Lovely upstairs apartment, flooded with light and fabulous views.Extremely well equiped kitchen, satisfactory bathroom and plenty of storage in the bedroom.
Very clean, well equipped, in a great location and made to feel very welcome by Pauline and Des. An ideal spot for discovering a beautiful part of Cornwall. Would like to visit again.
Great, quiet location for exploring the west of Cornwall, north and south coast. Pauline and Des were very welcoming, checking that everything was ok with the flat for us. It was great to watch from the lounge window as the barn owl hunted in the fields. A visit to the Minack theatre is a great experience, even in the rain! The property is located in a lovely part of our Country.
Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. The Sat-Nav took us right there, but had to park and locate on foot as the property is tucked away up a drive way - no big deal though! Beautiful coastal walks nearby.
A relaxing and enjoyable time view from the property outstanding sea to the one side and countryside to the other. The Barn Owl flying past and hunting for its young early morning and evening was an extra speical treat. Our host Pauline and Des were wonderful hosts.
We had a wonderful time at this charming and comfortable place, the surrounding is absolutely beautiful and perfect to calm down.
Pauline and Des are such a lovely and helpful couple, we felt very welcome from the very first minute - thank you both for everything :-)
Great position for touring the granite coast & tin mines, not forgetting the fabulous coastline and beaches.
The Mohay is an ideal crash pad for 2

Excellent location - Comfortable and very clean property
We were looking for peace and quiet and we found it !! Friendly welcome from Des and Pauline and they were always available if we needed anything. Views from Mowhay - sea view in one direction and beautiful countryside in another.
The Mowhay was a beautiful, peaceful place to base our mini break. Gorgeous views out to sea and onto the moorland above. The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean and with very good facilities. Pauline and Des gave us a warm and friendly welcome and we look forward to seeing them again when we no doubt rebook this great find.
The house has everything you need to relax in-between trips including the assistance and help of the wonderful owners who life near the house, always ready to help if needed.
The surroundings are beautiful, the coastlines are overwhelming beautiful, the house isn't in a touristic place but in full countryside so peaceful and quiet is hard to imagine unless you've been there.
The accommodation was quaint and quiet. We were a little further out than we expected but after a day's walking and exploring it was the perfect place to relax for the evening. Loved the setting. Des was very helpful and kind, we wished we had more time to do all the things that were in the welcome booklet.

Wonderful relaxed stay
A super cottage style flat in a truly fabulous location. Wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and ocean and yet only 10 minutes or so by car to Penzance. We were there at the end of October and the heating was left on all the time at no extra cost which made the property very cosy.
The owners gave us a warm welcome and it was a lovely stay. we would definitely return.
What a fabulous place! The property is situated in a lovely tranquil hamlet and enjoys beautiful sea views. It is very clean, well furnished is extremely well equipped. The private garden is a delight to sit and relax in and gets the sun all day. Pauline and Des were perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay.

Wonderfull and very quiet cottage
We had a wonderfull stay in this beautiful cottage. The cottage is very comfortable, very clean, spacious and quiet. The kitchen is very good equipped!
We enjoyed the view over the surrouding area. There are many wonderfull footpaths near the cottage.
Thank you Pauline for tea and biscuits on arrival and for your kindness.
After a trip down to Cornwall, we were warmly welcomed by the owner. Great start of our holiday. The appartment itself was nice and clean, offered all one needs during a holiday and on top of that a great view out all windows. It is located in a very peaceful and quiet environment which was great. A set of information and good tips about where to go out for dinner and great walks in the environment was ready waiting for us.
We really loved our stay here!
Close enough to the coast to see the sea from the window; far enough from the crowds for solitude and peace. Excellent hosts—kind and welcoming but never intrusive. Clean, tidy accommodation in an elevated position providing great views as well as the all-important parking slot and wifi. St Ives and Penzance are not far away, otherwise relax and enjoy.
