LUXURY 3 BEDROOM VILLA OVERLOOKING GOLF COURSE WITH PRIVATE POOL AND WIFI

Peaceful Location - 10 Minutes Walk To The Beach And Shops - Free WiFi
This superb Villa is located in Caleta De Fuste is a 10 minute walk from the beach and shops. It is situated on the Campo De Golf golf course.

The Villa has been fitted out to the highest specification with only the finest materials and fittings to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The views are amazing from the extensive patios and even more breath-taking from the exclusive private roof terrace, perfect for chilling out in the evenings.
We have the sun all day for those who worship the sun and also have sheltered patios and covered terraces if you wish to escape the mid-day heat.

Inside the villa is a large open plan area with high quality local sourced furniture.
Vaulted ceiling clad in light wood.
Complimentary British TV and free Wi-Fi is also provided.
Remote controlled air conditioning during the summer months

The fully equipped kitchen that was installed 2022 is fitted with modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge and freezer. There is a full complement of cooking, dining and glassware to cater for all dining needs.

The 3 bedrooms consist of
Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a new en-suite bathroom fitted 2023 with a double walk-in shower, WC and his and hers sinks.
A second double bedroom also with a king size bed.
A twin room with two single beds.
A further family bathroom fitted 2023 with a walk in shower.
Hairdryers, pool towels and beach towels are provided.

Outside we have a private swimming pool, with roman steps and a rail to aid getting in and out there is also shower facilities.
Pool heat on request.

An extensive tiled area is available with an enclosed patio/sun room and alfresco dining for 6 people .There is an outside sofa, chairs and coffee table looking out to the pool.

Around the Pool we have an artificial grassed area with 6 Sun Loungers, chairs and a covered gazebo. We have a full size covered pool table under the gazebo.

At the front of the property we have an outside kitchen with a gas BBQ , fridge and countertops. There is also a six seater dining area.
There is also another large artificial grassed area with two lockable gates to prevent children accessing the pool area. This is a great area for children to play outside without worrying.

The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and all linen and towels, including beach towels are provided.

The villa is cleaned weekly for stays of 2 weeks or more.
The pool is cleaned once a week.

Perfect

The villa was lovely, it was in a nice quiet area with a 10 min walk to supermarket few restaurants/bars and only couple of minute taxi to harbour. Perfect villa for families we paid extra for the heated pool and it was lovely, my son enjoyed the pool table and games. Karen and angie was lovely nothing was too much trouble thank you for a lovely week if we come back to fuerteventura we would be sure to book again

We had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Cooper, the villa is as described, has everything you need, the outdoor bbq area is great! We made use of the BBQ! The villa is only 10-15min walk to the Atlantico, Eurospar is great! Karen was great, prompt responses & Angela was available during our stay. Would highly recommend!! Thanks for having us.

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Cooper. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its clean, comfortable and is a real home away from home. The outlook over the golf course is really lovely and the pool is fabulous! We hope to come back again soon - we have more to see and do!

A relaxed week in the sun

Lovely Villa

The property is well presented, clean with quality furnishings throughout and recently refurbished bathrooms. It has a well stocked kitchen and a really good sized warm swimming pool. Karen the owner was extremely helpful,Ryanair changed my flights and Karen was able to accommodate this change to which I was extremely grateful for.The villa is located 10 mins walk from the Atlantico centre, a further 25-30 mins into the centre of Caleta.The villa is located at the edge of the golf course and it was lovely to look out onto the course and see the variety of birdlife, bee eater and hoopee to name a couple.We hired a car for a few days which was a good way to see the island,however if you prefer to relax around the villa this accomodation also fits the bill .I would not hesitate in booking the villa again

Amazing Villa

This is an amazing villa and the facilities are great, everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Excellent communication and we loved the book about the villa and recommendation for food, everything you needed was in the villa. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The villa had everything we needed and more for our stay. The pool is brilliant and spent most of our time in there. Owners answered any questions straight away and any issues would be sorted straight away. The only thing we didn't receive was our welcome pack but I think this was due to giving us an early check in free of charge so when we arrived was just been finished by the cleaning team. It's about a 50 min walk to centre but a few bars/restaurant about 20 mins away but this depends on how fast you walk. Taxis are really good and can be booked and cheap. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you don't mind a walk or are going to be eating at the villa or don't mind getting taxi's.

ANKOMMEN, ENTSPANNEN UND WOHLFÜHLEN!!! Die Villa bietet das ideale Zuhause für die Familienferien auf Fuerteventura. Man betritt das Haus und fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, toller wunderschöner Garten inkl. Grillplatz. Auch die Lage, ist ideal, um Ausflüge in den Norden, den Süden und ins Landesinnere der Insel machen zu können. Der Pool rundet alles perfekt ab.

