Cottage for 15 people in the Loire Valley with terrace and garden

Welcome to Touraine, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles.

The farmhouse has a capacity of 15 people.

The property is located halfway between the chateaux of chaumont sur loire and chenonceaux, each of which is 10 km away.
The farm is in the middle of a vast private domain of 110 wooded hectares, in which you will have the possibility to walk.

situated between the forest massifs of amboise and montrichard, the farm is renovated and well equipped, completely independent, with a courtyard and a vast garden planted with trees, at the end of a dead end road.

The house has a large living room of 42 m2, 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large dining room of 45 m2 with direct access to the courtyard thanks to 2 large bay windows. It can accommodate up to 15 adults.
Sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival. Towels are also provided. The gite has many activities for children such as a volleyball court on the lawn, a ping pong table, badminton rackets and balls, a Bonzini B60 table soccer.

Un gîte bien équipé, parfait pour une semaine entre amis !
La ferme bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal : à la fois calme et isolé, et proche de toutes les commodités. Idéal pour explorer les nombreuses possibilités de la région, puis se retrouver au coin du feu. Grâce aux nombreuses chambres, l'intimité de chacun est respectée. Merci à Laurent, avec qui la communication est simple et aisée.

We felt the property had been very neglected and is in need of internal improvements. The garden was spacious but neglected. The crockery was muddled. One of the dishwashers didnt work properly.

Gite aux espaces intérieurs agréables, chambres et literies très correctes. De très nombreuses visites aux alentours qui permettent des activités quelque soit le temps. A recommander le musée de la magie à Blois qui a fait le bonheur des petits et aussi des grands

Una estancia agradable con todo lo necesario
Hemos estado alojados en esta casa un total de 15 personas (6 adultos y 9 niños) y nuestra experiencia ha sido buena. La localización estupenda para visitar distintos castillos. La casa grande con un salón amplio y bastantes sofás, el comedor muy amplio también, zona exterior para jugar los niños (no está cerrada), dormitorios con colchones muy cómodos, lavadora y secadora, la limpieza buena... El propietario muy amable nos esperó hasta tarde ya que tuvimos un retraso y nos explicó todo detalladamente. Como cosas a mejorar, las almohadas ya que solo había cojines, muy blandos para algunas personas, y quizás hemos echado en falta un baño más en el piso superior. Una casa estupenda para grupos grandes y para visitar los castillos del Loira.

Parfait!
Le beau temps était au rendez-vous et nos petits enfants ont bien profité de la liberté qu'offrait un immense domaine avec chemins privés, espace de jeu de plein air et bois. Un gîte suffisamment grand pour que, petits et grands, chacun trouve sa place. Vélo, canoë sur le Cher et la Loire, visite de châteaux et randonnées, les activités n'ont pas manquées. Nous étions 10 adultes et 10 enfants de 12 ans à 9 mois.

Grand gite convivial au pays des châteaux
Venus à 13 (puis 14) adultes et de 2 pré-ados, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce grand gîte très convivial surtout avec un feu dans la cheminée car le grand n'était pas à la chaleur ! Bien placé pour rayonner, nous avons visité Chenonceau, Montrésor, Le Clos Lucé, le zoo de Beauval etc... et Chambord sur le retour... et il y a tant d'autres choses à visiter ou goûter... Cuisine très bien équipée avec 7 feux gaz et 1 électr., 2 fours (gaz et élec) etc... un combiné frig/cong et un grand frig. SàM lumineuse ! Le piano n'est plus très jeune... pour notre amie virtuose. On a même eu droit à un atterrissage de montgolfière dans les champs Gite entouré de bois pour s'y promener, à l'écart de la route, au bout d'une impasse ! Propriétaire fort sympathique et disponible.

Le gîte présente 3 points forts: sa capacité, son emplacement au coeur des châteaux de la Loire et le grand terrain sur lequel les enfants peuvent courir et jouer. Les prestations sont correctes par ailleurs, malgré un ménage un peu approximatif. Les sanitaires et certaines pièces de passage (comme l'entrée) mériteraient un bon rafraichissement.

Excellente impression
Nous étions nombreux pour une réunion familiale, le gite est propre, très calme; les propriétaires tout à fait aimables, jeux et livres pour tout âges (du bébé aux ados) sont prévus, de même qu'un matériel de cuisine très complet (il manque peut-être un second lave vaisselle, un petit tabouret pour le lavage des mains des tout petits...et un mixer à pied pour la soupe, mais en juillet nous n'en avons pas eu bien besoin. Un livret d'accueil et les conseils du propriétaire nous ont permis de passer une excellent semaine dans un pays magnifique.
