The Penthouse, located 2 steps from the sea, consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom with shower, large bedroom with oversized double bed with French window leading directly onto the terrace, lounge with dining area and double sofa bed, another relaxing day area completely sea view with stereo and large sofa that can be used as a bed, all equipped with air conditioning. The large and spectacular terrace completely surrounds the apartment and is accessible from the living area, from the master bedroom, and from the kitchen. The terrace is about 60sqm and is equipped with a hot outdoor shower, sun beds, a rain or shade tent, a dining table and an aperitif table and

Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf's Meer und auf die Berge. Perfekt!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, haben uns auch mit Infos zu Baden, Essen und Einkaufen versorgt. Wohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Parken ist kein Problem. Wir konnten schon früher einchecken, dafür nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Baden, Essen und Bummeln auf der Promenade ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Super Wohnung und Lage in Viareggio

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben besonders die riesige Dachterrasse genossen und genutzt. Hier haben wir jede Mahlzeit eingenommen und die atemberaubende Aussicht und unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die lange und bunte Meerpromenade mit ihren Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Auch die sehr langen und breiten Strände kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich der Pinienpark von Viareggio. Der Gastgeber ist supernett und kümmert sich um alles. Wir würden diese schöne Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Attico da favola! Arredato con tutti i confort possibili. La terrazza è semplicemente un non bon.

I proprietari sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili. Quando torneremo a Viareggio, questo è il posto che sceglieremo. Pulito, bello e vicinissimo al mare. Adatto anche per bambini! Spazi grandi è molto sicuro. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

torneremo sicuramente

siamo rimasti incredibilmente sorpresi dalla bellezza dell' appartamento e della splendida terrazza .Curato nell'arredamento, accogliente, tv, wi-fi , cucina con tutti i confort e non da meno la posizione vicino al mare , alla passeggiata ,a ristoranti , pizzerie e bar Viareggio e Lido sono cittadine piene di vita Un grazie particolare ai proprietari che sono disponibili e ci hanno accolti facendoci sentire come a casa nostra ma senza invadenza

Op zich een leuk appartement, maar de bedrading is levensgevaarlijk. We kregen de hele week elektrische schokken van de vaatwasser en het water in de gootsteen. Het internet is erg slecht. De eigenaars gebruiken een dongel met een prepaid simkaart. Van de 8 dagen die we zijn geweest, hadden we welgeteld 2 dagen internet.
