Among citrus groves and a few steps from the sea we offer a newly renovated house. Here you can spend the holidays between sea and countryside in total peace of mind by taking advantage, if you prefer, even the common areas from which you can watch spectacular sunsets.
The house is also equipped with outdoor shower and wi-fi.
Access to the sea and 'private and the beach is very quiet and is made of sand; a few meters there is also a cliff that forms a gulf where the sea is very calm and ideal for children.
Restaurants and supermarkets are about 1.5 km; the center of Cefalu about 5 km.

A fabulous, private location two minutes walk from the beach. Clean and comfortable too.

Seven lovely days that I wished could have been more. Only accessible through an electronic gate with a two minute drive down a track overlooking the sea and down to the property through lemon trees. The beach is a two minute walk away and never crowded when we were there in June. A car is essential to stay here but easy access to a supermarket just five minutes away and 15 minutes into Cefalu. Our schedule for visiting so many places was ripped up because we didn't want to leave. The owner Guiseppe came within two minutes to let us in when we arrived from the airport and was very friendly and helpful. There is one other property beside this one but gardens and space to park cars between the two so it really was quiet and ideal book reading, sunbathing and alfresco eating location. The island is beautiful and a trip to Segeste (about two-ish hours away) is really well worth it with a fantastic temple and mountain side amphitheatre. Monreale is also unmissable and if you are lucky like us you get to see a wedding. Lots of places to eat out but restaurants don't normally open until 7pm for dinner or 12.30 at the earliest for lunch so plan your trips around these times but there are normally cafes for quick snacks. Went to Palermo for the night time street food experience too but do not drive! The drivers are fast and it doesn't matter that the road markings tell you how many lanes there are because there are always more. We were able to cope well for a week with very limited Italian and there is quite good English signage but it was a bit more difficult to communicate than any trip we have had to mainland Italy. Absolutely recommend this property for a complete getaway and Sicily in general. We have only scratched the surface of things to do and see so a return trip will have to happen.

perfecte ligging

het huisje ligt in een oude boomgaard, die men nieuw leven in blaast. het is er heerlijk rustig, 's avonds hoor je de krekels en het ruisen van de zee. de eigenaar is een vriendelijke man, die zeer behulpzaam is. het huis zelf is strak en sober ingericht. alleen de inhoud van de keuken zou iets meer uitgebreid en niet zo goedkoop moeten zijn. geen koffieapparaat of waterkoker. verder een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.