Lovely and Homely Villa

Just returned from a really enjoyable 2 week stay at Villa Cooper and would recomend this smashing Villa to anybody as the Accomodation, Communication and Support from beginning to end was 1st Class. We have rented quite a few villa's over the years but the first thing to say on arrival was that the welcome pack supplied was the most complete and comprehensive we have had anywhere and the villa was spotless throughout. Karen the owner was very helpful and responsive during the booking and arrival processes and Angela the villa manager visited us on our 1st complete day to ensure we were comfortable and sort any issues, which we greatly appreciated. There were only 2 of us staying and the villa felt huge but I am sure a larger party would have felt the same, as every inch of outside space is utilised to provide different options for the guests. Inside the villa every room is very nicely decorated with homely touches that you often dont get in rental properties. The Villa is is situated in a nice quiet residental area but close enough to the shopping centre and Caletta town centre that you dont feel you are far away from everything on offer day or night. It was a bit of an indulgence for us to rent this place for just 2 of us but we have no regrets whatsoever and suggest anyone considering doing the same to just go for it !

Fantastic - best villa we have ever stayed in.

A truly wonderful place to stay - the villa was everything we wanted and more!! Everything within the villa was brilliantly designed, but it also retained a ‘home from home’ feel. The outside space was also excellent, from the heated pool to the pool table, and there are so many places to catch the sun. It made for a truly memorable holiday and we hope to return in the future.

The perfect summer holiday

We have returned today from a fantastic three week stay at this lovely villa. Everything was there that we needed, the kids were entertained, which meant less stress for us.....perfect! Within walking distance to the local amenities but not too close so you don't have too much noise. Karen the owner has been brilliant from start to finish and has kept in touch. Also Angela the villa manager was fab and popped in when we first arrived to see if everything was ok, and another added bonus we found that the fridge was stocked with beer/wine and other bits so we didn't have to dash out to the shop before it closed. I could not recommend this villa enough 5*. Thank you

Perfection

Everything about this holiday was perfect. We knew from the reviews that we were going to somewhere nice but nothing prepared us for the attention to detail and beautiful decor. It really felt like a home from home. We stayed with my parents and two children and when the kids went into their room the owner had left two inflatables for the pool. The manager (Angie) also left some supplies in the fridge. Area The area is perfect. Whilst at the villa you have the privacy you need and over look a golf course. The roof terrace offers great views. You can walk to the Atlantico centre in 5 mins and there's a great beach there too. The walk way offers a very relaxing 10 min walk into caleta de fuste. We didn't hire a car and we didn't need to. When we fancied being lazy an taxi took us to the centre of the resort for 3 euros! A taxi from the airport is 12 euros. For us the area was perfect. Great resort. Villa Absolute perfection. Great pool, plenty areas to sit, gazebo with pool table which also offers shade, Outside kitchen with gas BBQ, garden area and roof terrace. All rooms are beautiful and the owner has thought of everything. Owners and Manager 5 stars! We couldn't have asked for more. Angie the manager is British and very very helpful. On our last day my son was ill and couldn't fly so my family flew home without us. This was quite upsetting for him and Angie and the owners couldn't have done more. They are very professional and will make sure your holiday is perfect from start to finish. Resort Beautiful! We have stayed here in a hotel about 12 years ago when it was a small village and couldn't believe the development. The walk way along the beach front is great for an evening stroll to restaurants and the beaches are fantastic. Overall You won't find a better villa, manager, owner, location or resort anywhere. This is a five star holiday that will make you want to re-book as soon as you come home .

Brilliant Holiday in a Fab Villa

Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this beautiful Villa. The Villa is huge,spotlessly clean & very tastefully decorated. It is close to all amenities & really lovely restaurants. The taxis are excellent & cheap. We would highly recommend this Villa to friends & family. We have already booked to go back next year. First class

My husband & I have just come back from staying at this wonderful villa for 2 weeks. We have stayed in this area before & it certainly is the best one. The fixtures & fittings both inside & out are first class & the pool being heated was perfect. It was all looked after to a high standard by both the owner & management team.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt zu empfehlen gerne immer wieder

Ein sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort. Viel Platz, wunderschönesr Außenbereich so gut wie nicht einsehbar. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin beziehungsweise Managerin im Haus war alles vorhanden sogar einige Lebensmittel waren für uns schon eingekauft außerdem gibt es ausreichend frische HandTücher und saubere Bettwäsche. Das Haus liegt an einem schönen Strand der in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist das kleine Städtchen bietet verschiedenste Möglichkeiten an .Man findet einen kleinen Supermarkt verschiedene Geschäfte und Gaststätten hier war für uns besonders das Piero zu empfehlen Wir haben einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus genießen dürfen.

