Rural cottage Lapeyrotte with pool and sleeps 16 in Pays de Serres-Quercy

The cottage Lapeyrotte is a stone family house of the 18th fully restored with 6 bedrooms for 16 beds for a surface of 240m2. The fenced pool 12mx6m in the park is open all year. A great stay allows to receive and restore all the guests. Upstairs, the attic offers a TV area with pool, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property extends over 20 hectares where we have 2 horses in thickness. The only neighbor not overlooked and absent during the day is the owner who rules the pool.
The cottage is ideal for 4 couples with 8 children. We refuse hiring to groups of young people.
We also offer end-of-stay cleaning and rental of sheets and towels.

Week-end parfait dans un endroit superbe

Le gîte est très beau, bien équipé et dans un cadre magnifique. Les personnes qui s'en occupent (Mr SEVIC et ses parents) sont très sympathiques et très arrangeantes. Le cadre est très joli et il est très agréable de pouvoir prendre un petit café dehors ou davantage si le temps le permet. Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours au calme et dans la sérénité. Merci pour tout à Mr SEVIC et ses parents.

Retrouvailles entre amis sous le maronnier

Bonne semaine entre amis avec enfants (12 adultes et 7 enfants). Le maronnier nous a permis de manger tous ensembles à l'ombre malgré les 40 degrés. Le RDC reste au frais La piscine est très agréable. La voiture est nécessaire pour découvrir les environs. Le propriétaire est très sympathique discret et disponible il nous a permis de passer un agréable moment entre amis

Un gîte dans un écran de verdure

Localisation au milieu d un écrin de verdure. Maison agréable et bien agencée, accessible à la piscine. Si vous souhaitez être au calme c est idéal! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles si besoin

Super week-end au calme

La propriété a tout ce qu'il faut, elle est très bien équipée. Côté activités: balade, piscine, ping-pong, baby-foot...Il y en a pour tous les âges . Super week-end

Excellent séjour

Le gite est magnifique, nous avons passé un très bon moment entre amis. La maison est très bien entretenue et tout l'essentiel y est (lave vaisselle, frigo américain...). Le gite est en pleine campagne cela permet de faire une réelle coupure et de se ressourcer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et répondent à toutes les questions. Merci pour ce très bon séjour.

Une semaine à l’air libre

Une maison très agréable et confortable, une grande piscine, et un jardin immense équipé notamment de balançoires. Tout est fait pour accueillir un groupe nombreux. Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. Nous cherchions la déconnexion, c’était parfait mais il faut savoir que la maison est isolée et qu’il fait faire un peu de route pour faire les courses.

Très belle location

Nous étions 8 adultes et 7 enfants (de 2 à 17 ans) dans cette spacieuse location. Chacun a trouvé sa place. La maison était très propre, lumineuse. La cuisine était bien équipée avec une grande table autour de laquelle tout le monde pouvait s'asseoir. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous recommandons ce gite

Un Noël formidable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce grand gîte, permettant d'accueillir toute la famille au calme de la campagne pour Noël. Nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse par les propriétaires et avons profité du billard à l'étage en soirée (dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule queue de billard, cependant). Le gîte et son emplacement laissent à penser que cela ferait une chouette location en été également (belle piscine et proximité d'un étang). Merci!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Blaymont. La maison est entièrement équipée (avec notamment un frigo américain très pratique pour les glaçons). La piscine est très agréable et le propriétaire accueillant.

Beautiful Gite. Great for large family and superb location. Very helpful owner. Lovely holiday.

The house is a substantial property with wonderful views and an excellent swimming pool. Facilities are really good for all daily needs and very helpful owner next door. We loved the peace and tranquility of the location.
