003 / LA TERRACE, with sea views

La Terrace is an exclusive apartment with views of La Zurriola beach and has a large terrace of 36 m², with stunning panoramic sea views. It is located in Gros, the trendy neighborhood of San Sebastián, known for its surfing atmosphere and cultural offer, such as the Jazz Festival and the Film Festival. One step away from the Kursaal Palace and only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and the City Center. All rooms are exterior, very spacious and bright.

The apartment has been completely renovated with quality materials and equipment and has all kinds of amenities. The decoration has been taken care of in detail mixing styles, modern and classic. It occupies the first floor of a building with an elevator.

It offers three double bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, with a bathtub and large shower, and a modern independent kitchen, equipped with quality appliances and full kitchenware. The living room and dining room, have magnificent views of La Zurriola Beach and highlights the large amount of light that enters through its windows. Two of the bedrooms offer single beds of 100 cm and 90 cm. The other bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm.

Great spot for Surfers

Perfect communication with and flexiblities of the hosts, great to have the garage included great location for surfers - to watch and to surf - outside balcony proximity to down town equipment of the kitchen - but with good Pintxos nearby no problem

Great spot for a long weekend in San Sebastian

Used this as base for my dad's 70th birthday weekend in San Sebastian / Donostia. Amazing sea view, great bars nearby, short stroll into the old town and near the bus station. Overall would highly recommend.

Lovely Views & Great Location

Very comfortable and convenient, we really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful to wake up to the beach view. Easy to get to restaurants, shopping etc. Our second visit to San Sebastián, we’ll be back. Recommend this apartment highly.

San Sebastián Vacation

The apartment is centrally located with a beautiful view of the beach. Walking distance to everything including Pinxtos, shopping and all of the beautiful cultural experiences San Sebastián has to offer. Would definitely book again when visiting San Sebastián.

Delightful Holiday Apartment

Sitting / dining room has a superb view looking out over the beach and surf. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants just round the corner. Surfing lessons or hire close by. Good location for driving to many interesting towns and villages - Getaria particularly recommended. We had a great holiday!

Bien situado y cómodo

Con vistas a la playa de Zurriola, hemos disfrutado durante siete días de un apartamento suficientemente equipado. Perfectamente insonorizado. Bien adaptado para seis personas. Dos abuelos, dos hijos y dos nietos. El mayor de 76 años, el más pequeño de 8 años. El barrio de Gros tiene mucha vida, con numerosas tiendas y buenos restaurantes próximos a la casa. Tambien hay cerca un parking muy amplio. En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto. Lo recomendamos.

Una estancia de 3 días maravillosa, eramos 3 matrimonios y el apartamento está super bien situado, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Hemos estado como en casa. La calefacción en las habitaciones es un poco justa

Size, cleanless, service, appliences, view, beds. Some extra towels would have been nice: for 5 nights 1 bath and 1 face towel each person is kind of limited... But other than that everything was great.

Great stay in Gros/San Sebastian!

La Terrace, San Sebastián.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, right on the beach the view was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed for our one week stay. The master bedroom had a sea view and was bright, airy, and roomy. The other two rooms had a view to the side, but were big enough, and all three rooms each had 2 single beds, which could either be pushed together or pulled apart. The two bathrooms were recently renovated and to a high standard although the master was not ensuite. There was no air conditioning but each bedroom had a fan which in July seemed to almost do the trick. The sitting room was hot in the afternoon and to cool it down the windows had to be opened which meant a bit of traffic noise. One unusual feature was that the outdoor terrace could only be accessed through French doors in one of the bedrooms. San Sebastián is a busy city, and the location of La Terrace was right in the middle of the pintxo/tapas restaurant area with several small supermarkets and a bakery only a block away. For car parking we had to purchase a weekly pass for a multi story parking garage which was two blocks away, not ideal, but the car was not necessary for in town, as from the apartment it was an easy walk along the promenade to the old town for shopping and cafes, and to the concha beach, the other bay. The iberorent representative was very helpful and was waiting for us on our arrival and helped us with luggage and directed us to the parking garage. We had a lovely stay in San Sebastián a beautiful historic seaside city.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was very light, spacious and spotlessly clean. The view out onto La Zurriola beach was fantastic. Despite it looking out onto a busy road (and noisy sea at high tide!), it was very quiet with the windows closed. We didn't really use the terrace because we were out and about most of the time. Basics such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets would have been useful.
