This charming apartment of 90 M2 is totally independent and located on the 1st and only floor of a typical traditional villa of the Algarve. From the terrace on the first floor the view is unobstructed and overlooks the sea and its surroundings. The villa is independent and equipped with a swimming pool of 10 meters by 5 meters on a garden of 4000 m2 without any opposite located 1.5 km from the beach and the town of armaçao de pera.

Nette Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (13/15 Jahre) für 9 Tage Ende Mai 2024 hier und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer durch die Palmen im Garten ist wunderschön und entspannend. Der Garten und der Pool sind gepflegt. Es gibt viele Vögel im Garten (Schwalben, Blauelstern, Mönchssittiche, …), und es war schön ihnen einfach nur zu zuschauen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wer also Entspannung sucht und auch mal in Ruhe ein Buch lesen will, dem wird es hier gefallen. Die Gastgeberin hat einen ganz lieben Hund (Max) und eine süße Katze (Maggie) die im Garten ab und zu zum Streicheln vorbei kamen. Ein Mietauto ist zwingend erforderlich. Das Mietauto kann man innerhalb des Grundstücks sicher parken. Mit dem Auto erreicht man mehrere Supermärkte mit großer Auswahl innerhalb weniger Minuten. Zu den wunderschönen breiten Sandstränden fährt man 5-10 min. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war im Appartement vorhanden. In der Ortschaft gibt es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und gute Eisdielen. Wer Fahrräder dabei hat, der kann auf einem super angelegten (Holzbretter-)Radweg durch die Dünen radeln oder wandern. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht zum Kochen (inkl. Grill auf dem Balkon), Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, …

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Wunderbares Appartement in einer sehr gepflegten und tollen Umgebung mit einem super Ausblick . Die Terrasse ist sehr grosszügig und bequem ausgestattet . Man verbringt gerne Zeit dort . Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und gibt gerne Informationen und Tips . Es war wunderbar und wirklich zu empfehlen . Urlaub in kleinem Paradies

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt! Eine sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse zum draußen Sitzen und Genießen! Blick auf Palmen, die entfernte Stadt und dahinter das Meer! Auch den schönen Pool im gepflegten Garten konnten wir nutzen! Juliette, die Hausherrin hat uns freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen und begleitet, wenn wir Hilfe und Rat brauchten. Ich konnte im Gespräch mein Französisch ein bisschen auffrischen. Die anhängliche Katze und der sehr liebe ruhige Hund Max begrüßten uns jeden Tag! Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Min. bis zum Strand und in die Stadt. Wir fühlten uns ein bisschen wie im Paradies und empfehlen die Wohnung allen, die Ruhe und Erholung vom Stress in einer sehr schönen Umgebung suchen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage bei Dir Juliette! Wir würden gern einmal wiederkommen! Lutz und Angela

Algarve stole our hearts

The property exceeded our expectations—-location is in center of the algarve so it was perfect for day trips along the coast and then have pool afternoons !! The kitchen was so well equipped —-we cooked amazing food with local ingredients! It was our first time in Portugal —-the weather was beautiful and the people are lovely—-WE WILL BE BACK😎🍋🇵🇹🤩

Séjour agréable dans belle propriété

L‘appartement est géographiquement bien situé pour découvrir l‘Algarve. Le logement, très propre et bien équipé, est muni d’un balcon avec une belle vue. La propriétaire est bien sympathique et très serviable. Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans cette propriété bien entretenue et nous la recommandons sans hésiter.

Maison extraordinaire !

Maison magnifique dans un lotissement aéré à 5 minutes de la ville de Armaçao de Pera (petit vent bien agréable en ces fortes chaleurs de juillet). Tout était parfait. Le jardin est exceptionnel. Piscine très agréable. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Hôte très accueillante et discrète. Elle a mis tout en oeuvre pour que l'on se sente chez soi. L'appartement est très confortable, rien ne manque (matériel de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver). Nous sommes restés 15 jours et les draps, serviettes ont été changé après une semaine. Ménage fait entre les 2 semaines également. Supermarchés, plage et restos à 2 Km. Voiture indispensable. Merci Madame Martins !

