COSY GITE, QUIET, ski in ski out - Parking

Our cottage "PeyraMonta", takes its name from the path that passes next to the house and which joins the village of St Véran.

The Molines / St Véran ski resort can be reached by ski from the chalet. It is 800 meters away. The resort offers different services such as: ESF ski school, several restaurants, sports shop and a daycare center in particular. The good restaurant of the Baita du Loup, is 80 m from the house.

The house is an authentic Queyras farm, located in the hamlet of Chalp in St Véran. Its living space is about 75m2, it can accommodate 5 people. The house has an independent entrance and its own terrace facing south east. A large table is available outside.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2015, consists of a large living room and 2 comfortable bedrooms. While staying in the town of St Véran, you will be quiet in this representative hamlet of Queyras.

During your stay, no need to use your vehicle:

From the house you can ski and join a snow-covered downhill Molines en Queyras ski resort, you access the Nordic ski area of the High Trace Escartons, or go snowshoeing on marked trails. In summer, you will leave from home hiking (GR58 and others). All outdoor activities available.(fishing, mountain biking, paragliding, tree climbing, climbing ...)

Un cocon accueillant dans une nature ressourçante

Joli châlet très propre, parfaitement équipé et bien décoré. Point d'attention: un escalier assez raide à descendre depuis les chambres vers les toilettes.

Belle découverte du Queyras

Ski alpin depuis le logement depuis un sentier pieton et retour hors piste jusqu'au chalet . Ski de fond tout pres avec tres belle montée au refuge de la Blanche. Mais voiture nécessaire pour apprecier la region et changer de station pour rentabiliser le forfait. Logement tres bien équipé et tres coquet. Belle ambiance de montagne. Television non testee. Reseau free non disponible mais wifi du chalet ok. De beaux souvenirs.

Gîte agréable atypiques

Un sejour agréable dans un endroit calme et atypique, logement très bien équipé. Nous simles deux retraités d'une soixantaine d'année et nous recherchions des vacances ressourssante et ce fût le cas , par contre avec des enfants en bas âge c'est moins approprié... Le petit bémol de ne pas pouvoir se stationner devant le logement.

Sommer in der Nähe von St.Veran

Wir hatten schöne vierzehn Tage in diesem schönen und gemütlichen Haus verbracht und die Natur, die gute Luft und die Ruhe genossen. Nachdem wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, fanden wir alles vor, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Un super séjour au calme dans cette belle vallée. Presque pas besoin de prendre la voiture...des randonnées au départ du gîte, le top !

Superbe localisation, pièce à vivre agréable mais vis-à-vis gênants (particulièrement en été)

Gîte La Chalp de Saint-Véran : Le Caset Ce que nous avons aimé : - Emplacement de La Chalp de Saint-Véran (à deux km du joli village de Saint-Véran) : magnifique départ de randonnées superbes. - Gentillesse de la personne qui accueille et de la propriétaire qui résidait à proximité pendant notre séjour. - La pièce à vivre est agréable et bien aménagée. Ce qui nous a gênés : Le gite ne permet pas de bien profiter de la vue sur l’extérieur en raison des importants vis-à-vis : - La grande baie vitrée de la chambre proche de la douche ne donne pas sur la montagne mais sur la terrasse du repas des voisins. - La fenêtre de la chambre en haut de l’escalier donne sur un arbre et sur la maison voisine. - La fenêtre de la salle de douche donne sur le chemin où passent les randonneurs au même niveau. - La mini-terrasse avec table donne sur le chemin extérieur, sans intimité possible. Ce gite nous aurait mieux convenu en hiver, où l'on se calfeutre, qu'en été où l'on souhaite voir l'extérieur.

Calme, beau, pratique !

Super semaine au calme (fin avril) avec les sommets encore enneigés, pleins de rando alentour. Super chalet, très calme, ancien bien restauré, vue sur les montagnes avec les biches et les marmottes ! Propriétaire très réactif très bon contact. On reviendra !

Séjour inoubliable !

Le logement est impeccable : propre, très bien aménagé, rien ne manque. L'emplacement est idéal pour la tranquillité et le dépaysement. Nous avons apprécié le poêle à bois après nos sorties raquettes : un vrai bonheur ! Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec chaleur et simplicité. Nous avons tout aimé de notre semaine. Séjour ski de randonnée dans le Queyras

Super séjour de 3 jours avec les copains dans le Queyras. Départ du chalet ski au pied le premier jour direction le pic de Marcelette. Rien à redire du chalet tout était parfait et chaleureux. Je recommande allez y!!!😃😃😃

Authenticité et convivialité

Excellent accueil de Roger, très chaleureux et n'hésitant pas à partager de bons tuyaux (restaurants, randonnées, lieux à visiter etc). Gîte très agréable dans chalet ancien, cuisine très bien équipée, seule réserve : le lit de 140 plus petit qu'annoncé.
