It is spacious and clean and very comfortable.Graham met us and was very helpful. He supplied tea, coffee, milk and sugar!
Everything you would need for a short or longer stay.
Kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable beds and sitting room. Steam railway is worth a visit. Lovely little villages inland. It doesn't take long to get anywhere on the island!
There's an M&S and Saintsbury in Cowes. Great fish and chip shop! We would highly recommend this property.
We received a lovely welcome from Graham on our arrival and found he had left us tea, coffee, sugar and milk! So nice to have a cuppa after our journey without going to the shops first! The apartment was perfect, very spacious and had everything that we needed. The little patio provided a safe play area for my 6 year old and the off street parking was an absolute bonus. The location is ideal with shops and restaurants being less than a minute away. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be booking this little gem again!

AMAZING! Literally everything was perfect. Lovely host,great communication, ideal location, super clean and spacious flat (flat is even nicer than it looks in the photos). There was literally nothing missing. The kitchen is equipped in everything,incl. the dishwasher. There are some lovely board games and books for guests. The location is dream-the town’s little centre with all shops, restaurants and very close to promenade. We stayed with an 8 year old son and mum mum (60 years old) and we all loved everything about it. Private parking is super convenient. I’m so happy I chose this option rather than a hotel and we are definitely planning to go back to IOW and stay here if available. Oh,the place is very tranquil and quiet,super comfy beds so the nights were restful and peaceful. 5 star rating for everything. All touristic attractions are max 30min away driving,often less.
Allowed access early by Graham as apartment was ready. Ideal location in the middle of Cowes with private parking. Apartment was all it said in the description. Ground floor with patio was perfect and very quiet. We had immediate help from Graham when the fridge packed up. New fridge and freezer in the next day with a load one in-between. Would recommend and return. Excellent.
