We are happy to share Villa Bonita with other families. This Magnificent Waterfront home offers the Island life at its finest. Our home is Ideally situated with preferred Direct Boating access yet close to Beaches, Shopping and Restaurants. This home boasts 5 bedrooms where two are Master Suites and 4 bathrooms. The Primary Master bedroom is on the first floor and is steps to your spa and pool with an expansive outdoor space. Dramatic open great room with 22’ ceilings is perfect for family time with your guests. The 2nd floor features 4 spacious bedrooms and a Balcony to enjoy some coffee with views of the Marco river and Sunset’s in the evening.

Rent a boat and tie up to the dock during your stay to explore the many beaches and the Ten thousand islands around Marco. This home is sure to be a hit with boating enthusiasts, Beach lovers or for those just looking to relax in this tropical paradise. Enjoy Fishing from the private dock and perhaps you'll have the pleasure of seeing dolphins or a manatee swimming by!

Ron's place is amazing.

The house is in a great location in a quite neighborhood. High end electronics with great movie options. We stayed for a week with two teenage girls who loved the pool and hot tub. Terrific place to stay on Marco!! We look forward to staying here again!!

A beautiful home

We had an amazing vacation staying at this property. The owner is great to communicate with, the home is beautiful, spacious and very clean! We rented a boat and this location was perfect for access to the gulf. I highly recommend this property!!

Perfect home for a perfect vacation

This was one of the most enjoyable places for a vacation for 4 adults and 4 children. The house was immaculate and everything we needed was supplied. The pool and hot tub were big hits. We've been to Marco many times but this is our favorite place! And Ron is a wonderful host.

Great get away

This large house was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for our adult family of 10. Easy access by boat or car. Ron the property manager was very nice and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with family. Weather was incredible.

We had a great Thanksgiving dinner and everything was there to cook and serve. Pool and hot tub enjoyed by all. Sunrise kayak excursion brought two dolphins for our viewing. Loved every minute of our stay at Villa Bonita. Ron answered every question in record time.

Great property with a boat dock. Ron was great to work with and always available for recommendations or any help you might need. 3 kayaks and 5 bikes available to use during your stay. Plenty of room for two families - 4 adults and 5 kids.

House was just as we expected. Ron was always available to answer questions. Great location. Close to everything. We rented a small boat and enjoyed the view each morning. Even saw some dolphins right in the back!

We stayed during a very chilly week in Florida. Home was very clean. The pool was wonderful and well heated. The kitchen is very up to date and well equipped - we did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. Wonderful to sit on the sunny lower deck and enjoy the day! The owner was very good about responding to any questions and problems.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. I can’t say enough about Ron and his availability. He checked in several times to make sure we didn’t need anything, which we didn’t. Labor Day Bliss Family Gathering

We had a marvelous time The house was perfect for our group. Our two families enjoyed a weekend together. We docked are boat in the back of this fabulous Villa and jetted off to Keewaden Island, A fabulous island accessible by boat and South Marco was fantastic. Fishing, great restaurants and relaxation. The perfect Villa it had everything you needed for Fun and Pleasure. The perfect recipe for our stay. Ron The owner was very friendly and I felt very comfortable working with him. Melanie from Miami

Gorgeous house

This house exceeded our expectations!! The house was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub. In the evenings, we loved that the dock and pool/hot tub were lit up at night. We were able to enjoy sitting at the dock at night or taking an evening swim. Ron was a fantastic host who called us after booking our trip to answer any questions we had about our upcoming trip. We would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous house!!

Very nice clean house.

We have rented homes on Marco for many years. Ron is one of the easiest and nicest owners to work with. The home is very clean and has everything you could need. We love to walk every morning and Starbucks is perfectly located to this house for a nice stop. We rent a boat for the week and there was plenty of space for it. Wonderful location for a boat as it’s right off the open water. Plenty of room for everyone. Can’t say enough good about the whole experience!

Owner requested max AC setting at 72 so rooms were 78+ during day (not great for naps). Owner also informed our family that we were excessively dirty- always a term endearing after spending the equivalent of a 5 star resort a night...Perhaps consider not allowing children.

Exceeded Expectations!

Wow! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Villa Bonita. We were married on South Marco Beach and rented the property for our small wedding party of 6 to share. Everything was wonderfully updated and beautifully maintained. Ron was terrific about communication and organization. Everything in the home was labeled and Ron has a wonderful handbook clearly outlining operation instructions and policies. We couldn't be happier! 5 star rating without reservation!!! :)

Beautiful home in a great location!

This home is spacious and beautiful. It sits on canal with easy access to bay and pass and, although easy to reach the shops, restruants and business area of Marco, this side of the island keeps you away from the hustle and bustle. It was very private and quite. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond with any of our needs and questions. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs, kayaks, fishing poles. Also, inside was everything we could want with attractive and comfortable furnishings, great televisions, playroom, well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer. The hot tub and pool were the icing on the cake for my kids but my favorite part of this awesome home was the dock and boat lift. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and will be return renters ourselves!

Beautiful, well maintained home

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we are already planning our next vacation to come back! Villa Bonita is a beautiful home located on a quiet street, pretty close to everything - short drive to upscale and casual restaurants, beach. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub which we loved, as well as on the dock. House was very clean and well maintained. It was just me and my husband this time, so we only used about half of the house - four large bedrooms upstairs to comfortably sleep a lot more people. Ron was very responsive and reached out to us a few times before and during our trip to make sure everything was going well. There were also labels on all switches and other places throughout the house, and a book with lots of information, which was very helpful. Would love to visit again in the future!

Elegant Spacious Home

Our family including 6 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this elegant and beautifully appointed home. With the pool, hot tub, dock and canal, multiple televisions there was always something for everyone. The bedroom spaces were spacious & well appointed. Grand master bath & 3 other bathrooms. Everyone had their own comfortable sleeping & relaxing space. Gourmet kitchen. Highly recommend this property.
