La casita está genial, muy bien situada en Arties muy cerca de las pistas. Muy confortable, calentita y con todas las comodidades. Lo único que faltaba era Wifi, pero tampoco es imprescindible.

Práctica casa familiar

Muy buenas sensaciones de nuestra estancia allí. Una casa familiar, en el sentido que se nota que ellos también la usan, que sin estar nueva, es cómoda y agradable. Fuimos 4 adultos, 4 niños y un bebé, y ningún problema de espacio. Bien situada y un entorno insuperable. Muy fácil comunicación con el propietario. La tendremos en cuenta para repetir en un futuro.

Buena experiencia

La casa es muy cómoda, está bien situada y lo encontramos todo bastante limpio; además los propietarios nos dejaron todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar, incluidas mascarillas y gel hidroalcoholico. El propietario y su hermana (que nos entregó las llaves) son muy amables y educados. Desgraciadamente nuestra experiencia se ve empañada por la plataforma, que 16 días después sigue sin devolvernos la fianza, a pesar de habernos comunicado que el propietario ha dado el visto bueno a la devolución ya hace bastante tiempo. Además, y según nos contaron los propietarios, ellos también tardaron bastante en recibir el pago que nosotros efectuamos inmediatamente después de reservar. Bastante descontentos con su gestión, aunque nada que sea imputable a la casa o sus dueños.

Casa perfecta para vacaciones en familia o amigos. Muy acogedora y no le falta d nada. A destacar la terraza con la puesta de sol y la chimenea. Única recomendación es precisar mejor la ubicación en el anuncio.

Brilliant house, brilliant village, really convenient for snow.

We just got back from a week stay in Arties. We were two families of four and the house was plenty big enough. All of the important things were covered; lots of hot water, easy to park two cars, lovely wood fire, lots of space. Roman was a hugely helpful and friendly host and in regular contact when we needed it (and left us alone when we didn't). For those wishing to ski - Baqueira is a 10 min drive and lots of free parking options, at different lifts. Arties is a much better base than Baqueira though; a pretty little town, great food and drink options. It's not a 'ski resort' and lovely to come back to each evening. Highly recommended. The house is really warm and cosy. It's not sterile or modern - it's a family home. Nice big table for meals and games. Literally two mins walk to a lovely deli for food and wine, and to the middle of Arties. A big supermarket is in Vielha, ten mins drive. Highly recommended!

Très bien placé et prestations adaptées

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette charmante maison d’Arties. La deco y est certes typique espagnole, mais les prestations sont très biens. Le salon est spacieux, la cuisine bien équipée (hormis le manque d’un économe, penser à en prendre 1). Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec de grands placards de rangement. Super pour 2 familles avec enfants.

We had a wonderful time at Luis's house.

We were 2 couples with kids, the house is very functional and Luis is a great host. He has been very helpful making us feel 'at home'. Thank you Luis we will definitely come again!
