We had a great stay over New Years the property was very spacious and well appointed with lovely coastal views. The rooms were good size and it was very clean and we appreciated the welcome gifts left for us.
I spent a relaxing 5 days here with my family (7 of us, ages 5 to 70). The views from the house are beautiful, and I probably spent too much time just gazing out of them! The house is cosy, very well equipped and spacious. For the outdoor minded there are plenty of walks in the area, and lots of little beaches to discover. Our kids really enjoyed the beach at Abereriddy. Porthgain is a short walk and boasts a nice bistro, country pub and local art galleries. The escape the room near St David's also recieved high ratings. It really felt like a home away from home, and I hope we can return in future.
We had a wonderful stay in this property. Very comfortable and nicely appointed, the view from the property is stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunsets. There is a beautiful beach and walks just minutes from the property. The kids also really enjoyed watching the cows next door. We would definitely recommend. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with and accommodating.
Property was perfect for our needs with a well equipped kitchen and lounge area and a handy utility room with lots of things you may need. Property was lovely and clean. The views from the back of the property over the fields and out to sea are breathtaking and worth the rental alone. Very close location to the lovely little port village of Porthgain (with the Sloop Inn particularly recommended). An excellent base for exploring some of the Pembrokeshire coastline. Sian and Sandra were great hosts who responded quickly to any questions and provided lots of helpful information. They were also great at returning a cuddly toy one of the kids had left. We would definitely stay again. The views from the patio at the back will stick with us! Cannot recommend highly enough.
This was a superb property with everything you need for a comfortable stay - beautiful bedrooms with amazing views including one downstairs which is ideal for those less mobile, great bathrooms both up and downstairs with piping hot showers and a fabulous open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with doors out onto a balcony - just lovely and would have been even better if we had the weather to get out there and watch the sun going down ! Warm and cosy and welcoming and so organised with everything you need available. Great contact with host beforehand and details for help if needed during our stay.
Quiet beautiful location with amenities and nice places to visit/see and eat nearby - 5 days full of walking coast paths, little cafes and cosy evernings - just lovely . ☺️
The property was beautiful clean and cared for. All amenities were on hand and the views over fields to the sea made the location feel very special. A few minutes to some spectacular Welsh coastline and 20 minutes to Fishguard in one direction and St David's in the other make this a perfectly situated base to explore the area. We will be going back!
This is such a lovely house for a relaxing holiday in the most beautiful surroundings and we all loved being back for a third visit. The views are gorgeous and as we had unexpectedly sunny weather we were able to enjoy walking and swimming (with wetsuits!)
Thank you Sandra
Wonderful cottage. It's really apparent that our hosts care about guests. There are so many little details to make your stay comfortable.
The location is quiet, scenic and close enough to some really great beaches.
Such a lovely, spacious, clean and well equipped cottage. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views are so wonderful and the lovely harbour of Porthgain a short walk away. Great location for exploring all that the area has to offer. Comfortable and homely cottage, perfect for the four of us (but plenty of space for more!) Thank you Sandra and Sian. 😀👍
Everything was very clean and tidy well equipped. Very very comfortable. We loved the furnishings of the rooms. Our stay was excellent and we would recommend it to our friends, The scenery was amazing. Margaret next door was very kind,
All the information I received was excellent, the area is stunning, a pub/ restaurant in Porthgain was really good, and good enough for us to return to each day of our stay. All together a most enjoyable stay.
Excellent cottage with plenty of room and lovely views of the coast. Very well equipped. Communication excellent and a short walk to Porthgain and a beautiful stretch of the Pembrokeshire coastal.path
Klare Empfehlung!
Cottage was very comfortable and very well equipped. Couldn’t of asked for a better location for what we needed. Cottage has an wonderful outlook over farmland to the sea, even on a wet day didn’t disappoint. More than what we needed but would definitely look to go back and recommend it to others, for what you get well worth it. Loved our stay
Very clean with a great location, definitely would recommend to others. Got lost getting there initially as it was late but the email directions received helped.
The host was very accommodating and responsive had a great experience with booking etc, last minute late checkout was offered foc which helped us out a lot! Overall no complaints at all just a small annoyance, the upstairs bathroom ceiling was very low due to the house design we all knocked our heads once at least!
Cottage chaleureux, douillet, accueillant, d'une propreté exemplaire, ou tout a été conçu pour que ses occupants passent de bonnes vacances dans une région sauvage et verdoyante.
We have enjoyed a lovely Easter week at Rhoslan in this very comfortable and spotlessly clean property - thank you for having us - we hope to come again soon!
We had a lovely stay in this spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious cottage. It was a great base for exploring this beautiful part of the Pembrokeshire coastline. A highlight was a boat trip round Ramsay Island from St Davids (Thousand Island Expeditions) where we saw loads of seals and seabirds. After a day outdoors, it was nice to come back to the cottage and watch the sun set over the sea from the terrace. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed, apart from some smaller cereal bowls (definitely the only thing missing!). Beds were comfy in the rooms we used. The children loved their cosy twin room at the front, and us adults had the main back bedroom and double room downstairs. With six of us staying, it was useful to have the family bathroom and the seperate shower room downstairs. Thanks for a great stay. We'd love to visit again!
Such a fantastic property, the online advertising didn't do it full justice. Extremely helpful owners with any requests not too much trouble. Sian made our stay so romantic and memorable, thanks to Sandra and Sian we would recommend and definitely book again
