About this property

Bairro Alegre, very confortable.

Housing with 64 square meters. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom and a spacious and modern kitchen. The living room is very comfortable and also has a sofa bed of high quality (chateau d'ax). An outdoor garden provides good moments of rest and socializing to our guests. Guests can also take advantage of a fully equipped laundry room. The house is fully air conditioned. More than 200 TV channels are available. Public transport and commerce are three minutes away from the housing. There is free parking.
The house is located in a small non-touristy neighborhood with six houses, where our guests will feel the real atmosphere of the city's inhabitants.

Phantastic

Álvaro und sein Haus mit dem Garten, der eingerichteten Küche, Kaffee.... es war wunderschön, sauber, zauberhaft. Schade, dass die Zeit vorüber ist!! Wir kommen wieder zu Alvaro, beim nächsten Mal in Porto!!!

Best ever!

Alvero went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very comfortable accommodations. The garden is lovely and an extra added bonus. Cannot say enough good things about the host and property. Loved it!

Very nice stay in family

The apartment is very conformtable for a family of 4 and has his own garden. There is 35-40 min walk to Ponte Luis but you can also take the Metro which is 15 min walk (then 5 min).

Super séjour

Très bon accueil, logement super. Alvaro est très sympa et disponible et nous a conseillé sur les monuments et parcs à visiter. Le logement est très propre, spacieux, fonctionnel avec un petit jardin. Il y a un supermarché tout près et un bon primeur ( les fruits sont très bons, surtout les fraises). Les bus et métro pas loin, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pieds. Nous avons pris le métro dans l'aéroport pour venir au logement . nous avons loué des vélos deux fois pour aller vers les plages, on ne regrette pas c'était super car le long du Douro c'est plat. Nous avons eu un souci avec les plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnaient plus elles ont été changées tout de suite par Alvaro, Merci encore. Mon conjoint a oublié son téléphone portable et heureusement Alvaro a tout fait pour le retrouver! Je conseille vivement ce logement

Alvaro a bien voulu nous donner l appartement dès notre arrivée le matin. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils de visite, des conseils pratiques etc.. il est d une grande gentillesse. Je recommande tout particulièrement

Topverblijf Porto

Top vakantie gehad in Porto. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Alvaro. Woning ligt op 20 minuten lopen van de rivier. Heerlijk rustig en supermarkten op 2 en 5 minuten lopen. Huisje zeer schoon en opgeruimd en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Que du bonheur

Alvaro est une personne sympathique et très attentionnée qui donne de précieux conseils et a été disponible lors du séjour. La maison est très propre,fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Un grand merci à vous Alvaro, nous saurons ou aller lors de nos prochains séjours à Porto. Je recommande cette maison et son propriétaire les yeux fermés.

Une petite maison très bien située

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite maison située dans une impasse charmante où tout le monde vous accueille chaleureusement. Le petit jardin aux citronniers est des plus relaxants. Très bien situé, on visite Porto à pieds et quand on est fatigué, on n'hésite pas à appeler un taxi, car à Porto ils ne sont pas chers. La maison est équipée de tout le confort et est très cosy. Merci Alvaro pour votre accueil !

Excellent séjour à Porto

Excellent séjour à Porto dans la maison d'Alvaro. Accueil très sympathique avec des petites attentions que l'on apprécie après une longue route (corbeille de fruits notamment). Maison très propre et fonctionnelle pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 ados. On s'est très vite senti chez nous et nous avons vraiment apprécié le petit jardin le soir après une bonne journée de visite. Merci encore

Un petit coin de paradis en plein Porto

Notre famille de 4 personnes a séjourné dans ce logement en Août 2017 Nous avons passé un superbe séjour Idealement placé à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds du centre historique. Petite superette à 2 minutes. Tout le confort dans cette belle petite maison. Rien ne manque. Avec un petit coin de verdure en plein Porto ... Que du bonheur après une journée de visite Et que dire de l'accueil ... Alvaro est un hôte d'une extrême gentillesse avec de precieux conseils et de petites attentions aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ. Merci beaucoup Alvaro Par ailleurs ses 2 charmantes voisines nous ont montré oh combien les portuguais etaient accueillants ... Bises à Angelina Bref nous recommandons sans hésiter !!!
