Schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist nahe dem Meer und nicht weit zum Einkaufszentrum in San Agustin. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und war sehr sauber bei der Übergabe. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Lovely comfortable apartment

Thank you Ancor and Dacil Lovely apartment all the mod cons and at last, the most important a comfortable bed which is rare when renting accomodation. So glad that we were in your apartment during this period of time as was on lockdown due to Corona virus for the second week. Apartment is in a nice quiet area in a gated security setting and own parking space. Thank you for emailing us know the situation as being in an apartment was not sure what that was unfolding in Gran Canaria . Was originally disappointed with tv as all programmes apart from news programmes were German. Not being familiar with internet tv programmes being an oldie did not know how to use them.,but after messaging Ancor managed to use Netflix and with a bit of trial and error with the Spanish titles managed to change language to English. Would definitely recommend apartment to anyone especially if you are like us and appreciate being away from all the hustle and bustle of the bigger resorts.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. positiv: günstige Lage, 5 Min. zum Strand, aber trotzdem ruhige Gegend. eigener Parkplatz, sehr sauber und komfortabel, schöner Balkon mit Markise und Rollladen, Satellitenfernsehen mit deutschen Programmen, 2 Schlüsselsets, große Schränke mit viel Stauraum, große, schöne Dusche, schnelles WLAN, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon, unverzügliche Rückerstattung der Kaution negativ: allgemein zu wenige Haken zum Aufhängen, Gardrobe am Eingang fehlt, Platz wäre dafür da, kein Geschirrspüler Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes modernes sonniges Appartment

Ein sehr schönes Appartment in strandnäher Lage mit hochwertigen modernen Einbaugeräten im Küchenbereich. Super Flachbildschirm mit allen deutschen TV-Programmen. Bequemes Doppelbett mit guten Matratzen. Duschbad mit Fenster und großzügiger Dusche und Waschbecken. Schöner Sonnenbalkon mit Tisch und vier Stühlen, Markise und von morgens bis abends Sonne! Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Vermieter! Einkaufszentrum San Agustin in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand in 50 m Entfernung. Sehr gute Busverbindung ab Einkaufszentrum oder Clinica Roca in alle Richtungen in ca.5-7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schönes Domizil und ausnahmslos empfehlenswert!

Tolles Apartment in bester Lage

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem tollen Apartment! Am Anreisetag wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und einladend eingerichtet. Die geräumige Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Induktionsherd sind vorhanden (alles Markengeräte). Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr modern mit hübschem Naturstein gestaltet. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und einen Flachbild-TV mit deutschen Programmen. Das große Balkonfenster hat einen elektrischen Rollladen und auf dem Balkon selbst kann man eine Markise ausfahren. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte und im Garten gibt es sogar Duschen. Der tolle Sandstrand ist sehr sauber, bewacht und überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter gibt es ein Shopping Center mit diversen Supermärkten und Restaurants. Ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist vorhanden und man hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung um die Insel zu erkunden. Im Umkreis selbst ist es recht ruhig, sodass wir einen erholsamen Schlaf in den bequemen Betten genießen konnten.

Schöne individuelle Wohnung nahe Strand

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und individuell eingerichtet. Die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig und so konnte man auch mal länger ausschlafen. Zum Strand (nicht von Touristen überfüllt) kommt man zu Fuß innerhalb von 30s. Ancor hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Vielen Dank für den tollen und angenehmen Aufenthalt! Wir hoffen, dass wir in Zukunft nochmal in diese Wohnung kommen.

Sehr schönes Apartment in bester Lage!

Apartement ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet (genauso wie auf den Bildern). Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 2 Min ist man am Strand, mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants in Fußnähe. Der Strand ist mit feinem Sand, relativ ruhig, nicht überfüllt. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Endlich mal eine Ferienwohnung die real aussieht wie auf den Bildern. Tolle Neu - und Hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr freundliche und korrekte Vermieter, gute Kommunikation und reibungslose Abwicklung. Kleine und während unseres Aufenthalts ruhige Anlage. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, unterhalb der Anlage großer und kostenfreier Parkplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fab apartment - with everything you could think of x

On initial impressions the outside of the building is a little tired but once inside the apartment is amazing. The beds were incredibly comfy with beautiful bedding. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything in it you could need. It was spotless! It is in a quiet area but lots of supermarkets within walking distance. There is a shopping centre a couple of minutes walk away which had alot of restaurants in. We took a taxi to Playa del Ingles which was only 3 euros.