Fabulous apartment

We had a two week stay at the apartment and had a wonderful time. The location is great for exploring the algarve and the apartment is super, well equipped and tastefully decorated, pool is wonderful as are the grounds. Juliette although living in the ground floor apartment is very respectful and is very discrete but available if you need anything. Max the dog is very friendly and likes to come and say hello but then saunters off! Would thoroughly recommend the apartment - just fabulous.

Excellent séjour, Julieta nôtre hôte est une gentille personne très à l’écoute et discrète. Très belle propriété calme et spacieuse. La piscine est parfaite et agréable. Sans vis à vis avec vue sur la mer. Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme.

Optimal für Ruhesuchende!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Objekt liegt außerhalb und doch braucht man nur einige Minuten zum Strand oder Restaurant. Das Landhaus und das Grundstück incl. Pool sind sehr gepflegt - bei Sra. Julietta Martins fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause und gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder!

Endroit magnifique et conforme au descriptif

Nous tenions à remercier Julietta la proporietaire personne très sympathique , toujours le sourire et un mot gentil. La maison est magnifique au calme conforme au descriptif, la piscine mais que du bonheur. Donc un excellent séjour, nous conseillons sans aucun problème.

Wonderful stay with great location & lovely garden

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The apartment is well located in the centre of Algarve so you can easily make day trips to the East and West. Juliette is a helpful, sweet & discreet host. The apartment was clean and the swimming pool and garden are just perfect. The apartment also has a wonderful terrace to enjoy breakfast or dinner in the sun. Good to know is that Juliette has a cute dog & cat (Max & Maggie) who like to welcome the guests. They are booth very sweet & calm. Our only feedback is that it would maybe be nice to have some kitchen basics (pepper, salt, olive oil, sponges, dish washer tablets) so you don’t need to buy it for just one week. We would definitely recommend, perfect place to enjoy the Algarve! Thank you!

Great house with super pool

We (family of 4) stayed in the house for 6 days and had a really great time. The house is very nice. The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated and the beds are really nice. Furniture in the living room is a bit outdated. Airconditioning is available however we hardly used it. The balcony can be used for meals. The pool is really great with nice sun beds. The garden is superb. The owner of the house lives on the ground floor but she gives you all the privacy you need. Nevertheless she is always available for questions or anything else. We had a really great time.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Pool, wie auch die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten könnten etwas höherwertig sein. Dafür hat man eine großzügige Küche und einen Balkon mit Blick über die Ungebung und bis zum Meer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub hier machen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 4 Personen genau richtig. Auch eine weitere Person kann problemlos untergebracht werden. Die Wohnung und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Spülmaschine, ausreichend Küchenutensilien). Garten und Pool sind sehr schön angelegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

A quiet place in the heart of the Algarve

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Julieta and I would definitely recommend this property. The location is great: it’s in a quiet spot but close to shops and supermarkets. It’s also a good base for exploring the area. Praia da Marinha is only a 20 min drive, while Sagres and the beautiful beaches of the Vicentina Coast are about an hour’s drive. The flat is clean, spacious and comfortable. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and there is a washing machine. The balcony is long and narrow, with a table, a bbq and a great view towards the sea. The swimming pool is a good size and very well kept, with sun beds. As the sea in the Algarve is rather chilly, we were very pleased to have a pool. Julieta, the owner, lives below and is friendly but also very discreet. She kindly lent us a sun umbrella to take to the beach. She also told us about the farmers’ market in Armação de Pêra on a Saturday morning, where you can find a great selection of local fruit and vegetables at a very reasonable price.

A beautiful location for a family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday, there was plenty of space for our family of 4 in the clean and well cared for villa. The balcony overlooked the sea and afforded us with breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. The pool and gardens were stunning, we could happily have stayed by the pool for the whole 2 weeks but we couldn't resist a few days out at the many sandy beaches which were within a short drive as well as larger family attractions like Zoomarine. We were kept up to date with regular good communication from Mr Martins before our visit which was reassuring. Juliette and her lovely dog Max made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
