cottage is a mid-terrace barn conversion located near the hamlet of Sparrowpit. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and a second floor twin which can be a super king-size double on request. There is also a bathroom with a roll-top slipper bath and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, secure storage for four bikes and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Peacock Cottage really is the perfect base from which to discover all the Peak District has to offer.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bicycle storage for 4 bikes. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and restaurant 2 miles. Note: Not suitable for children under 5. Note: The property is next to the busy A623 road, some noise can be heard. There's no footpath or street lights along either side of the road, which links the A6 and the hamlet of Sparrowpit, where a local farm shop is situated 0.8 mile away. Note: There is a mobile home on site belonging to the farm.