Stunning!

As all the other reviews state, this is an amazing villa in a brilliant location. We as a family of 5 had an amazing week here, the Villa is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, and is decorated and kitted out to an extremely high standard. The pool is stunning and great to cool off in when you've had enough of sun bathing. It has English TV channels (including Netflix) and really good WiFi. Nice shopping Mall and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this Villa to anyone and we will most definitely be returning.

Perfect Villa

This was our second visit to Villa Cooper and once again it did not disappoint. The same high standards has been maintained by the owners. It has a wonderful new edition of a fixed gazebo giving great shade from the sun and in it was a fabulous full size pool table. We spent a lot of time at the villa enjoying the sunshine with a cocktail or two around the pool or playing pool. Fuerteventura has great restaurants our favourite was Fado Rock but we also loved to barbecue at the villa This really is a perfect villa and we can highly recommend it

Amazing Villa

This was our first stay in a holiday villa, the pictures on the website do not do it justice, the place was impeccably clean, an excellent welcome pack for us. A real home from home in the sun, pool area is fantastic. Angela the villa manager was a great help and made us very welcome. Looking forward to our next trip there

luxury indeed in a top spot

This villa is, indeed, 5 star. A lovely quiet spot and an easy flat walk to the beach and shopping centre. The two things that were important to us as a family were the temperature of the pool (being November) and the Wifi availability (have a teenager ;)) Both were superb. Lovely big TV, beds really comfortable, everything clean and smart - plenty of crockery and utensils - nothing was lacking. I am bath lover - which this villa does not have, but the showers are so good - it wasn't an issue. The best welcome pack I have ever had - thank you Angela (an excellent villa manager by the way) The conservatory made the holiday for us really - light and warm on windy days with the benefit of looking over the pool and golf course. Book with confidence.

Beautiful Villa

We had such a wonderful and relaxing holiday & I'm so glad that we chose to stay here over other villas. The decor was beautiful (much more high end than I expected in a holiday villa), the beds extremley comfortable and the whole place spotlessly clean. It was apparent to us time & time again that a lot of thought had been put into ensuring that everything you would need to make yourself feel at home was provided - from a brilliant selection of tableware and cookware, to swimming towels & right down to a fleecy blanket should you want to just curl up on the couch reading of an evening feeling cosy. The heated pool was fantastic (I'm not a pool person & was hardly out of it) and the sun loungers plentiful and very comfortable. My boyfriend has a typical Scottish skin-type and the shaded areas under the garden canopy and in the sun room were perfect when he needed a break from the sun. Similarly, we had a little bit of rain and we very much enjoyed being in the sun room during those time as we were still able to look over the golf course & feel like we were outdoors. There is a huge BBQ and outdoor fridge right next to a lovely outdoors dining table which was a real bonus. Karen, the owner was a pleasure to deal with when booking and couldn't have been more helpful. Angela, the villa manager, was also fantastic. I really can't think of anything negative about this Villa or our time there and am very much looking forward to booking again in the future,

Fantastic Villa

Having been to Fuerteventura and Caleta many times before this villa is one of the best we have stayed in. The location is excellent and all the facilities are first class. Lots of nice touches. We hope to be back.

Villa Cooper is a beautiful villa in a lovely location

When we arrived and opened the front gate we thought wow. Upon entering the villa we were not disappointed the attention to be detail was fabulous. The Villa manager Angela checked that every thing was ok.

By far the best villa we have stayed in!

Myself and my husband have been holidaying in Fuerteventura for many many years and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in to date. The property is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to make you feel at home. The property is very clean and well maintained and it is clear to see that Karen has thought of every last detail to make the villa something special for guests. Great welcome pack for us when we arrived too! The villa is in a great location overlooking the 5th green on the golf course which provides some light entertainment whilst you lounge by the pool. The Atlatico shopping centre is a short walk away. We always hire a car as we like to visit the beaches in the very north and south of the island, however, a car isn't necessary if you don't intend to venture beyond Caleta. Karen made the booking process very easy and the communication was great. Thanks to Angela, the villa Manager for making sure we were OK and had everything we needed. It was lovely not to be disturbed during our stay and have complete privacy but we knew that Angela was there if we needed anything. We had a fab time and are hoping to stay again soon, thank again!

We live just outside Glasgow in Scotland and visit Fuerteventura every chance we get.
We are both now retired with three wonderful grandsons.
After working all our lives, we are now both retired and enjoying life.
We love travelling and spending time with our family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Stewart and I wanted to purchase a holiday home abroad and spent some time holidaying in different parts of Spain trying to find the perfect location.
After our visit in 2016 we knew this was where we wanted to purchase our home abroad.
