Great place

The entire experience at the apartment in Interlaken was great! The apartment was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was extremely neat and had everything we needed. It was also located directly across from a bus stop if you prefer to take a bus and only a 15 minute walk from the main food and shops in Interlaken and just a short few minute walk to a grocery store. The hosts were wonderful and attentive. Our crew used the hot tub several evenings which was extremely relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic Property in Interlaken

I stayed with my family for four nights in this beautiful property. The check-in process was easy and the responsiveness from the hosts was fantastic. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have a bus stop right out the front door. Our only complaint was not having blackout curtains on the windows. The sun was bright very early in the morning. Great stay and I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Location, Comfortable Home, Great Host

This home is spacious, in a great location, and the host pays great attentuon to detail. It's a short bus ride from Ost and an even shorter bus ride to the West train station, and both are walkable. It's a 13 minute walk to Interlaken West. This location also saves you time if you are going to any of the moutain villages because it's a short bus ride to the Wilderswil train station, which then connects to the Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald stations (among others). There are several restaurants on the street and grocery stores you can walk to. The whole house is decorated nicely and is very comfortable, like you're at home. There's enough toilet paper, paper towels, large fluffy bath towels, clean and comfortable beds, all the kitchen utensils that you'll need, laundry detergent, and more. There isnt AC but there are fans in each room that work very well, plus the windows can be opened. My son and his friend played pool a couple nights, so that was an added perk. Cascia was friendly and extremely helpful. She spent a lot of time talking to us about our plans and giving helpful suggestions. If you're reading this you know how confusing and overwhelming planning can be, so it was an unexpected delight to get good tips, such as taking the bus to Wilderswil to save at least 30 minutes from backtracking to Interlaken Ost. I can't say enough good things about this home and the management. We were pampered and spoiled and it was worth every penny.

Great gem, close to everything in Interlaken

Our family stayed here for five days as part of our 15-day Swiss vacation. We had never used VRBO before, but knew we wanted more space and togetherness for our family than a hotel room could provide. We got that space - and more - by staying here. The online VRBO photos are a very accurate representation of this modern, clean and comfortable apartment. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a central living room/dining room area and balcony with seating, we had plenty of space to spread out, yet still be together as a family. The apartment itself is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including a washer/dryer (great for not having to pack clothing for the entire trip). The apartment looks to have recently been renovated from top to bottom. It was also spotless - a very important consideration for us, as we are frequent travelers and picky about that (you can filter on cleanliness, BTW, when choosing a VRBO property). To our delight, everything we wanted to do was walkable - train stations, grocery stores, outdoor activities, even our first mountain excursion upon arrival (Harder Kulm). The hosts were very friendly, helping us to quickly get oriented to the apartment and all that the area offered. The apartment is quiet, even though on a main road - especially at night. All in all, this was an outstanding choice for our stay in Interlaken. We hope to stay here again on a future vacation!

Great place to explore the region

The apartment was very comfortable, we had all we needed after a full day on the mountains. We could relax in the spa area or prepare our dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient to visit the mountains or the lakes and next to a big Super market. The hosts are very hospitable, they responded to all our needs and gave us tips to explore the region, while being very discreet.

Wonderful!!!

This property is in a great location with walking distance to the town square and very close to a grocery store. The decor is great and the apartment is super clean. We will hopefully stay here again! The owners of this property are fabulous. They provided us with a baby bed and highchair and also some extra outlet plugs when some of ours wouldn’t work. Also gave us directions and tips on where to eat, etc. Highly recommend!

Clean, modern with accommodating hosts at the propery

Our family of 4 could not have asked for anything better than this unit. MANAGEMENT: We were greeted by H&W owners, and received a nice tour of the unit including how to use the updated modern appliances, including the essential espresso machine. They even had a binder with detailed operating instructions, suggestions and their personal contact information. LOCATION: We were able to walk from the unit all around Interlaken. The LIDL grocery store was two blocks away. About a 12 min walk to the tourist shops. We prefer that; that is a “windows open” quiet night. Still, there were neat restaurants within a 5-min. walk. Each of our windows had a Mountain View with illuminated peaks at sunrise. AMENITIES: Kitchen stocked with shiny clean utensils, flatware and dishes. Elevator, two exits with back stairs. Washer dryer helped us pack lighter. OVERALL: Whatever nitpicking you may be inclined to do, this unit surpassed our highest expectations. A tad high in price, but when you have at least four in your group, it averages out. Act fast — when they wished us well upon checkout, it sounded like their summer bookings were robust.

Perfect! Everything we needed, super location, very comfortable and spacious

The apartment is very well located, within walking distance to main areas, bus stop directly outside the door. Local restaurants and supermarkets also very close. The little Thai is especially recommended. Property itself was spotless, very well equipped for self-catering- only small quibble is Swiss recycling system not as clear and easy as we're used to- had to take things quite far away and didn't seem to have paper recycling (but this is not property owner's fault!). Wellness area was a lovely bonus- very enjoyable after a busy day in the mountains. Also, having a lift was ideal for us with elderly father and small children. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Highly recommended.

Two weeks in Beautiful Switzerland

We loved our 2 week stay in this beautiful property. It was very clean, with (3) great bedrooms, a large kitchen/eat in area and a lovely living room. Two good sized bathrooms for 6 adults was awesome too. Great location for an easy walk to Interlaken for shopping and entertainment, as well as easy access to buses, trains, etc. The owners were wonderful too, very gracious, and warm - we will definitely come back again.

Great location, wonderful hosts

We stayed at this wonderful property with friends for five nights. D and Cascia were wonderful hosts, providing great recommendations for the area. They are incredibly responsive and helpful and the property is wonderful. There are many easily walkable restaurants and shops in the area and the proximity to the trains and buses is fantastic. We would absolutely recommend it and would stay there again in a heart beat should we return to this beautiful area!

Beautifully modern converted property

Our apartment could not have been nicer. Great facilities and very modern, within an old listed building. The balcony off the living area was a perfect size for relaxing with a drink or for eating around the table. Views of the Silberhorn permanently distracting! The area is quiet and there are bus stops immediately outside....means you get a seat on the bus to Wilderswil before the crowds around the corner. 10min walk to Interlake centre. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly, including Harley. We would recommend.

Wonderful home base in Interlaken

This was a great place to stay for enjoying all that Interlaken has to offer. Plus this is a great place to stay for day trips anywhere in the country. It’s a 2 hour train to any border of the country. The apartment is great and the owners were very responsive to any need we had. The apartment is walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops and train stations. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, you can find it here.
