Rent for the holidays (or for the winter period) and also for the spring period, nice and new studio apartment in Sicily in Rocca di Capri Leone (province of Messina - opposite the Aeolian Islands) a few minutes from Capo d'Orlando.
The accommodation is located right in the center of Rocca di Capri Leone (Sicily Province of Messina) with all services such as bar, bakery, restaurant, newsagent, bank, post office etc. under the house.
It is air conditioned, equipped (TV, washing machine, oven, cutlery, pots, plates, etc.) and has a large balcony overlooking the Aeolian Islands.
It can accommodate 2 or 3 people as there is a double sofa bed and an additional cot.
Ideal as a holiday home in Sicily.
