The cottage Barenne can accommodate 17 people in a quiet rural setting 800m from a charming village of Tarn-et-Garonne. With its 270m2 on 3 levels and 6 bedrooms, this 18th century mansion restored in 2015 can accommodate 4 couples and 9 - 10 children for holidays in the comfort and charm of the southwest. The secure pool was built in the middle of the ruins of the old barn giving it a character of Roman Baths. The park of more than one hectare welcomes 2 donkeys, Victor and Indiana, which will make the happiness of the children. The Gustavian style decor offers a cozy and charming atmosphere. The terrace in the shade of trees allows to spend good moments of relaxation. Outdoor games are available for children and older children (volleyball court, football cage, trampoline, ping pong table and swing)
We refuse hiring to groups of young people.
We also offer end-of-stay cleaning and rental of sheets and towels.

Très bon séjour

Merci beaucoup à David pour la location de son gîte. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme, juste avec les ânes ! :D La maison est spécieuse juste ce qu'il faut, la cuisine très bien équipée et il y a plusieurs activités pour profiter de l'extérieur. Très bon séjour

Très jolie maison avec une super vue !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette très jolie maison. Le cadre est très beau et très tranquille, il y a de nombreux équipements qui permettent de bien profiter de son week-end ( jacuzzi, Piscine, baby-foot, table de ping-pong…) De plus l’hôte est très sympathique et réactif. Vraiment au top ! Merci

Très jolie maison avec beaucoup de place

Très belle maison. Même avec le mauvais temps les enfants comme les grands ont pu en profiter : spa, salle de jeu exterieure mais abritée, dortoirs pour les enfants...bref pas le temps de s'ennuyer. Je recommande sans hesiter !

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes très contents de notre WE au gîte de M. Sevic. C'est spacieux aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Chacun peut vaquer à ses occupations même si l'on est nombreux. Les enfants ont tout ce qu'il faut pour jouer, avec le trampoline la table de ping pong ou la piscine etc... sans oublier les ânes. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Merci pour les petites attentions d'accueil comme le jus de raisin et le miel.

Idyllic break in rural setting.

We were a large party of family, friends and children ranging from 5 to 14. The property was superb and well equipped for all our needs. The surroundings are breathtakingly tranquil and one of my main concerns when booking was that as such a large party we would disturb other people. I needn't have worried though as the property stands alone with plenty of space between its neighbours but close enough to walk to the local village and its amenities. The house was clean and spacious, decorated tastefully and suited our party very well. The children occupied the top floor in the bunk rooms and though very warm at night due to the very high temperatures they had no problems getting plenty of rest. The bedrooms on the first floor and lower ground floors were cooler and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for all our needs and there was plenty of seating for meal times. Most of our time however was spent outside by the fantastic pool and making use of all the wonderful facilities outdoors. All of the children were very happy making use of the trampoline, nets and games that David had made available. The bbq area was a plus with great access to the additional fridge and freezer on the lower level and was well used. As well as the pool there is a hot tub on site, which we didn't use as it was perfect weather for the pool, but would be wonderful for anyone staying in cooler months. Both are well maintained by Davids father who came early in the mornings when most of the children were still sleeping. David was a welcoming and responsive host but allowed us lots of privacy and autonomy within the property during our three weeks. The property has good WiFi and was sufficient enough for my husband to work from when needed. The village is nearby and the older children enjoyed their daily visits to the bakery to practise their french. We also visited the local restaurant which was friendly and accommodating for those pickier children and the owner was very helpful in letting us know about the local markets in the area. Although quite a quiet area the village came alive on a Tuesday evening when hosting its market, with large trestle tables laid out for visitors and live music and dancing, which we all loved. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of France. Thank you David and of course your donkeys (my son now has a recording of them as his ring tone 😀)

Excellent séjour

Tres bon séjour. 8 Adultes et 9 enfants. Maison très agréable. Piscine géniale, les enfants et adultes ont adoré. Endroit très calme. Idéal pour se reposer et passer du bon temps. Si nous devions faire une petite critique, l'état des poeles et des casseroles laisse à desiré pour ce type de location de standing. Mais comme nous avons utilisé principalement le bbq et la plancha ca a été. Nous avons très peu utilisé le jacuzzi avec les forte chaleure. Bien faire attention lors de son utilisation car la pompe est très puissante. Lors de notre séjour il manquait la grille de protection et le pied de notre enfant a ete aspiré et bloqué. Plus de peur que de mal au final et le propriétaire a normalement du recoller la grille mais à vérifier avant utilisation au cas ou... Plein de petit villages à visiter avec des marchés de producteur. Une ferme qui vend des magrets, foie gras et autres pâtés à 5min. Au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Hôte très accueillant et réactif en cas de besoin.

Vacances entre amies entourées d’enfants

Location correspondant tout à fait à la description. Le jacuzzi et le barnum aménagé pour les enfants nous ont permis de passer un super séjour malgré la pluie. Propreté irréprochable et hôte très réactif.

Maison sympa en groupe

Ce séjour a été très agréable pour nous puisque nous nous sommes retrouvés en famille, de 5 à 87 ans ! Temps moyen dommage. Mais cet endroit doit être fabuleux sous le soleil et la chaleur, déco au top, piscine sympa. Le village est bien desservi, resto, vival, boucher 2 fois par semaine, pizzas une fois par semaine. David est très sympathique et très réactif !

Le séjour fut bon les personnes du village son très accueillant dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée et il manque surtout un garde de corps sur le perron en haut des marches extérieures

Très belle propriété. Les photos et le descriptif correspondent bien à la maison. Superbe piscine et un très bel espace de vie dans la maison. On y retrouve tout comme à la maison. Encore merci David pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Le seul petit "hic" c'est la chaleur à l'étage malgré les ventilateurs. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Excellent week-end

Très bon week-end, tout est mis à disposition pour que parents et enfants puissent se détendre ou se dépenser. Le maison est très confortable, cuisine spacieuse, grande chambre avec une literie confortable hors coussin. Nous y reviendrons sans doute l'année prochaine, je recommande fortement.

Séjour agréable.

Les extérieurs sont géniaux pour les enfants, la piscine est vraiment bien adaptée. La maison est agreable, il fait cependant très chaud a l étage en cas de canicule. Le seul bémol est que le matériel cassé n est pas réparé ou remplacé ( jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, pomme de douche fendue, chaise cassée...). Sinon nous avons passé un très bon moment entre amis.

Agréable maison au calme

Belle et grande maison, calme, bien rénovée. Chambres réparties aux différents étages de la maison, avec à chaque fois des salles de bain ou de douche séparées. Belle et grande piscine, sécurisée par une barrière. Bel espace extérieur. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée.
